*Another world*

Reflexively, Sasha grabbed the two blankets that were lying on the floor and started walking with Camilla and Jenny. "Is she still at being aware?"
"I don't know, didn't look like it." Jenny uttered haltingly.
The three of them ran on quickly, it didn't take long until they reached Antoine and Meggi.
Antoine was carrying a sodden, trembling girl on his back. She looked very delicate, you got the feeling that she would break if you hit too hard. Her lips were blue with the cold, but she still seemed conscious.
"Let her down for a moment.", Sasha said and wrapped the girl in the two blankets, although she was already wearing Meggi's jacket and Antoine's sweater, she still seemed to be freezing.
The black-haired woman let go of everything and was silent. She knew what was going to happen, that she was in the right place here.
"Milla, Jenny comes up and looks for the things together, we're moving our warehouse to Antoine's living room, your parents aren't there."
Without contradiction, the Two Sashas followed orders and quickly set off.
After a short hesitation, Meggi said: "I'll help the two, then it'll be faster."
Slightly absent-mindedly, Sasha nodded and saw the girl who now lay naturally in Antoine's arms, eyes closed, but still awake.
"My name is Diotima Sailent, if that answers your question.", The girl answered before Sasha could even begin to ask a question.
"And you two since Antoine Laval and Alexandra Alexandrovna Smirnow. But everyone just calls you Sasha. The other three are Meggi Woods Jennifer Smith or just Jenny and Lara Camilla Delacour. She usually calls her Camilla or Milla." Diotima continued and laughed slightly when she saw the perplexed faces of Antoine and Sasha. "I'll explain it to you later."
"Okaay ...", Sasha replied, only slightly doubtful.
When they got to the campsite, Meggi, Jenny and Camilla had already gathered and packed almost everything."Tell me, how are the six of us supposed to fit into your car?" Asked Meggi and packed her sleeping bag with the other bags. Sasha blew a strand off her face and then ran the palm of her hand through her hair. "Phew. Good question. I didn't even think about that. Then someone has to get on the loading area or the four of you squeeze into the back seat."
"What if someone stops us?" Replied Jenny. "Then that's the way it is. I'll get the car now.", Sasha replied and left.
Antoine had lowered Diotima before Sasha left and is looking for the rest of his things.
Meanwhile, the black-haired woman sat wrapped in the blankets in the sand. She had a healthier complexion and stopped shaking too.
After Sasha had brought her car as far as possible to the campsite of the five, they invited everyone.
"Camilla is sitting in the front and the four of you sit down in the back.", Sasha said after they had invited everything.
And that's how they did it. Jenny nagged about not being allowed to sit in the front, but Camilla had a burning argument against it.
Now Jenny sat pouting slightly to herself on the back seat behind Sasha at the window. She stared out of her mouth with her index finger, which had a small blister on it. Next to her sat Meggi, who made herself a little smaller so that one wouldn't see her straight away.
Diotima sat between Meggi and Antoine, who was sitting around behind Camilla in the back seat by the window.
At first it was quiet in the car, but at some point Camilla got bored and she started talking about everything until she remembered something. "Tell me Meggi, you are good at Latin. You know what ..." "Don't!", Diotima called quickly before Camilla could finish, "You saw what happens when you say that. As long as you have your powers not under control, you should not use them in closed rooms or in places where there are too many people. "Confused, Antoine, Camilla, Meggi and Jenny looked at the black-haired woman. Only Sasha didn't do it, and for two different reasons, one because she had to watch out for the road and the other because it sounded perfectly logical to her for some reason inexplicable to her.
They got no answer from Diotima and there was silence again until they got to Antoine. Except for Antoine's things, they left pretty much everything in the back of the pickup truck.
Inside, Sasha pushed the black-haired woman towards the bathroom, pushed a couple of clean Antoine clothes into her hand. She quickly explained to her which things she should keep her hands off of so that Antoine's mother would not kill her. "We're in the kitchen, down the stairs and then left.", Sasha explained before she went to the others.
