It was late at night, nothing moved in the streets of Konoha, everything was calm and peaceful. Only the wind could be heard howling and a low sigh broke the silence. A graceful figure stood on a balcony, the moonlight at the back and long hair disheveled by the wind. It was a young woman of 19 years and deep longing was reflected in her bright green eyes. She was the leader of one of Konoha's Anbu troops, her gear leaning against the wall beside her.
She'd been standing up there since sunset, waiting, waiting for the person she loved and who she wanted to be with forever, no matter what. It was shortly before midnight, so her lover should show up soon and take the green-eyed woman with him. The two had agreed to flee to the changing of the guard, as ER was a notorious mass murderer and one of the most wanted nuke-nin. In addition, the woman did not want to be seen by her friends, as they might try to stop her and she did not want that.
As soon as she and her fiancé reached the border and left the country, the Anbu troop leader would also be declared an apostate. But she didn't care, because there was only one thing she wanted: She wanted to be with HIM forever, with HIM she wanted to live her life and start a family. His clan, long ago wiped out except for his little brother, would rise again and gain more prestige than anyone else.
Yes, she loved this man, even though he was responsible for the Uchiha becoming extinct. But she loved him more than anything, more than her own life! She was the only one who loved him. She knew why he killed his clan and only left his little brother, Sasuke, alive. It had been necessary to protect Sasuke. But instead of being grateful to his brother, Sasuke wanted to see him dead. Sasuke ... the young woman had been in love with him for many years ... until he left Konoha and went to Orochimaru. Then she got to know and love Itachi.
At first she was afraid of him, but when she realized that he would not harm her and told her his story, she believed him and took it into her heart.

In the distance you could hear the tower clock. Ten times ... eleven times ... twelve times! So it was midnight and the guards would now be relieved. The heart of the green-eyed woman began to beat like crazy, he had to be there at any moment, at any moment she would see him again and flee with him into a new life.
Then she felt a draft behind her and two strong arms closed around her body from behind. A fragrant smell rose into her nose and very slowly she turned around ... and looked into two deep black eyes, in whose gaze there was so much love and longing."Itachi-kun!" The woman whispered and looked at him happily.
"Sakura, we should hurry while the guards are still careless!"
"Hai.", Sakura breathed in Itachi's ear and together the young luck made their way out of Konoha.

Everything went smoothly, nobody saw or heard them and when they had finally brought a few kilometers between themselves and Konoha, the two stopped on a small hill and looked back. That was the last time that Sakura would be able to see her old home, she left her family and friends behind for the man by her side. A low sigh escaped her throat and Itachi took her in his arms.
"Do you doubt your decision? It's not too late yet, you can always go back!"
He looked deep into her eyes and Sakura relived all the beautiful moments that she had experienced together with her friends and then looked at Itachi. "No! I'll come with you! But remember, I'm leaving my whole life, my family, my friends, just for you!"
"I know! And I am very grateful to you for that!" Itachi stroked the pink-haired woman's back lovingly, pressed her close to him and put his lips on hers. It was a wonderful feeling and they both felt happier than ever before.
Then Itachi broke away from the kiss and picked up Sakura. Like his bride, he carried his fiancée towards the east, towards the sunrise and a new life for two.
