Morning fell, the dungeon door opened, and a man came.
But it wasn't a soldier.
He freed Tidus.
"Run away quickly!" He said.
"Thanks ! ".
Tidus now disappeared and saw that he was not seen.
After a few minutes the alarm went off.
The soldiers were now running around looking for Tidus.
He was out of the palace and was now walking through a desert.
The city was behind him.
A guard on a tower happened to see Tidus.
It was very warm in the desert.
"Alert!" He called.
Tidus noticed, the gates opened, and soldiers on horses came now.
He ran back from them as fast as he could.
They came closer and closer.
The fear grew the closer the enemy got.
But suddenly Tidus flew to the ground and the ground crashed under him.
He was now in an underground cave.
He rolled over quickly.
The soldiers stopped at the top.
"He's down here, I know".
"Come on, get the ropes, we're going down".
Tidus went away quickly and quietly.
"If you see someone walking around shirtless then this is the one".
The soldiers were now in the cave too.
It was quite bright.
Bats sat on the walls, but they were harmless.
Tidus ran into a trap, he couldn't go any further, and then he heard two soldiers approaching.
He looked around, there was nowhere to go.
Then the soldiers came and ran into a dead end street.
Tidus was under the covers, he managed to get up there and hold on.
But he couldn't stay there long.
The soldiers were now talking to him.
"There's nothing here, let's go on!".
"Wait here but it smells strange!".
"After what?"
"After prison!".
"We definitely are, we were there."
"But only briefly ".
A soldier took a step back and a small stone fell down.
It landed exactly where the soldier was before.
That was luck .
But they did not hear the stone.
Tidus grew weaker.
Then the soldiers slowly went away again.
Then Tidus lost his strength and fell to the ground.
That hurt a lot, but it was also loud.
The soldiers all heard it.
"There was something!" They said.
The soldiers came now.
Tidus ran away, but was seen.
"I have him ".
He wanted to shoot him in the leg, but it didn't hit.
The exit could be seen.
He quickly ran away and made it out of the cave.
The soldiers were close behind him.
"Don't back down!" Said Kendro, who was now also there.
He threw a chain, which hit Tidus and knocked it to the ground.
A soldier came now, he wanted to grab Tidus, but he rolled away and quickly freed himself.
There was a waterfall nearby.
Tidus was trapped now.
Kendro aimed a pistol at him.
"Hands up you bastard!"
But then Tidus jumped down.
The soldiers looked after."Will he survive that?"
"From above, yes!".
Kendro now jumped after him, the soldiers now followed him.
Tidus was on the bank and entering a forest.
But the pursuers were still behind him.
The forest wasn't that big, there were a few monsters there, but Tidus avoided them.
Then he saw a big house.
He went in quickly.
"Welcome to the hotel," said a woman.
"What can I do ? ".
"I have to hide".
The woman sent him into a room and turned red in the face.
"Nice body!"
The soldiers came now.
"Young woman, we're looking for a murderer who was here, where is he?".
"Do you mean the pretty one?"
"What? Just say where he is."
The woman did it too cheekily.
Tidus got out of the window and ran away, but a soldier saw him again.
"Alarm he is fleeing out of the forest".
The others followed him now.
The woman in the hotel was now laughing underhandedly.
"Grab it".
The feet got heavier and heavier.
But suddenly a soldier grabbed him and held a gun to his head.
"One wrong move and you are dead".
He held up his hands, but suddenly the soldier fell to the ground.
He was killed by an arrow.
Tidus looked around but saw nothing.
Somebody grabbed him and took him with them.
The stranger tied him to a rope, and he was pulled up into a treetop.
The trees were very big.
There was a tree house.
"Who are you?" Asked Tidus.
"It's not important, are you afraid?"
"Yes ! ".
"I am Cloud!".
"Tidus".
"Then the king is dead and Caspero is king.
It was I who freed you in prison ".
"Thanks ! ".
Downstairs were Kendro and the other soldiers, and now saw that Tidus was no longer alone.
"What should we do?" Asked Tidus.
"We cannot save the kingdom as a couple".
It was getting dark and Tidus and Cloud lay down.
"Unfortunately I don't have any clothes for you here!"
"Not bad ! ".
The night passed quickly and the sun came up again.
Cloud and Tidus left the tree and went through the forest.
"We have to be quiet ! ".
Both were careful and very quiet.
When they were almost out of the forest, they saw guards.
"I knew it, you surrounded the forest!".
They crawled past there carefully, and made it.
They ran on quickly and saw even more forests.
"Where should we go?"
"To the next town after Guadoslam".
It wasn't far.
"We have to hurry, the enemies will smell something".
The area looked quite peaceful.
Cloud carried a sword with him.
Tidus didn't have a weapon.
"In the city we will look around and discuss what we should do".
