Chapter 3

He put his warm hand on her cheek.* She's so cute when she sleeps .. *he thought. She stirred and mumbled something unintelligible. So Sayuri didn't recognize him, he put his hand gently over her slightly opened eyes. "Shhhhhhh..Sleep my little one .." he said softly. Sayuri fell asleep again. He slowly took his hand away and kissed her forehead. Before he got up he took a red rose out of his coat pocket and put it next to her. He went to the entrance of the cave and turned left of the jet of water that came from above.

Amazed, she leaned against the rock face with a rose in her hand. She stared at it, turning the rose over and over in her hand as if it had a name or something on it.* Was anyone here? Or did the rose fly into the cave? No this can not be. There must have been someone here! But who? Nobody knows me here. Well except for the people from the park. But there is no way they could have followed me, and especially not the blonde. What's his name again? Ah, yes .. Naruto .. What about the man with the gray hair? Suddenly he had disappeared .. Was he hiding and then following me all the way to here? No, I don't think so. Well .. probably following, but he wouldn't leave a rose here. I must have pissed him off when I defeated him.
