Chapter 1:Welcome to Desolante City
The young coaches' peaceful scenes were promptly disturbed when suddenly the ground beneath theirs seemed to give way. It was a feeling of weightlessness that reached the chosen ones of the time-traveling Pokemon Celebi, then everything was bathed in the deepest black. A great, difficult mission awaited the heroes, who had already proven their courage and trust in their team in risky situations. Now it was time to do this again.
"Ouch.", Hannah pressed out when this pleasant time of floating came to an end and her body hit hard ground for a few meters. More present than the current pain, however, were the many questions that shot through her head and demanded answers.
"Are you all right, Hannah?", The person in question jumped up when she recognized this voice and turned her head to the side, where she saw the person with whom she had just spent time. Troy knelt next to her, holding his head with his right hand, pain marked his features. He too must have taken a similar fall, at least that was the conclusion she drew. She gathered her strength and sat up, supporting herself on the solid ground with the help of her arms. "Sure. Where are we here?", She then wanted to know. Her big eyes looked around, explored the area, but this place seemed strange to her. She had never been here before, which only added uncertainty. The two were in a forest with the starry sky above them, but a few lanterns lit the spot that was surrounded by the conifers. The former champ shook his head unsuspectingly, but through the dim light he noticed other people who were lying on the floor a few meters away and who were slowly regaining consciousness.
Elliot had squeezed his eyelids tight, because what had bothered his stay in the center, he was uncomfortable. He didn't like being surprised like that at all. Especially not if it brought him to an unknown place. He did not know this place and the prevailing silence made his distrust rise. Suddenly he felt something stir in his arms, and only now did he realize that he was holding someone in his arms. His pupils drooped so that they stared at the petite person around whom he had wrapped his arms. He studied the features, but it was incredulity that overcame him. "Misty?" He managed to ask. This just seemed to come to, which is why she slowly opened her eyes and looked at the brown-haired man a bit dazed. When the memories slowly came back, her gaze changed suddenly. "What happened?" Was the first question she asked, but Elliot didn't know the answer either, which is why he just shook his head. He helped his friend get up and looked around. They were surrounded by tall trees, only the yellowish light managed to drive away a small part of the darkness.A few meters in front of them was an old house in the traditional Japanese style. A strange aura emanated from this building, he could clearly feel it.
Gradually Sophia also came to. She made out the twinkling starry sky above her vaguely. However, this beautiful sight was disturbed by the strange pressure on her back, which is why she straightened her body and peered over her shoulder, but what she saw made her quickly get back on her feet. "Ah, Kuro! I'm sorry.", She immediately apologized to her brown-haired friend, on whom she had apparently landed. All she knew was that he was waiting for her and then she felt so carefree, lost the ground under her feet. Finally she woke up here again, beneath her lay her childhood friend, who only regained his strength. He used his upper arms to straighten himself up a little. "What the hell was that?" He pressed out in pain before shifting the weight of his body onto his legs, standing up. The palms of his hands brushed off the dust that stuck to his clothes. After he had safely regained his balance, he checked the presence of his pokeballs and only then could he breathe a sigh of relief. "Lucky ...", it came from his lips accordingly. At this scene Sophia couldn't help but smile. That's how he was - no matter where he was, as long as he had his Pokemon with him, he was relaxed. However, she was brought back to reality when suddenly voices could be heard next to her. All the people who were here in this little square must have come the same way, but how were they actually brought to this place? And by whom?
Emily was lying a little away from her friend, her eyelids tightly closed as if she were waiting for something bad. Her back ached, which must have come from falling onto the earthy surface. Only when she felt a slight nudge on her cheek did she open her eyelids a crack, recognized the blue figure of the little sodamak, which looked at her worriedly. For a brief moment behind this she saw Matisse, who had finally returned from his journey. "Matisse!", She uttered and blinked, but the shape of her friend disappeared and she looked into the bright eyes of Zoroark, the master of illusions. She immediately realized something, which is why she raised an eyebrow in annoyance. "Do you never get bored of these childish things?", She asked the Pokemon and then sighed. Since she had already accepted it as Zorua in her team, she received it from N as a consolation for goodbye, she began to tease her again and again with illusions. But as the friendship between the two grew, such situations became rarer, but for half a year since Team Plasma had reappeared, the sadness also grew in her, because N had gone into hiding since the fateful fight two years ago. Did he know that his former team was revisiting old plans?
