I stood on the railing of the bridge. It was already night, the lanterns glowed in the dark. People came and people went by, but nobody saw me. Everyone did their own thing. Like me. The light from the lanterns is reflected in the water. I looked up into the sky of the night. The stars shone particularly brightly today and it was a full moon. I looked into the water, I saw myself. If I jumped, then ... On 7! 7 reasons why I do this. I can't find any other way out, so I looked around again. A boy was leaning against a lantern and looking at me. Farther away, a couple was walking hand in hand. I was nervous, my heart was beating like crazy, I was scared and my legs were pudding. But I was sick of it- In this life I don't take part anymore.
"1. The divorce of my parents. 2. The death of my brother and my mother. 3. The disappearance of my father. 4. The bullying. 5. My broken dreams and plans. 6. My unhappy love for an ass. And 7. My fears that torment me. All this, everything should come to an end. I let myself fall into the water, keep my eyes closed, bump my head against the stones because the water is not deep enough and take the pain with me to death." I said to myself, pausing after each punctuation mark.
"Now or never!!!" I jumped and just heard someone say "Hey!" call.
I opened my eyes. White. It was white everywhere. Am i in heaven "Sky..?" I mumbled. "Where am I...?" I closed my eyes. You and my head felt so heavy.
"In the hospital you idiot! At least you are finally awake now .." I heard a boy's voice say. A nice boy's voice. I opened my eyes. I saw everything blurred, but after a moment it went again. I was in a white room ... in the hospital. On the table to my right was a vase with flowers and drawings. At the top was a drawing of mine. I didn't dare to take it and pretended I hadn't seen it. The boy took the drawings and put them in a black folder.
"Who are you? And why am I here?" He looked at me obliquely.
"Don't you remember? You wanted to commit suicide, girl! Ever thought that there are people who die without wanting to? Children and babies? Diseases? You don't just throw a life away! You-" The door opened and a man in a white coat came in. "Ah, the young lady is awake. Apparently you have already met your savior. He has probably already given a lecture as I know him."
