Chapter 2: Execution or Navy?

How do I get out of here? And how did this Kazuki do it? Luffy wonders when suddenly the door opened and Kazuki entered with a tray full of food. “Dinner,” she said and unlocked the cell again and went inside. She unlocked the handcuffs and let Luffy eat.
When he was done she said to him, "You will be executed in a week. You will find out officially tomorrow, I just wanted to warn you in advance."
Luffy looked at her in horror, “what in a week?” The white-haired girl just nodded.
"I have to go again. Will you give me your hands so that I can put the chains back on or should I use my little trick?" "No, no you don't have to, but how did you do it?" Luffy asked sullenly. "I do not say that!" with these words she locked the handcuffs again and left Luffy.

(later in the evening)

This Kazuki cannot have devil powers otherwise she couldn’t touch the wands so lightly, but how did she do it? While Luffy was thinking he started to yawn and he got tired.

(In the morning)

Luffy did as he was told and when he was finished Kazuki said "Wait a minute, I'll be right back" so she disappeared and got a naval captain, then she unlocked the cell and she got Luffy and led him through the prison wing to the courthouse.

In the courthouse, a judge spoke to an officer and when the naval captain, Kazuki and Luffy entered, there was a silence around them and everyone looked at the small group. After they were all seated, Kazuki left the courthouse. "Monkey D. Luffy I hereby inform you that you will be executed in 6 days." After a short pause, the judge continued, "or you can join the Navy as they have not done anything worse. How do you decide?" Without Thinking about it for a long time, Luffy said with a smile "I'll definitely be the pirate king. I'll get out of here somehow, you can count on it." and nodded to the navy captain and says "bring him back."After these words, the naval captain called Kazuki again, who came immediately." He will be executed. Take him back to his cell! "
Kazuki did as she was told and led Luffy back.

In the evening Kazuki came back for something to eat and sat down next to Luffy to talk to him. “Why don't you want to start in the Navy, you could go a long way.” She asked him. "Iff know. But iff bfn liffer Pfirat" (I know. But I prefer to be a pirate) he replied with a full mouth. "I see. Well, good night. Sleep well," Kazuki said as she left.

In the middle of the night Luffy was woken up by a noise that sounds like someone was unlocking his cell and when he turned around he saw a figure wrapped in black.