She didn't get much time to think about it, because the dark Pokemon grabbed the young woman by the hand and pulled her to her feet, then moved on.A person with long, green hair lay motionless at the gates of the old house. Her eyes widened, the steps quickened. When she got to him, she knelt in front of it, turning her body onto her back with careful movements. "N.", she whispered incredulously, because it really was him. After two years she saw him again and now she knew the whole truth that he was only used since he was born. There was a lot she wanted to talk to him about, but it didn't happen now, because suddenly the heavy wooden gates opened, which is why everyone present drew their attention to it.
With a loud creak, the two wings parted and revealed further darkness. Footsteps echoed outwards, bodies tensed and Zoroark let out a growl, standing protectively in front of his former trainer and his current one. The tension built up, but quickly came to an end when an old man with a long, white beard stepped out. He gave the ragged group a gentle smile. He had his hands behind his back and a long, dark blue robe hid the frail man.
"Welcome. We have already been expecting you.", He said knowingly, but this caused question marks to appear over the heads of the teenagers. A bright sound, like the call of a small pokemon, was heard and the green light glowed. A legend appeared next to the sage, the time-traveling Pokemon Celebi. It sways its green arms in greeting to the traditional guests while its wings flapped vigorously to keep it in the air. It seemed to delight in the perplexed faces.
"Isn't that the legendary Pokemon that can travel through time?" It was Hannah who first found the strength to speak. She and Troy had joined the others because they were all in the same boat. Still, there were many questions that were open. Answers could only be given by this stranger.
"Indeed. It has chosen you to serve an extremely important mission, but I'll explain that to you inside." He moved, making room to enter, raising his arm as he did so, indicating the group they were in should go to the house, because there was a lot to talk about. His movements looked really excited.
Emily looked uncertainly at Zoroark, who only gave her a nod. If it trusted this strange guy, the situation would be safe too - she had learned that during her time with the being. With all her strength she put N's arm around her shoulders, Zoroark helped her and together they lifted the weak king onto his legs. After this was successfully done, they started moving. They were followed by Sophia and Kuro. The two knew Emily, trusted her, which is why they both entered the creepy house.
"Shall we dare?" Misty asked uncertainly and turned her head to Elliot. For him there was only one way to get answers, which is why he gave a short nod and stepped through the door with her. In an emergency, he had his team with him and was ready to fight if the situation required. Finally, Troy and Hannah ventured in, the former giving the host a skeptical look. He had seen a lot during his time traveling, but this was new to him. That's why he wanted to approach the matter carefully.
Together they walked down a dark corridor. Only simple candles, which were attached to the wall with the help of strange metal structures, lit the way. The plain wooden floor gave way under the sudden weight of many of the guests and began to creak. The old man walked ahead and Celebi hovered next to him, spinning happily through the air, which reassured the trainers. If such a shy Pokemon felt comfortable in a place like this and was so exuberant, then there could be no danger.
Another door was reached after a few minutes' walk. It was opened with trembling fingers and a bright room was displayed. In contrast to the style of the house, this room was modern. White walls and angular furniture could be seen. "Please come in.", Said the old man and let the group go first.
The young travelers were amazed at the style of the huge room. It looked like this was an adjoining part of the Japanese house. In the middle was a round table and chairs lined up. Everyone took a seat.
Emily placed N carefully on the chair. He had come to again, which calmed the brown-haired woman. Then she brought the helping Zoroark back into his ball before she also sat down on
