A different Naruto Uzumaki!

- late to school -

Have fun!

"Naruto! Get up or you'll be late for school!", A soft female voice penetrated the ears of the blond-haired boy, who just tiredly opened his eyes. His now half-open eyes slid to the alarm clock on the bedside table. When he saw the numbers on the alarm clock, his eyes opened wide and he quickly jumped out of bed to get ready otherwise he would be late for school and that at Orochimaru's class. He absolutely didn't want that. But the faster he moved, the more time he needed, because either he couldn't find his things or he overlooked them.

Kushina heard noises from above. As far as she suspected, Naruto had hurt, because not a second later, she heard a cry of pain. The Uzumaki took a plate and placed the pre-made sandwich on top of it. With a smile on her face, she stood away from the stairs and waited for a certain boy to come down the stairs. Naruto's face screwed up when he saw his mother smiling. She always had to make fun of it when he was late.

"Well, we're late again today," said Kushina, amused.
"Mum you are mean. You could wake me up earlier."

"If you had gone to bed earlier instead of fooling around with your friends, you wouldn't be in this position. It's just bad luck if you don't listen to your mother. Here's your sandwich. You can eat it while running.", Kushina said, still smiling .

Naruto ignored what his mother said, instead he picked up the sandwich and checked his watch.

"Damn it already rang for the hour and I'm still here."
Naruto was about to run to the door, but was stopped by his mother.
"What is mum?"
"You forgot your basketball."
"Oh right. Thank you!"
"Give Tsunade my regards when you see her!"
"I will! See you later!"

Naruto quickly grabbed his basketball and left the house. Kushina looked after Naruto and had to smile.

Meanwhile, the hour bell rang at Hale E. High School, and all students stood at their benches and greeted their teachers. Class 3C had lessons too, but to their regret it was Orochimaru's lesson. Orochimaru was checking all the students to see if they were there, but was stopped by Tsunade, the principal, who came into the classroom. Accompanied by them, ten students who stood in a row in front of the blackboard were looking at the students sitting in the class. Tsunade began to speak.

"First of all, good morning dear students!"

With little enthusiasm, the students also wished a good morning and the headmistress continued.

"Since the Tamaki High School private school burned down and they no longer have any buildings to teach the students, they will stay in our school for two years.Since we are also the next best private school that adjusts the standards of the Tamaki high school, they were assigned to us by the ministry. Each subject is supervised by two teachers, one from our teachers and one from Tamaki High School. Your class teacher will provide you with the further details. "

Tsunade turned to the ten new students and asked them to introduce themselves.

Everyone began to introduce themselves in turn. The names, ages, favorite subjects and something personal about themselves were told.

"Sasuke Uchiha.", It came last from the black-haired boy with deep black eyes.

All eyes glided to Sasuke, who had bothersome hands in his trouser pockets and looked bored to the side.

Everyone waited for him to continue, but the expected did not materialize.

Silence entered the room, but after a while it was interrupted by Tsunade's voice.

"Since the new students have already introduced themselves, you can introduce yourself."

Tsunde looked at the students who were sitting in their seats, but one table was empty. She had already suspected that he would be late. Tsunade had already explicitly told him yesterday that he should definitely not be late.

"I'm Hinata Hyuuga and I'm 17 years old. I'm the class representative. You can always ask me about anything that involves class," said Hinata.
"I'm Nanae Narumi. Also 17 years old and my favorite subject is Japanese.", Nanae introduced herself.
"Shin Naom. 17. Sports." Shin said curtly. He really didn't feel like speaking in full sentences.
"Nobu Shimatsu. My favorite subject is economics," Nobu said without taking his eyes off the book he was reading.
"Ken Ogu. My favorite subject is also sports," Ken said with a grin on his face.

Another five students introduced themselves and the new students were already sitting in their seats, but Sasuke took the seat where one was missing.

"I hope you get along well." With this sentence the headmistress disappeared from the classroom.

After an agonizing fifteen minutes, Naruto got to school and quickly went to his spider and stowed his basketball and jacket in it. With quick steps he moved in the direction of his class. Only then did it occur to him that he had no excuse. He hadn't used excuses that often either, because he wasn't often late. He was just late for his third time, but one thing was strange, because he was always late for Orochimaru's classes and that wasn't really ideal for not having to sit down after school.

