Der GOLDENE Drache

part 3

So now it finally goes on ^^

I don't want to talk for long, just read on and then tell me whether it was good or not ^^

After almost a week that had seemed like an eternity to the woman by the bed, something suddenly stirred in the bed.
At first, almost reflexively, then more coordinated and flowing.

The young woman got up quickly, hurried to a small table at the end of the room, and fetched a bowl of water with a cloth.
Like a child who had just slept, Alaric woke up in a bed that was unfamiliar to him. His eyes wandered around the room.
First on the right next to him past the dessert, then at the corner where the fireplace was and then past the door, he didn't even notice the woman standing next to him.

"How are you?" The woman asked cautiously, but Alaric didn't get what the woman wanted from him that suddenly stood next to him.
"What?" He asked the question instead of an answer. His gaze was still on the woman standing across from him.

"Are you okay?", She asked again and reached out to grab the man's chest with her outstretched hand.
Alaric caught his breath, for a while there was dead silence before the man gasped deeply and panted.
It had streaked through Alaric's body like lightning. He didn't know what it was but suddenly he could understand the woman and he also noticed Minna who tried in vain to draw attention to herself.

The little creature had sat on her master's lap and was staring up at his face. "Meow?" it sounded in his ears again. He wanted to take his loyal animal in his arms but Alaric couldn't raise his arm.

"What ... what happened? And ... where am I?"
Alaric felt limp and had the feeling a hundred elephants had sat on him, but he could neither sit up nor move any part of his body.

"I found you in the rain. You were soaked and hypothermic. "Explained the woman next to Alaric. For the first time in the many minutes he'd been staring at her, he recognized her face.
She had light brown, almost blonde, curly hair that hung just over her shoulder.
Her eyes were relatively large in relation to her head and shimmered green in the dull light, but they could just as well be brown, he couldn't see it clearly.

Soaked? Wait a minute, Alaric thought in the next moment and swallowed. With great effort he managed to lift his left arm up a little and risked a look under the thick blanket.
Yes, fears came true.
"I hung up your things to dry.", It came happily from the side and Alaric's arm fell back on the bed.
He wasn't just lying in a bed that he didn't know, no, he wasn't wearing anything either.
It couldn't get any worse, the young man thought to himself, but at the same time it occurred to him that he was completely helpless and at the mercy of this situation.

Minna hopped down from her master and made herself comfortable in front of the fire.
While Alaric snuggled into the blanket and tried to avoid the woman's gaze, there was a lonely egg on the mountain still in the rain.

Suddenly something stirred in the egg.
First a small gap, then a larger one. Finally a quick quicken and then the egg was open.

The tip of a nose came out very carefully. A raindrop hit the small, sensitive nose and the creature flinched back into the protective remains of the egg.

At the exact moment when the dragon was born and felt water on his skin for the first time, something happened to Alaric.

The man rolled his eyes convulsively and gasped for breath.
What was going on now? , were panicked thoughts.
Alaric's body was still gasping for air, the young woman winced when she noticed this and hurried quickly to the bed, put her hand on her guest's chest and tried to calm him down with her touch, but it didn't help. She felt that his soul was no longer in this body, she was no longer even in this place.

Alaric's soul was suddenly on a mountain, raindrops fell on the earth all around and in the middle of the mountain was a small nest.
He saw it very clearly, there was a broken egg in the nest and a little creature was trembling in it.
But what was it? He looked around searching, but there was nothing around him but rain and silence.
His thoughts were only for the creature that trembled as it struggled for its life.
It was a little dragon.
His dragon, he thought.

The story he heard when he was little said that you only get to see a dragon when you have a special task.

He wouldn't survive long alone, that was clear to the young man, but how could he help the dragon?

At the same moment the woman considered how she could help Alaric, because without his soul he would die and soon.
A slight panic overcame her, but she quickly shook it off again, knowing that this was out of place.
She took a deep breath and placed the palms of her hands on Alaric's bare chest and exhaled firmly, while the sent her own spirit into his body.

sequel follows

So that's it again ^^
I know it took FOREVER until it went on, but I had soooooo much on my mind, I never got around to writing it. The beginning had been typed in my PC for ages and the rest in my brain I just didn't have time.

Sorry ^^ "
I hope the Kapi makes up for it a little
