Cindy & Cello
A wide plain stretches from horizon to horizon. Not a single cloud in the sky, the sun is laughing.
A small village on the edge of the plain, a small river flows through it. A small forest on the edge of the village. A young girl named Cindy lives in this village.
Cindy´s parents have a small horse ranch. And once again it's foal time.
Cindy runs excitedly into the house, exclaims: "It's time! Bella has her foals!"
And then she runs back to the stable, closely followed by her father Tom. Cindy is back at Bella's stables first and sees that the foal is already there.
Tom has finally arrived too, his daughter whispers: "But it'll be there quickly .." "Yes, it can sometimes work that way. I'll see what it is." Tom goes into the stable, takes a close look at the foal. It is a beautiful black colt. "What's that little one supposed to be called, Cindy ?!" Tom asks his daughter. "Cello! ..Yes Cello, that's what it should be called!" Cindy answers her father. Two days later, Tom and Cindy bring the mares with their foals to the pasture. Bella and Cello are also there. "The cello has a lot of temperament!" says Tom to his daughter. "I know! He'll be the fastest one day!" answers little Cindy to her father.
And so the years go by, and the cello becomes an adult stallion with a lot of temperament. Cindy also becomes a young lady.
Cindy is now 19 years old, and Cello 9 years old. Both are a team for life. Cello doesn’t let anyone touch her except Cindy.
It's a beautiful summer morning again, Cindy is on her way to the stable to her cello. She is greeted warmly. "Morning cello. You slept well ?!" asks Cindy Cello. She puts the holster on him, opens the box door and leads Cello out into the courtyard. Cindy ties him to the cleaning rod and fetches cleaning supplies from the saddle room. Cindy starts cleaning the cello. Cello accepts that, and he keeps getting annoyed by Cindy. While scratching out hooves, Cello lays his head on Cindy’s back and scuffles his upper lip in her hair.“Cello that tickles!” Cello snorts and blows warm breath into Cindy’s neck.
After the cello has been cleaned, Cindy fetches his full set and a few carrots from the saddle room and goes back to the cleaning rod.
Hang the saddle on the bar, Cello gives the carrots, which devours them at once.
Then she puts the bridle on him and saddles him, puts on her riding cap, and steps on the cello. Ride off towards fields and the racetrack. You will pass the mare Koppel, where the old mare Bella is standing. Bella is already looking over the fence when she sees Cindy and Cello neighing them friendly. Cello lifts his head, goes to his mother, greets her with a sniff. Bella looks at Cindy, who gives her a carrot, but chops it into small pieces. "Eat slowly my sweetie! ... I'll pick you up later."
She's already riding on with the cello to the racetrack.
An hour later, she rides back to the stable, picking up Bella from her paddock on the way.So she rides on the cello and Bella runs alongside, back to the stable.
When she got back to the stable, a car was pulling up. A woman gets out of the car with a young man. Cindy´s father Tom comes out of the house and greets the visitors. Talk to them. Cindy dismounts and leads the horses past them when her father says: "Oh, Cindy, you come over here for a minute ... and this is my daughter Cindy. ... Cindy this is Ms. Anith and her son Alex Anith." Cindy replies: “Welcome to our ranch!” She shakes hands with Ms. Anith and then Alex Anith, she looks into his eyes, lingers so briefly. Cindy turns back to the horses, says to her father: “I'm bringing cello and Bella to their stables.” Her father replies: “Then you can show Alex the stables right away. He will stay with us for a while and help us. "It's good. I will ... then come with Alex." She gives Alex Bella's lead rope, "take Bella."
In the stable building, Cindy shows Alex where Bella and Cello are standing, she says: "There are 6 boxes here.We currently have 3 stallions. We can keep a total of 5 stallions. "" But there are 6 stables here !? "asks Alex. Cindy is just closing the box door of Cello, answers:" Bella is the calm soul here, she has a calm charisma to the stallions. "She shows Alex the big saddle room, where the saddles of all the horses hang. Then she goes with him to the pastures and the Pattdocks, then to the mare stables. On the way to a paddock are two cold-blooded stallions, Cindy says to Alex:" They are our carriage horses Asterix and Obelix have been inseparable since they were foals. "Alex asks:" I think you only breed these tall, slender horses that can also be seen on the racetrack ... "Cindy replies:" Both were given to us because their mothers died ... giving birth ... Let we go on, there will be dinner soon. "Cindy looks at the clock.
Back in the house, everyone is sitting at the large dining table. Cindy's mother Lisa asks, "How is Bella?"Cindy swallows the food and says:" She is fine, only whole carrots she can no longer chew. I always cut them up into small pieces. "Tom adds," She's not the youngest either, but that's always a good idea. ... afterwards you get the 2 from the pasture and look for ice in the stable. “I will.” Cindy says to her father.
