Bloody Rose

Anniversary of death (part 2)

"Hm, I don't really care. I sit down next to you anyway." She half walked around the table, where she would have reached me. She put her hands on my shoulders and kissed me on the cheek. "Sweet, sweet Vinvin.", She breathed in my ear.
A chill ran down my spine and her perfume made me sick. If I wasn't mistaken, it smelled like cotton candy. Who uses such a perfume, please? I'll pay you back, devilish woman.
Cassandra let go of me and wanted to sit in the chair next to me. In one swift movement, I pulled the chair back so that she landed on the floor.
Everyone had turned away from their conversations and was looking at Cassandra. Then a huge laugh broke out over her. Her face was bathed in red anger and she jumped up like a tarantula. That surprised me with these approaches.
Suddenly the laughter died away again. I had never seen Cass so angry, and probably neither had the others.
"Vincent be happy that you are so cute, otherwise ...", we shouted formally at me.
"Anything else?" I said calmly, as if she was yelling at me every day.
"Argh!", She pushed away and angrily stamped to the door. Victorica had just come back and was standing in the doorway with her mouth open. She must have seen everything. Cassandra shoved her out of the way and stomped angrily out of the room.
Victorica staggered a few steps back but then came to a standstill. "What did she stab?", She said, surprised, and walked over to her seat. Slowly she sank into the chair. I half turned to her. "What do you mean? That she was so angry or that she pushed you? You should actually know the former if you saw what happened and I suppose that."
"No, I mean yes."
"What now?"
"Well I mean I've already seen what you've done, but why is she taking out her anger on me?""Isn't that obvious?"
"No."
"You were just around and that's why she chose you as a scapegoat."
"Great."
"Yeah, I know. Isn't that great?" I said, grinning.
"No it's not," she muttered.
The teacher entered the room and closed the door. There was nothing to be seen of Cassandra and I was sure that she would not appear again.

The rest of the school day was rather calm. I ran into Cassandra, but she always ran away. She couldn't be afraid because that struck me as a bit of an exaggeration. Tomorrow she would definitely drive me crazy again. But unfortunately I was wrong. As I was waiting for the bus at the bus stop, I saw her coming towards me. Victorica would have been with me, but she had made an appointment with a friend today and Cass was now taking advantage of that.
Her heels made deep marks on the floor. "Vincent, what you did in English today was very mean."
Wow. When does she say my full name, please?
I looked at her briefly and then turned around. The bus had come and I got on. I didn't have to turn around to find out that she was behind me. You could also hear it from the clicking of her shoes.
"Vincent, why aren't you talking to me?"
I didn't answer her and sat down on a seat. Of course she took a seat next to me.
Eulenkrugstrasse. The bus came to a stop, but immediately drove on with a growling engine.
"Hello? That you didn't answer me now is really rude.", She said in an almost angry voice.
Meiendorfer Weg subway. I jumped up from my seat and got out. Actually, I should go one more stop, but I couldn't stand it with Cass.
I took the path that was next to the road. However, it was separated from the road by a huge bush where the cars shot past. On the other side a part of the dark forest spread out.The bus drove past me. The tall weeds prevented me from seeing if Cass was still on the bus.
Click, clack, click, clack ...
Well now I knew where she was. Right behind me.
"Vincent, please stop.", By the rhythm of her clacking heels, I recognized that had started to walk - as far as this was possible with these monster shoes.
It appeared on my right and slowed down. "Vincent, what's all this mess about? You didn't even apologize for that in English."
"You're annoying ..." I mumbled, barely audible.
"What?" She called.
"I said: You N-E-R-V-S-T.", I slowly spelled the last word for her. "Roger that?"
I quickened my pace. I left the bushes on my right behind me so that the road could be seen. A row of pure houses ran to my left.
Suddenly Cassandra reappeared next to me.
"Just leave me alone, Cass." I said unkindly.
"Vinvin you are so mean ...", her voice was brittle and low. She had stopped.
When I realized that she was no longer next to me, I turned around.
Tears. Those were actually tears that ran down her cheeks.
I went back to her stopped in front of her. "Cass you ... you are crying."
She nodded and her voice sounded bitter: "Yes I know."
I didn't know what to say to that so I was silent.
"Vincent, I can't understand you. Why don't you want me? Is it because of my clothes? Is it because of my character? I'm changing it. I'll change it for you. Just don't do that to me. Please don't show me your cold shoulder . "She took a step towards me and wanted to touch me with her hands.
"Not Cass ..." I says, stepping back.
"W-why not?"
"Because you can't get me around with your howling. It's all just kidding. I know you way too well. You would never cry. You would never change for someone else. You're just too much in love with yourself. "
Cassandra grinned and started laughing. "It's a shame that it doesn't work for you. I've gotten quite a few boys on this tour." She raised her hands and wanted to touch me.
I step back and she got closer and closer. At some point it was so far that I was on the street.
Although she no longer came up to me, I kept walking back. I was totally focused on her.
"Vincent come back.", Her voice sounded restless.
"Why should I?"
"Vincent, I said you should come to me."
I sighed and slowly walked back.
"Give the aunt a kiss," she said and wanted to wrap her arms around me.
I just avoided her and wanted to run across the street when her high-pitched scream made me pause.
"No Vincent. Don't stop. Keep running."
What's that supposed to mean? First I should go to her then run away from her.
But I only realized what she was trying to tell me when the huge truck was right in front of me.
"Vincent !!!" she yelled.
The truck caught me at 60 km / h and carried me away. My skull hit the floor and I heard it crack dangerously. I heard something heavy fall on the floor. The truck had probably overturned. Someone picked me up and only felt pain. A muffled noise that sounded like an explosion filled the air for a brief moment and a hot pressure wave flooded my body. The truck had blown up.
Warm liquid ran down my neck and soaked my T-shirt.
Am I gonna die now was my last thought before darkness enveloped me.

So people. Now I'm finally done with it.
Sorry that the chapter is so boring, but there was no other way.
The story actually doesn't start until the next chapter.
So be patient ^^
