All those present stayed in front of the door and Shinichi tore the door open quickly and both he and Takagi, Sato and Shiratori kept their guns leveled - and Megure wondered again how Shinichi had stolen his gun from him again. First they had to blink because the whole time they had been used to the dim light but then they saw it ...

Everywhere in the room - it turned out that this was probably a study - there were corpses! To be more precise, her limbs were scattered around the room.

Open cupboards, desk drawers and filing cabinets. Documents everywhere. Pure chaos! But what was really incomprehensible was the graceful figure in the middle of this cemetery - you couldn't call it any other way. Ran held a corpse in her hand. Completely horrified, Kogoro wanted to see his daughter, the colleagues noticed the - understandable - hysteria of the worried father and Megure immediately sent Mori out into the living room.

Shiratori had to drag him out of the apartment, grabbing him under the arms so that he would have calmed down again. Meanwhile, Shinichi carefully stepped closer - being careful not to step on the slaughtered fingers or anything else.
