Sasuke turned back to her during this.
"Oh that's just a thunderstorm ..." he said as easily as he could.
She just looked at him and was silent, which made him grin.
"You are afraid of thunderstorms?", He stated rather than asking.
Sakura just continued to look out the window in silence before hesitantly shaking her head. Now she definitely didn't want to show any nakedness.
Then there was that rumbling noise again that boomed in her ears and everything went very quickly.

Sakura got down on her knees a lot, screwed up her eyes again and pressed her hands to her ears again. Except for the tremor that emanated from her whole body, she didn't move. She clawed her hair with her fingertips and, some time after the sound had long since faded away, she was still in this position.Sasuke leaned down a little and whispered softly and worriedly in her ear: "Maybe you should better sleep here tonight ..."
He had stopped grinning and was now looking at her slightly sympathetically. He didn't know why, but that didn't matter.

Sakura opened her eyes slightly and still looked at him slightly frightened.
