Fanfic: eye of angel
Chapter: my fishing monster
after hitomi had given the seller three times as much and had the figure packed in a bag, she only had to look at the clock to know that reika's mother had been waiting outside for at least three quarters of an hour.
"we have to go!", she said to reika and showed her the clock. actually now the time would have come when she should have slapped herself but that was not possible because Reika had already packed her and ran through the age of angel center at a speed with which she could make an olympic athlete jealous.
they came across a wide variety of people such as a student who was absorbed in a waltz, a grandma with her granddaughter and a group of teenagers who were about a year older than them. Since Reika was so busy running and pulling along, it was hitomi's job to "excuse me!" or "please move to the side, we're in a hurry!"
when they finally got to the parking lot, reika's mother was already standing there. she had her hands on her hips and looked at the clock, which should mean something like: "how can you get lost in time and then only have one bag !?" luckily she didn't say it out loud and just opened the car door and switched on the engine. hitomi and reika got on with a bit of glee.
the trip went something like this: reika's mother scolded Reika that they had come so late while hitomi was looking at her new figure. the tattoos and ornaments made the elf look even more like a big cat in the packaging and her pointy teeth had something of a vampire bat.
when reika's mother finally stopped in front of a huge villa where a man with a black jacket was already standing in front of it, hitomi got out and said goodbye to her friend and thanked her mother for driving.
reika waved to her again from the car. then hitomi started to climb the high marble steps and skilfully ignored simon's (the guy in the jacket) reproachful look. before she could do it he held the door open for her and said: "good evening Mrs. tenshi." hitomi rolled her eyes and smiled at simon. "How many times have I already told you to call me Hitomi?", she asked, slightly annoyed. "Ms. tenshi has already been around 40 times.", simon replied like the servant from the picture book.
now both stepped into the huge lobby. just like the entrance stairs, everything was made of marble with lots of colorful glass windows that gave the hall a bright glow. left and right were two large doors that each led into a kitchen and a living room. in front of hitomi and simon there was another large marble staircase that led to the first floor. from there there was another passage to the right and one to the left. the one on the left led to hitomi's room (several) and the one on the right led to the rooms of simon and souta.and when people talked about the devil .... "So you've finally bought one!" he shouted from above. souta had dark brown hair and not as blonde as hitomi. and he also had a pretty pair of brown eyes while hitomis were turquoise. he was actually a simple servant but in all the years he had worked here he became hitomi's dear friend and when his parents finally put him on the street (that was 3 years ago) he finally moved in here for good.
"Reika persuaded me to do it!" hitomi finally countered and looked up at him he apparently just came out of his room and had a blue lollipop in his mouth, which, if hitomi was right, sprang from her box of sweets. "wow! she did that?" he babbled with a much too exaggerated undertone. "Shut up!", Hitomi added in response to his stupid remark.
then she went into her living room, took off her jacket and put the box in front of her. she quickly pulled out a pair of scissors and already had 5 cards, freed the figure and the instructions for the game from the box. she first looked at what the cards meant. the cards said that every player (eye) could support his fishing monster with these "magic cards". you needed 10 cards to take part in a national tournament (she also read that the next one would take place in a month). the five cards she now owned were initially cards for elven types like her fishing monster. the first was called: transformation magic with which you could transform the fishing monster into a different shape. the second was called: double magic so you could double your fishing monster. the third was called: wingszauber, with this card you could equip your fishing monster for an aerial fight. the fourth was: armor magic with which you could put armor on your fishing rod and the fifth was called: shield magic, with this card you could protect your fishing rod from violent attacks. Hitomi thought it all sounded pretty complicated. something fell on what was right in front of the instructions: "name: akemi", she read aloud. "That's my name!" answered a squeaky voice. hitomi winced and had to suppress a scream. the figure that she had just lying next to the box now stood at the end of her feet. she smiled at hitomi, but she pulled her legs back anyway. "how ... why are you talking?" she stuttered. the little figure looked at her very confused. "Why? You speak too!", she replied. hitomi hadn't misheard, this character named akemi had just actually spoken! "yes, but you are only a fishing monster figure!", she countered and couldn't really believe that she was arguing with a figure. now akemi was blushing and twisting her face. "not every fishing monster is just a" figure "! i'm one of the legendary angels! i'm akemi the light!" she shouted angrily.Hitomi quickly looked around to see if anyone could have heard her. then she asked: "legendary angels? the light?" little akemi hit her head and began: "So when the first fishing monsters were developed, a substance was added to them that came from a meteorite. This had only just popped into the earth shortly before!", hitomi noticed that at the latest akemi didn't speak good japanese. "then these angels developed their own character! but an angel obeys everyone and so our production was discontinued and new models were created. currently there are 20 legendary angels and each one has a different strength. my name" akemi "says it all she asked skeptically. hitomi only nodded briefly and then tried to process everything akemi had said. "And why did you really want to come to me? You gave me a sign earlier in the shop!", Hitomi asked and Akemi answered seriously: "Because I chose you to become my eye, and because I only give you want to obey! "
