Chapter 1 - November Nights
Ranma stood on a bridge made of many coarse stones, which made it possible to cross a small river. He propped himself up with his forearms on the parapet and looked down at the glittering water, which flowed unimpressed by the rather cool wind.
It had been a long time since he'd been there and he just enjoyed the time being alone. Because he had to think. He found it good to be alone, far from all the chaos that might await him at home and yet he was less than 15 minutes 'walk from the Tendos' house.
He sighed. "Can't it always be so peaceful? Nobody bothering you with anything or telling you what to do?" thought Ranma sadly. "Lately I've been feeling really overwhelmed. I've chosen so many fiancés and not a single one of them. Either they come to me on their own or my age has promised someone who ran along me. I really don't feel like doing that anymore Whole."Ranma sighed again." But the more I try to fight it, the more I seem to get into it. "
Ranma watched the water as it gently splashed along its path. The sun, now hanging low and hiding behind a few clouds, tilted towards the horizon and seemed to sink there. A breeze blew over his head and Ranma looked up. "It's gotten cold," he thought. “I should make my way home slowly.” But then he noticed what had caused the breath: An unnaturally large, black bird had settled on the fence that adjoined the railing at the end of the bridge and eyed him skeptically. Or was he just imagining it? "Birds can't look skeptical!" Ranma taught himself as if he were speaking to a little boy. But the bird seemed to be doing just that. Now he hopped down from the fence and slowly approached Ranma. Confused by the bird's unusual behavior, he backed away until he reached the end of the bridge. There he stopped and watched the bird, which was still moving slowly and somewhat hesitantly towards him.
"Ranmaaaa!" a familiar voice called from behind. The bird startled and flew away, soon it was no longer to be seen.
Rana, however, turned around and this was his luck: Shampoo the Amazon almost knocked him over with her bike. "Have you gone crazy, you almost got me ..." "Ranma! Have you missed shampoo as much as she missed Ranma?" Ranma put one hand to the back of her head: "So, if I'm honest .. . "Shampoo fell around his neck and hugged him. "Shampoo, stop it, I ..." "Oh, you have to have a rendezvous with me, Ranma! When the weather is cold, it's best to cuddle with loved ones!" Ranma smiled sheepishly and wanted to break free from her embrace. "You know, shampoo, I don't have any time now, I have to ... um" Ranma's mind was racing, what should he say now? And would she use it as an excuse?“I have to do homework!” Ranma grinned apologetically. "You understand that, Shampoo, I'd rather go out with you too, but ... school comes first." He said the last few words as if he were his own father. Shampoo seemed convinced. "But then you have to promise that you'll go out with shampoo when you're done!" "Yes, yes, we'll see you shampoo!" Ranma hurried away and just read the shampoo.
"She'll understand that ..." thought Ranma. Soon I was at the house that has already become his home after the past few months. He opened the sliding door and pulled off his shoes. The house smelled tempting of Kasumi's delicious curry and Ranma's mouth watered at the thought of it. "I'm back!" he called and went up the stairs. He wanted to take another bath because it was really cold outside and he wanted to warm up properly first.
But when he wanted to enter the bathroom, he saw that he must have gotten before him by someone else."Well then not ..." thought Ranma and was about to leave the room when he got a bucket full of water in his face. "Well, that's ... you old lecher!" Ranma-chan ran after Happosai, who was responsible for this sudden transformation into a girl, towards the living room, where they circled Genma and Soun during their game of Go. "You will lose, Saotome," said Soun, but they would never know if he was right because Ranma had run over the field while trying to catch Happosai.
Akane, who was sitting in the bathtub while eating, just shook her head. These had become well-known noises in the Tendo house and they just accepted them now.
It had been a while since Ranma and Genma came into their lives and a lot had changed since then. It had become much livelier in the previously so quiet life of the Tendos, but Akane was now sure that she would miss it when normality returned. But of course she would never admit this.
Akane reached for the towel now, the delicious smell of the curry had penetrated to her and also the water was slowly getting cold. "Time to get ready," Akane said in his mind, wrapping the towel around himself. She went to her room where P-Chan, the little black piglet was waiting for her. "Well, my little one, I hope you weren't too bored?" Akane went to the closet and picked out clothes that she would put on now to go to dinner.
A loud crash could be heard, something had probably broken again. "Quieeeek" "Don't worry, P-Chan, that was just Ranma" Akane took her little piglet in her arms and pressed it tight to her chest. "You know that fool always has to make such a racket." Akane smiled at the piggy. P-chan snuggled up against her, thereby loosening the towel and sliding something down. “Squeak!” P-Chan got a nosebleed when he saw Akane naked.“Oh, what's wrong, little one?” Worried, Akane held the corner of the towel to the piglet's nose. "It'll be fine." P-Chan closed his eyes and grunted again.
Now Akane got dressed and went down the stairs. P-chan followed, but still visibly embarrassed. Akane entered the living room and sat at the table.
In the meantime there had been a role reversal and Happosai ran after Ranma-chan with a pink lace bra and forced her to put it on.
Kasumi entered the room with the food and the two sat down at the table, as if on a secret command. Rice and curry were handed out and Akane was kind enough to pour the hot water from the kettle next to Ranma over her. She couldn't bear to see Happosai annoying poor Ranma-chan any more.
After dinner, the Tendo house was quiet. Ranma had moved to the dojo to train, the rest of the men in the house were busy in the living room. Kasumi was tidying up the kitchen, Nabiki was in her room to listen to music and Akane did her homework.Akane could see the stars through the window above her desk. The clouds had cleared and you had a clear view. Akane had opened the window to let some fresh air into the room, but now she wanted to close it again because it was getting too cold for her. After all, it was November and it would soon be winter. So she went to the window and was about to close it when a black bird landed on the small ledge. “Ahhh!” Akane backed away in shock. The bird stared at her with its shining eyes. Akane got goosebumps, but already she recovered and wanted to throw him off with a book to scare him away, but the bird dodged. "Kraaah!" he threatened and jumped into the room. “Akane, be careful!” Ranma had entered the room. "What ..?" Akane wanted to ask Ranma what it was all about, the bird swung itself in the air and flew towards her. Ranma hit him and the bird, badly hit, fled out the window.“Are you ok, Akane?” Akane had stumbled while dodging and was now lying on the floor. Ranma helped her up. "Yes, yes, but that was a really weird bird. How did you know ...?" "I saw him when I came out of the dojo and I followed him. I've seen him today and he came to me too I think that doesn't mean anything good. ”“ I hope you're wrong, Ranma ”Akane gave him a piercing look. "Yes, but I really don't have a good feeling ..."
