Five years later, Nojiko Strife was rushing through Victoria Station in London! She pulled her suitcase behind her and her beautiful black cat Shadow held her under her arm. She was way too late, as always ... Nojiko, called Sunny, was known for three things at Hogwarts: her good grades, her pranks and her late arrival. The train was about to leave, luckily she had said goodbye to her uncle at the front door and could now run down the platform undisturbed on her much too high heels. She breathed a sigh of relief, there was already the barrier between platforms 9 and 10. She looked around once and then ran through the massive stone wall.

On the other hand, the usual chaos of departure awaited them, wizarding parents saying goodbye to their children, friends who saw each other again and students looking for their pets. She looked around searching ... somewhere had to - yes, there they were! "Hi Lily, how are you? How were the holidays?" She had found her best friend and her annoying companion. "Everything is okay with me, I hope you are too? We were in Nice for two weeks, great city!" Malia rolled her eyes and sighed. “I can't understand how you can volunteer to vacation among Muggles!” Nojiko decided to just ignore her and gave Lily a hug instead. “I'm fine too, my uncle and I haven't gone this time - he had to work!” Her uncle was a literature professor at a prestigious university and often ran summer courses. Remus said goodbye to them right away, however, as he was a prefect and as such had many duties!Nojiko made herself comfortable in her seat and looked out the window, her cat had her on her lap and was gently scratching her ears. “Imagine, Paw has moved out again!” James grinned while his friend pulled a pained grimace. “Again?” Nojiko was used to it, every time during the holidays Sirius argued with his entire family and was then thrown out! Luckily he had either James or her to stay with. "You went too far this time! I'll never set my foot over the damn doorstep again! But let's talk about something else, okay?"

Sirius didn't want to admit why he had argued with his mother this time! As so often, it was about Nojiko, his girlfriend whom he loved more than anything, who was a pure blood but was not acceptable to his family. He didn't care, he didn't care much about his parents' opinion anyway, especially since his younger brother Regulus came to Slytherin. He had his friends and that was enough for him! Sunny obviously understood that he didn't want to talk about it and changed the subject. As she talked about her deadly boring vacation, Sirius gave her a grateful smile, which she returned.

After a while Remus came back into the compartment, he looked at Nojiko with a grin and then said, "Frank just made a bet with Stanley! He thinks he'll go out with you this year and even bet 20 sickles on it." Sunny acknowledged this news with a grin, she usually found such things quite amusing! But she was a little puzzled about the betting partners. "Do you mean Frank Longbottom and our little Stanley?" Remus nodded, Frank was in her year and actually a nice but a little shy guy. "You hear it, Padfoot, you have serious competition!" James grinned a little maliciously at his best friend and was kicked in the shin for it.“At least I don't run after a girl who wouldn't even notice me if I were the last boy in the world!” Remus just rolled his eyes: “Is this going again?” Lily Evans was a James crush, the only problem was , She didn't like him and that was a sore point at Krone.

The trip was relatively uneventful, except for Snape, who at some point stumbled into the compartment and immediately got a curse on his neck! So Snivellus had to spend the rest of the way to Hogwarts as a pig, but it was his own fault. He had made fun of Remus and the friends weren't kidding! They probably had to go to detention for this, but they all took it calmly. Peter protested a little because he didn't want to be in trouble at the beginning of the school year, but he was outvoted! Moony just shook his head at his friends, he had been used to this behavior for a long time and didn't bother to complain. Nojiko sighed and replied a little annoyed: "The last time our Mr. Black asked me for a favor, I turned into a banshee! I had to spend three days in the infirmary!" James grinned, he could still remember this event well. He and Sirius wanted to mix an elixir together and asked Nojiko to test it. It later found that they had added a little too much river grass! James and Sirius grinned conspiratorially, that couldn't mean anything good! "Well, you could invite Lily to the next party!" Remus just shook his head blankly and buried his nose in one of his books. "Lily Evans? She won't come when Krone is there!" James turned his head and began to stare insulted out the window! "You know she doesn't like you! But I still ask her ..." Of course Nojiko's best friend wouldn't come, she didn't break any rules and was almost always responsible. The complete opposite of Sunny, who was chaos personified and who spent most of her nights in detention with McGonagall. Nevertheless, the two had made friends on the first train ride to Hogwarts and have remained inseparable to this day!

A few minutes later the five went into the Great Hall, which was already festively lit and decorated. Candles and garlands floated everywhere and colorful tea lights stood on the walls, giving the room a warm red sheen. As they sat down at the Gryffindor table, Remus glanced longingly at the Ravenclaw table. “I can't believe you still haven't spoken to her!” Three giggling girls sat next to each other, one of them had stunning blonde hair and ice blue eyes: Maike, Moony's secret crush.He'd wanted to date her for about a year, but didn't dare even say hello, let alone ask her out on a date. "Who should I address? I was just looking for ... um ... Professor McGonagall!" He blushed and looked embarrassed at his plate. Remus was afraid to speak to her, he was a werewolf after all and didn't want to lie to his girlfriend! Suddenly she appeared in his head and spoke to him. He had gotten used to it, but every now and then it gave him a shock.

“In two days, we still have a lot to organize!” He had to admit that it had its practical side. They could talk undisturbed, no matter where they were and who was trying to overhear them. "Very well, I'm trying to convince Lily. She just has to come!" He wanted to say something, but McGonagall brought the Sorting Hat and put it in front of the students. Severus Snape growled quietly to himself! He hated the Marauders, especially Potter and Black. They had turned him into a pig and only Regulus had saved him! Something built him up, Regulus Black had promised him his help and also some of his other comrades wanted to get the Gryffindors back for one or the other thing. To Snape's regret, Lucius Malfoy had already left Hogwarts; he had been a true and good friend and an influential one at that! Snivellus let his gaze wander over the hated Gryffindor table, there Strife sat next to Black and was royally amused. He didn't dare speak to her, after all, she was the most popular girl in the school and also one of the Marauders.