A woman's voice made him tear out of his thoughts. Naruto saw Tsunade in front of him and she made him swallow hard. That was not good. Not good at all. Only yesterday she had said that he shouldn't be late today because new students were being added to the class. //Damn it//"Grandma Tsunade!", Playing with a smile, he looked at the angry Tsuande, who put her hands on her hips and began to scream.

"What did I tell you yesterday!"
"Um ..."
"I explicitly told you not to be late today. Did you even listen to me yesterday. What do you think of ..."
Before she could finish their conversation, Naruto had slipped away.

Tsunade turned around quickly and saw Naruto running.

"NARUTO !!!" shouted Tsunade angrily.

Before Naruto turned the corner, he stopped for a moment and spoke in a low voice.

"Oh yes. Before I forget it. Greetings from my mother!", Tsunade saw a broad grin and he was gone.

"Damn it. Kushina how are you getting on with these boys. I wouldn't stand a single day with him." With a sigh, she turned her attention to Kakashi, who was just stepping up to her.

The class door opened quickly and Naruto stepped inside. Everyone in the class looked at the blond-haired student, whose face seemed thoughtful. Before Naruto could talk, Orochimaru spoke.

"Uzumaki! Go to your seat. We will talk to each other intensively later."

Naruto rolled his eyes and turned around. Excellent! That was the third time even though he had never planned to be late again. He had managed that well, at least for the past two weeks. Of all days, on such an important day, he had to be late. You weren't always lucky either.

Naruto's gaze slid to Shin, who was grinning broadly at him. He glared at his best friend. He would get that back someday. He promised himself that.

Only when he heard Orochimaru's voice did he move from his thoughts into reality.

"I have to go to the staff room for a moment. Keep yourselves busy until I come back." With this sentence he disappeared from the classroom and the students began to talk, not really quietly. Naruto decided to go to his table, but when he got there he was stopped because a black-haired boy, unknown to him, was sitting exactly in his place, his hands in his pockets and looking at the table. Naruto just stood there for two seconds and looked at his class. His gaze slid to Nanae, who was talking to Hinata. On the door side, new students were talking to each other and in the back he saw another group of three girls. His gaze stopped at a young woman, whose pink hair was blowing backwards in the light wind. Something inside pulled itself and suddenly he saw a scene before his eyes that belonged to the past and yet was buzzing in his head.

------------ Flashback ---------------------
"Narutooooo!", The ten year old blond boy heard a little girl's voice from afar.

Naruto turned and saw the young pink-haired girl standing on the opposite street. Her face adorned a slight smile and her hands waved to him. Naruto looked at the girl in surprise and only when he realized who it was he began to grin widely and also raised his hands.

"Saaaakuraaaa.", The boy shouted as loudly as he could, but this was muffled by the loud car noises. The girl dropped her hand again and tried to see the opposite side through the passing cars. Naruto tried desperately to do the same, but in vain.

------------- Flashback end --------------

His gaze was still fixed on the young woman, who just lifted her head and looked at Naruto.

Naruto's gaze grew cold when he saw the emerald green eyes of the pink-haired girl.

[i]"Naruto you are to blame for all of this. You just do it to remove me from my new friends. I HATE YOU!"

At that moment just this one sentence was buzzing in his head. That sentence he heard from a person who cared more about his heart than his own parents.

He would still look into those green eyes if she hadn't turned her head and started talking to her friends again.

A shouting interrupted his thoughts and his gaze got the normal expression he always had. Nanae began doing her morning rituals on a boy again.

"If you haven't noticed you are sitting in my seat."

Sasuke skilfully ignored Naruto's talk.

"Did you hear me."

There was still no reaction from Sasuke.

"I think you mixed up your table."

Suddenly he got up and his hands clutched his shirt and pulled Naruto closer to him.

Naruto marginally noticed that everyone in the class had stopped talking and was looking at the two of them. Naruto looked into Sasuke's angry face. A slight smile graced his face and the next moment before Sasuke could speak, Naruto put his hands on Sasuke's arms and began to remove them from his shirt. After a few seconds he broke away from
