Chapter 1 A reunion with Joe?

The band Bee Hive are on tour in America. The boys give a concert almost every day. Joe is married to Yakko, as is Sammy to Maiko, Isuzu and Eichi. The longing for their wives increases every day. Joe calls Yakko now and then but only briefly. Hashito would also like to speak to Joe. They cannot make phone calls undisturbed because Shigemaru sees everything. Yakko is going to night school tonight. Hashito was in bed and was already asleep. When Yakko comes home, the light is still on. Shigemaru had waited until his daughter was home. She works a lot and hard, and went to evening school every day after work. She is always very hardworking so that later she can do something different than a temporary worker. Yakko wrote long letters to Joe every now and then, when she had time, how much she missed him and that she missed him very much.
The months passed. It had been almost 3 months since Joe had flown to America. Yakko had such a terrible longing for Joe. She dreamed of her beloved husband every night.





Now the final exams began for them. After work, she studied hard for it. Hashito was already asleep when she was still at the desk. She had lost a lot through work and the stress of the exam. After the exam she was ailing. Hashito was very worried about Mama Yakko. Her friends Maiko and Isuzu were very shocked at how thin Yakko had become.

Maiko persuaded Shigemaru that Yakko needed a few days vacation and that she would be happy to fly to Joe. Shigemaru wasn't enthusiastic ": I need Yakko but here he said to Maiko. Oh, come on. Yakko does need it

Maiko was worried about Yakko: she has become so thin. Yakko woke up, looked out the airplane window and thought of Hashito, who had stayed with her father.The longing for Joe was very great. She had talked to her father once about how she would like to fly to Joe after the exams. She realized herself that she needed a break.



The plane landed. . America at last !! They were really looking forward to their husbands, to see them on a concert stage. Not just listening to a CD, but experiencing it live. Sammy and Eichi knew that Maiko and Isuzu wanted to visit them, but Joe had no idea that Yakko would also come. They got off the plane and picked up their luggage. In the taxi to the men's hotel, Maiko said: Nice that you flew with us. You need some rest. Yes that's true. Finally not working, said Yakko happily. When they got to the hotel, they got out and went to reception. There they asked for the room number of their husbands and had their luggage brought there. After a short break, during which the girls freshened up, they drove to the concert hall. Maiko, Isuzu and Yakko finally wanted to experience a live concert again. Sammy, Eichi, Joe, Suyi and Matsudeira didn't know they were here. In the concert, Yakko noticed that Joe had changed: his voice was sad and she missed the glow in his eyes. Sammy and the others didn't look too good today either. After the concert, the women disappeared towards the dressing room of the band Bee Hive. That's when they met female fans who raved about Joe. Eichi hugged his Isuzu and a glow came into his eyes. Only Joe sat in his chair and made a sad face. His friends were very lucky, their wives were there.

When Sammy said the name Joe looked up to see his wife standing in front of him. Yakko hugged Joe. Joe kissed Yakko for a long time and they both enjoyed it. Yakko was crying with happiness and Joe had tears in his eyes too. Such a good surprise.
When they finally got naughty, they drove back to the hotel and went to eat in the hotel restaurant. People eat, laugh and everyone is having a great time. Joe put his arms around Yakko who looked peaceful. She was looking forward to finally being alone in the room with Joe. After the delicious and funny meal with a great atmosphere. Yakko suddenly yawned warmly and Joe smiled. Come on honey let's go to bed, he held out his hand to her and both got up and took the elevator up.When she got to the room she sat down on the sofa. Joe took Yakko lovingly in his arms and said nice that you are with me. Yakko was so tired and lay down in the big, beautiful bed, and snuggled up to Joe and fell asleep straight away.
