Games World I: Charlie und Pikachu (Remake)
Notes hunt
Charlie and the mysterious person who heard the mysterious name Voice, explored the Gumba Forest. This forest rightly bore this name, because you could see the brown mushroom men scurrying about everywhere. When they saw Charlie, they pounced on him.
"Okay, you didn't want it any other way!" He growled.
He bit the gumbas until they disappeared. After a while he had freed the forest that stretched in front of him from Bowser's henchmen. He ran along the forest path because he was afraid of getting lost, which was unlikely with the small forest, but not for Charlie, as he was not particularly bright in the head. Soon he was lost on the way.
"Uh, I think I've seen this tree before ..."
Voice tried to stay calm, but it was difficult for her: "Yes, you did. Now finally go to the right where this clearing is!"
Charlie first went left, not because he wanted to annoy his voice, but because he couldn't distinguish right from left.
"Right is where the thumb is left!"
The young dog looked down at his paws and realized with dismay: "Oh my god, I have no thumbs at all!"
If Voice had had a forehead, she would now hit it with the palm of her hand. But since this was not the case, only a torrent of words broke out of her, which it would be better not to mention.
Eventually Charlie found the clearing, but there was a huge hedge that enclosed part of the forest floor. The only gap in this hedge was closed with a huge lattice and behind it was a gumba.
"Hey, hey dog!"
"Do you mean me?"
"Yes, I mean you! Do you still know me?"
"Uh ..."
Charlie rummaged through his memory.
"Are you gumba number 5?"
"Gumba number ...? Are you numbering us ?!"
"Uh, just to let me know which of you I've already defeated. You all look so alike."
The Gumba seemed to be angry: "What ?! That's the height! Well, it doesn't matter, I can't blame you for fighting us, after all we are actually the bad guys. So, just for your information, me am the gumba who stole the sheet music. I need your help now, though, I've locked myself in my house. "
"This is your house?"
"Yes. Why, is there something wrong with it?"
"Well ... it seems a bit ... airy upstairs. Anyway, back to your request."
"Well, as I said, I'm stuck here. Somewhere in the forest there is a switch that opens the door. I put it there in case I lock myself out, but that is exactly the opposite, I wouldn't have thought. So, will you help me? "
Any normal person would have answered now that the Gumba should go to hell, after all, he was the reason why Charlie had to wander through this forest now. But first, Charlie wasn't human and second, not normal, so he agreed.
The Gumba, who happened to be called Gumbernd, told him to look at the lake.So another funny search went on with quite a few aberrations until he finally discovered the "lake".
The lake turned out to be a pond, which was quite large (for a pond) but not really gigantic (for a lake). The switch wasn't hard to hide, even Charlie saw it at first sight. Too bad that several gumbas were circling around it. When the dog approached them to flip the switch, they looked at him grimly.
"Nobody pushes that switch except Gumbernd!"
"I'm coming on Gumbernd's behalf, let me push the button."
The Gumbas exchanged a look and then growled: "Anyone can come. Fight, if you really want to get past us."
Without warning (other than the one they did before), they attacked. Charlie dodged the first before the second could bite into his tail.
"Au! Let go!"
Charlie chased his own tail (a cliché hereby confirmed) until he finally got hold of the gumba. He ate it with two bites (yes, what do you think? Those are mushrooms!) And then went to the other gumbas. With a big belly he pulled himself on the switch and activated it with it.
"Why do they have to be so big?", He moaned and his voice replied: "So that you can see him well, that's why."
Together they went to Gumbernd, who was visibly pleased to be outside again.
"Yippie!"
So now again not pleased.
"Okay, how about the reward now?" Asked Voice.
Uh, Gumbernd didn't say anything about a reward. "
Voice rolled her imaginary eyes and explained to him: "If you help someone in our world, there is always a reward automatically. You have to remember that!"
Charlie remembered it as best he could, in other words, he forgot right after the conversation.
At least Gumbernd actually had a reward for the duo: "To apologize for what I've done, I'll give you this music bag. Kamek gave it to me so I could carry the music. You can use it to collect the music again, without breaking them. If you ever need something from me, just let me know. "
"Wow, you're really nice for a gumba," Charlie stated.
Gumbernd sighed: "Yes, to be honest, I'm tired of working for King Bowser, but as a Gumba you don't have much choice. Well, goodbye."
Charlie went back to the portal entrance and bagged the first note. Then he left the Gumba Forest to make his way to the next world.
He opened a door labeled "1". Behind it, as with the Gumbawald, there was a room adapted to the portal. This time there was snow and ice on the ground and some snow-covered fir trees.
"Oh shit, is that cold! And what kind of white stuff is that everywhere?"
"This is snow. Have you never seen snow? It's nothing more than frozen water. "
"Frozen water? It must be damn cold here then."
"Oh, probably a little under 30 degrees Fahrenheit."
"I beg your pardon?Only ?!Even the coldest winter in our country has not even come close to reaching such temperatures.
That wasn't the slightest bit true, but Charlie liked to exaggerate.
Shivering and trembling, he went into the portal, only to immediately scream: "It's even colder in here!"
He had landed on the Bibberberg, the coldest place in the entire Mariowelt.
To warm up, Charlie first ran up and down the snow dunes. It didn't really warm him up, but it still helped a little.
Voice also seemed to freeze now: "I should have put a parka on my body if it was here."
"Do you even have one?"
"Yes ... I still have it lying somewhere, if I haven't already thrown it away."
Charlie didn't want to know how to throw a body away, so he just kept running until he hit something big, blue. That blue something turned around and turned out to be a large penguin. A female penguin, to be precise.
"Oh, am I in your way, kid? I'm sorry. I'm just looking for my baby and nowhere to find it. Would you mind helping me?"
"Descha Wü"
"Deja-Vu is written differently," added voice, which made Charlie swear loudly. He cursed the text box that made the voice read everything he said.
Nevertheless, he set out to help the penguin lady. After a short time he found the darling ... he thought.
"That's not my child and it doesn't look like me at all! Get out of my sight with this thing!"
Charlie walked away and kicked the baby penguin behind the nearest snow hill.
"If that's not your child, where is it?"
"Don't you mind that the other baby doesn't have a mommy either?" Asked Voice.
"I don't care! As long as it doesn't have a gold note, let it see where it stays."
"Strange, Mario once said something like that a long time ago."
Charlie looked around and saw another baby penguin on a plateau.
"There, it has to be. Quickly before it falls down!"
He climbed the mountain and crossed the suspension bridge. As he was about to reach for the baby, something big jumped out. Charlie just dodged and saw a huge, blue ice ball with feet, eyes and a horn in front of him.
"What are you going to do with my slave?" Asked the ball.
"This is your slave? Isn't that just a baby?"
"So what? What's that to do with you? When they're little, they're better educated for their jobs."
"You are sick!"
Charlie was disgusted by such a nasty ball of ice. For this reason he gave her the name "Ice Bully".
"I'm what? Wait a minute, boy! When I'm done with you, you will be my slave too! "
And that's how Charlie's first boss fight was supposed to start. Would it pass or would it fall here. One can be curious.