They sat around a massive wooden table in a large, spacious kitchen. A kind of counter separated a modern kitchen island with tooth field and all sorts of kitchen utensils from the dining area in which the five sat.
In the middle of the table was the golden amulet, next to it Camilla held her wrist with the lettering. "Incendium? That means something like fire or flame, if I remember correctly.", Meggi said and continued to look at the ornate writing. "But where does that come from?"
"It was always there. Only through the amulet of the guardian and the heart of the star rain was the mark visible," explained Diotima, who was wearing a much too large T-shirt that went up to her knees and shorts every step slipped, stood in the doorway.
Antoine pulled the empty chair back between herself and Camilla. "You still wanted to explain a few things to us." "I know. I will too." replied Diotima and sat elegantly on the chair, "Do you have a piece of paper and a pen? That would make it easier."
"For sure." Antonie got up immediately and rummaged around in some of the drawers on the counter.A short time later he came back with a DA4 sheet and a pencil. "Here please."
"Thanks." Smiling, she took them both from him, then began to draw in silence. First two slightly overlapping circles. In the second, she drew a pentagram that completely filled this circle.
In the middle of the first circle she also drew one, but which was essentially smaller. She also drew five pentagrams around the first circle, somewhat the size of the middle one. They were distributed around the circle in such a way that the tips each pointed to a tip of the middle pentagram.
They connected these five with each other so that they formed a frame around the first circle. Then she wrote 'Fallen Stars' in the middle of the large pentagram and in the spaces between the tips. Starting at the top left, counterclockwise: water, air, fire, earth, and light and darkness.
She also labeled the five pentagrams around the first circle. Started again at the top, but this time clockwise: fire, earth, light and darkness, water and air.
"What does it all mean? And above all, what is it?", Jenny asked curiously, who had watched spellbound as the black-haired had put this complex and clean drawing on paper within a few minutes.
"This is something like a card.", Diotima replied and wrote 'Born stars' on the last, small pentagram in the middle. Then she put the pen aside and pushed the sheet of paper into the center of the table next to Camilla's amulet, careful not to touch it.
"Well," began the black-haired woman, "As I said before, that's something like a map. It shows the three worlds I know. The human world, so yours." She pointed to the first circle. “The midnight kingdom.” Now she pointed to the second circle. “And the world of shadows, the eternal twilight.” Now she pointed to the white surface around the two circles. "I know it is hard for you to believe now, because your world is surrounded by a protection that shields you from the other two worlds. This shelter was built millions of years ago, before a person even lived in this world. It was built to protect the born stars from the shadows and twilight beings until they are strong enough to shine through the eternal twilight and then join the star rain.
This protection is received by the five guardians, normally they come from the midnight kingdom, but when I was born the gates to the bridge of light and darkness were opened and the heart of the star rain disappeared. At first nobody knew where it had landed, apart from the fact that nobody knew who it was. But without the heart the star rain slowly dissolves and that would mean the downfall of my world and so with that of the others. Because the equilibrium would be destroyed.
The guardians followed the heart and disappeared from our world, because they are not only there to maintain this protection, but also to keep the heart pure.
But now the protection is starting to dissolve. It is time for the guards to return, but for this they have to be in full possession of their powers and that is only Camilla at the moment. Apart from the fact that she doesn't have it completely under control yet. "
The five looked at Diotima in silence. They hadn't really understood the whole thing and it would take a while until it was that far, but the black-haired woman knew all that.
"I don't quite understand that.", Sasha said quite honestly, "You mean to tell us that we are five guards? Of whatever. And we belong in another world?"
"Not quite. Antonie, Camilla, Jenny and Meggi are guardians. The guardians of water, fire, air and earth. But you don't belong here either," replied Diotima.
"And what is she then?" Jenny asked curiously. There was no direct answer to that. Diotima simply turned the page over and said: "That which holds everything together. And now it is time for me to return.I'll get you when you're ready.
Oh yes, Antoine don't get too close to Camilla, water and fire don't particularly adjourn. "
The black-haired woman smiled briefly before her eyes lit up briefly and she disappeared in a strange black light.
Confused, the five looked at the place where she had just been sitting.
