eyebrow. "So judging by that, I'll pretend as if I hadn't heard your last question. "

Trunks gaze slid over to his work and only then did he realize that he had smashed almost half the wall. He decided to accept Goten's proposal.

Paw peeked over the edge of the bed and saw that Bulma's body was still moving evenly up and down. She decided not to go back to sleep for now and got up to look out the window. She crossed her arms and stared out at the clouds. The black giants in the sky vied for whoever was stronger could take up the most space. For a tiny instant, the area was bathed in ghostly glaring light and everything threw distorted shadows. In Paw's eyes the pale colored forests were reflected and she saw the next flash that slashed the darkened sky like a gigantic dagger. BOOM! The earth shook a little and a deafening clap of thunder came down. The girl's heart stood still for a moment, only to pound even more violently. Now the rain began to pound softly against the window, the individual raindrops sounded like small pebbles that crashed on the tile floor and soon they had become so loud that Paw had to close the window because she feared Bulma would wake up from the noise. It was amazing enough that the series of resounding claps of thunder hadn't woken her up.

A little further away the storm hadn't really been noticed.
"Is that a good thing, Chi Chi?" asked Son Goku and looked at his wife who didn't seem to be completely convinced "hm .... a little further to the right! Let's see how it is!" she suggested and leaned back in her chair. "Do you really think that this will do anything?" he asked her. Son Goku was now pretty haphazard, what was this all about? If it were up to him, they would have been done long ago. "Well, I would say that is where it is best," her face suddenly lit up. "Here?" he asked and let go. CRACK. "Aah !!" she screamed, jumping up and almost knocking the chair over. "You almost smashed our new kitchen table!" "Sorry !!" Son Goku apologized with a devilish smile
"I wouldn't have asked you to, but you can't put a table somewhere, it has to fit into the overall picture and after all I can't really drag it around the whole house."She grabbed his upper arm and tugged lightly on his combat suit.
"As you think" he replied, he still didn't understand the hustle and bustle around the piece of wood, but if his wife cared so much, it was okay with him too.
Chi Chi crossed her arms critically. She didn't really know if she could be satisfied with this arrangement. "What do you think of that?" out of the corner of her eye she glanced at Goku. "So if you like it, ..." he said, shrugging his shoulders, "... then it is definitely best!" (1) He turned his head down to her and Chi Chi put her arm around his waist to pull him a little closer, her skepticism had just evaporated. She smirked at her husband "You know what Son Goku, you are ABSOLUTELY right!"
This was one of those little moments again when she was completely happy with herself and her little family. All of their men were within reach, they were healthy and did not need to prepare for a potential end of the world. Her two sons were sheltered somewhere where they learned something and her Son Goku stood next to her and had patiently carried furniture through the apartment all morning without complaining.
When she looked back on their time together, they had already lived through a lot together.
Chi Chi had celebrated every single tournament victory with Goku and she had given him as much support as she could in difficult times. She had given birth to two sons who made her proud and she wept bitter tears when Goku sacrificed his own life to save the world. She was happy that she was not in trouble at the moment and she hoped every day that it would stay that way. Maybe now all this fighting would finally stop and everything would be like a fairy tale ...
"Hm?" Goku broke eye contact with her and looked over to the window "Somebody's coming ..." he announced and then looked straight back at her. "So?She asked in astonishment and turned her eyes to the window. She couldn't see anything herself. Sometimes Goku's skills could be very useful ... they had never needed help moving the furniture and he was able to visit in the case of potential thugs feel their arrival before they even came into view.
"I think it's Vegeta," Goku muttered, "What is he doing here?" Both were amazed that Vegeta appeared here for no apparent reason. "No idea ... I'll have a look" and Goku was gone, Chi Chi's arm hung in the air for a second at the point where she had embraced him. She sighed slightly and shook her head "Man ... this Vegeta and his timing ..." so she made her way to the fridge to prepare the food.

'Such a crap! Now it has to start pouring out like buckets. I hope that Kakarott is at least home ... He's probably sitting around idly again, stuffing himself ... 'Vegetas hit the raindrops hard in the face like thick needle heads, but he didn't care. After all, he'd fought worse than a ridiculous storm in his life. 'You have to come up with something better'
His suit was already soaked through and he could feel the cold soup everywhere ... Vegeta picked up the pace a bit. To the human eye it was nothing more than an above-average draft of wind, its hair falling backwards from the speed. Vegeta's eyebrows drew together, he just had to be faster ...
