Chapter 1 - Reading Against Boredom

"Nami ... I'm bored," grumbles Luffy, the captain of the Straw Hat gang.

"I want to play!", Luffy shouts through the dining room of the Thousand Sunny, the ship of the SHB. Nami slowly loses her nerves: "Then clean the deck or something!" Luffy, offended, drifts onto the deck. "I want to play…"
On deck, Luffy goes straight to Robin, because if anyone could convince Nami, it would be her! "Robin? I want to play!" Nico Robin, who had just browsed a book, has advice: "We should reach the next island soon. It's called Orange Island. I'm currently reading a book about it." Please. ", The captain grumbles again. With a smile on his face, Robin turns back a few pages and reads out loud:

In "Orange Island", sport is paramount. The island, which was only populated a few decades ago, is known for its sports festivals. Every year in spring, the mayor organizes a big sports festival: a basketball tournament, a football tournament, but also tennis matches or other smaller competitions are offered. Guests from other islands are welcome. Pirates, pirate hunters or marines are also very welcome if they get along; because here everyone has to understand each other. Orange Island does not have any special viewpoints or anything else, but sports enthusiasts often come there. Since all the tourists on the island bring in a lot of money, the profit of the tournaments and competitions is always very high.Robin looks up and sees Luffy's beaming face. "Stop yelling around here, stupid wooden spoon!"

"I would! But you stupid smut always disturb me when I sleep!"
"Don't you have anything better to do? Head of lettuce ?!"
