Herzlos lebt es sich besser!

prolog

Preface:
Hello,
I have decided to upload this book here. How so? Well, because I just love it, because it is not one of those kinds of books that are about (glitter) vampires or other mystical and dark creatures that romp around on earth in the form of people. If that's what you expect from this story, you can click away again right away. I want to remind you all that the fantasy genre is much more than that! And if you dare, let yourself be carried away on a fairytale adventure, into a world full of magical creatures, epic wars and honorable kings. Quickly grab the most necessary things and follow courageous Sophie on an adventurous journey in search of herself to the land of Calleidia.
You can see what to expect and which exams you have to pass in this video (as a little foretaste): http://www.youtube.com/watch? v = HbiBh752F1Y

It is better to live heartlessly!
Prologue

He walked slowly towards me. Dangerous, elegant and light-footed. Leaning forward like a big cat, ready to pounce on its prey at any moment. At that moment he was a big cat. Not just any cat, but a panther. A black panther. Beautiful and scary, terrifying at the same time. And I was his prey. I couldn't utter a single word. I was scared, terrified, and I didn't even know why. We have often been two in a room and I didn't mind its proximity either. On the contrary - I enjoyed it. Plus, he's always been dangerous, and I often compared him to a panther. Probably my fear was because I always saw him as my black, dangerous panther. As my protector. But now ... now I was his prey. At that moment he was absolutely unpredictable and all the more dangerous for me. But instead of staying calm and not making any violent movements, I let my panic guide me. I ran towards the only way to escape, the door, without paying attention that I turned my back on the wild animal ...
It had reached me before my hand touched the doorknob. His ice-cold hand fell smoothly on mine and he supported the other on the door. Goosebumps formed on my skin as his faltering, hot breath brushed my neck. Slowly and carefully, his hand went from my hand squeeze to my wrist and cupped it. Without resistance I let him turn me around and lost myself in the darkness of his midnight blue eyes ...

PS: The prologue is short and yes, I don't know particularly fairytale or magical, but it gives a little hint about the reason, the trigger, so to speak, of an important war.But I won't tell you more;)
PPS: Excuse me for the mistakes, if there are any, and if possible, show them to me. I'm considering adding another beta ... let's see ... But in any case, I am looking forward toconstructivecriticism! (I think my whole talk is now longer than the prologue itself. Sorry; D)
