House of Vampires [MM-FF]
There was a silence in the room. It took a while until a voice lit up the room again.
"What ability do you actually have?" Asked Aurélie.
"I can hypnotize people with my flute," Grace replied with an expectant look.
"I can feel how other people and vampires feel. I am able to feel repressed feelings myself," said the white-blonde.
"Even with vampires?"
Aurélie nodded.
"My feelings too?"
Aurélie nodded again.
"I have to regret, but I have to remove you from my room", said Aurélie.
Grace looked at the girl in shock. "Did I say something wrong? I'm sorry!", She replied, whereupon Aurélie just giggled.
"But no! It's just time to go to my exam. I just don't like it that much when a stranger is alone in my room"
"Oh ..." Grace sighed in relief.
Aurélie took her room key and went out into the hall with Grace. The white-blonde locked her room and strolled down with Grace into the second hall. At the second door on the left, Grace suddenly stopped, which Aurélie did not seem to notice as it continued.
"You were nice to talk to," said Grace. Aurélie turned and smiled.
"I also found it very enjoyable to talk to you," she replied before strolling down the hall.
In the lounge, Aurélie went straight to the information board with a map of the school. After a few minutes, her eyes turned away from the map. Instead, she let her gaze wander through the empty lounge and through the large window into the black night.
Aurélie continued on her way. She left the main building of the school through a kind of back entrance and walked across the courtyard to another somewhat larger building. A girl was just coming towards her, who bumped into Aurélie slightly, whereby the white-blonde fell her room key from the hand. The girl stopped while Aurélie turned around."I'm sorry," said the girl. In the light of a lantern in the courtyard you could see the girl's long blond hair. Aurélie picked up the key from the floor and handed it to the white-blonde girl.
"Thank you very much," replied Aurélie and took the keys back. The blonde girl pushed her glasses up a little, turned and walked on.
Aurélie went to the entrance of the building. She hesitated a little before opening the large iron door. There was a huge hall behind the door. The light was dim. The floor had the same markings as a normal sports hall floor, but this was not a yellow-brown color, instead the floor was moss green. The walls were grayish. The pillars that rose in the corners of the hall were also gray. In the hall there was neither sports equipment nor a basketball hoop anywhere. Only a long and narrow table stood in the middle of the hall. There seemed to be a chair behind this table, but it was hardly recognizable. With small steps Aurélie moved to the table where Shinja was already sitting and looking at the girl expectantly. Aurélie looked carefully around the whole hall. After a few yards, Aurélie clutched her shoulders with her delicate hands. At the table she was already grinning at Shinja.
"Are you cold?" He asked with a sarcastic undertone.
Aurélie released her arms from her shoulders and looked coolly at Saito.
"Maybe," she replied.
Shinja rose from his chair.
"This is because the room is so tempered that the closer you get to the center of the room, the cooler the temperature. People and some vampires are afraid. It's a kind of pre-test," the black-haired man explained and stepped in front of the Table.
Aurélie followed every single step of his movements with her eyes.
"Don't be afraid, Miss de Rozier. Well, could you tell me what skill you have?" Asked Shinja.
"I can feel the feelings of people or vampires. Regardless of whether they are showing them at the moment or have been hiding them for years," replied Aurélie.
"Really?!"
"Yes. So I can also find people and vampires[/i]or notice how many people are in a room, for example," said Aurélie.
"Then demonstrate your ability," said Shinja coolly.
Aurélie smiled disdainfully.
"For example, I sense your mockery, which is most likely directed against my ability," replied Aurélie.
"Was that all?" The principal wanted to know.
"Certainly not"
Aurélie pointed to a pillar in the right corner of the hall.
"There is someone behind this pillar. You seem to have an intimate relationship with this person, but it is not a partner love, but rather a family one. It is a family member on your part who is also a vampire," said Aurélie with a winning smile.Someone came out from behind the right pillar. It was a tall young man. His hair seemed black in the dim light, but his ice-blue eyes were clearly visible.
"This is my son Kazuo," said Shinja. The young man stepped in front of Aurélie. He took Aurélie's hand, leaned slightly and gently touched the back of her hand with his lips.
He straightened up again and said the words: "Very pleased."
Aurélie didn't seem to pay much attention to this and turned to Shinja. "Your ability actually has more potential than I initially assumed. But as with any ability it is so that you can definitely develop it," said Shinja and sat down behind the table again. He was apparently filling out a slip of paper while Aurélie waited patiently.
"I don't just have these fangs," said Aurélie a little disparagingly and let her gaze wander over to Kazuo.
"I would not have expected anything else from the girl Valéres," replied Shinja.
Aurélie hit the table and came quite close to Shinja's face.
"Who made you please to call meValére's girl?! You should be careful what you say and what you better keep to yourself!" She whispered angrily.
Shinja smiled.
"You should be careful not to lean too far out of the window. You can then move away," replied the rector in a calm voice.
Aurélie stepped out of the hall into the courtyard in the school building to her room.
Meanwhile, Kazuo sat leaning against the table in the hall and grinned maliciously.
"This Aurélie is a really interesting girl, don't you mean father ?!"
