Happened Happened - Part 13

Hi!
First of all sorry for the delay of this part. I know, I said that I would now put the parts back in on time every Sunday, but I didn't take into account that I would be sick and that's exactly what I was the week before last: gastrointestinal flu. As a result, I was tied to the bed for a few days (lying in bed was the only thing I could do without my stomach hurting) so that I couldn't write (again, another reason to finally have a look To buy a laptop). So I hope you will forgive me, because unfortunately you can't choose whether you get sick or not.

So, let's go on:

Part 13:

2 days later in the CC:
Bulma was sitting at her desk and resting her head in her hands. She had tried to work, but she couldn't, she couldn't concentrate. She was totally desperate.Vegeta had been gone for 4 days now and she didn't know where. She slept very poorly at night because she missed his presence by her side. If only she only knew if he was okay. Or maybe he was badly injured and was covered in blood somewhere. She quickly shook her head to get rid of these thoughts. She had never wanted to be able to track down auras as much as she did now, because then she would have known where he was and would have flown to him immediately. She just had to talk to him again. She would do anything for him, if only he would forgive her and come back.
As she knew him, he was probably training somewhere, but where? But wait a minute, when he was training it meant his aura was very strong. She couldn't feel any auras, but .....
“Trunks!” With one leap, Bulma jumped up from her chair. Why hadn't she figured it out earlier? As fast as she could she ran into her son's room and grabbed him by the shoulders.Trunks was quite surprised and wondered what was going on now. "Mom, what have you got? Did I do something?" "Trunks, please concentrate and tell me if you can find your father somewhere."
Trunks, still very surprised, only nodded slightly. He made a thoughtful expression on his face and for a few seconds the room was as quiet as a mouse, then:
"Ah, there he is." "Where ?! Tell me Trunks, where ?!" Bulma shook her son slightly.
"South ... south of here, not far away."
And then Bulma was gone again. Trunks ran after her, but by then she had disappeared into her plane and took off. He stopped where the plane had stopped a few seconds ago and looked after his mother. 'Good luck. 'He knew how much his mother missed his father. She didn't show him to him and pretended everything was OK, but he had often heard her cry secretly when she thought she was alone. He just couldn't understand his father. Why had he just left? He couldn't just leave him and his mother alone, or the new baby, after all, that also needed a father. No, he really didn't understand his father.

Bulma clenched her hands around the control stick. What was south of the western capital? And then it fell like scales from her eyes: the stone desert, of course. Where else should Vegeta be? There he had his peace and quiet and could train. And there were enough caves for shelter there too. Bulma accelerated her pace and after 10 minutes she saw the desert in front of her. Rocks were scattered everywhere on the ground, the individual parts of larger mountains. It could only have been Vegeta. Then she finally saw him and when she landed some distance away from him, her heart beat up to her neck. She really wanted to talk to him again, but she was still afraid of his reaction.Would he just yell at her again and send her away? She didn't hope so.
With slow steps she walked towards him and the closer she got closer to him, the stronger her pulse beat. He had his back to her, but of course he had noticed her long ago. “What do you want here ?!” Even when she stood behind him, he didn't turn around. "Get out of here!"
"Please, Vegeta, I miss you! Please come back!"
She got no answer.
"Please, I'm so sorry for all of this. I love you and I don't want to live without you! Please forgive me! Think about the baby too!"
But without saying a word, he walked away from her and left her alone. Bulma's eyes came to tears and she walked back to her plane, just as slowly as she had come. She didn't want to go, but she knew there was no point in staying here any longer.
On the flight home, her vision blurred again and again with tears and she had to be careful not to hit it somewhere. He hadn't even really listened to her and had just left her standing. Did he really not love her anymore? Did he really care about anything now? That just could not be the case. You couldn't just change your feelings from one day to the next, you couldn't.

Even when she got home, the tears did not stop flowing. She had to distract herself somehow, so she decided to go to the workshop. There was enough work for her there. With a wave of her hand she wiped away the tears and went there.

Trunks sat on the terrace. He had waited there for his mother to find out how it had gone, but when his mother came back he had seen that nothing had improved, he had seen her tears.
He missed his father, even if he wasn't always nice to him. Would his parents ever get along again? They just had to.

Bulma was completely absorbed in her work. She was tinkering with a cleaning robot that wasn't working properly. He had some kind of mistake, which Bulma finally wanted to fix. But the thoughts of Vegeta were still buzzing in the back of her mind, she just couldn't get rid of them.
Well, finally she had found the problem: two broken cables. But before she fixed that, she wanted to take a break first. Her mouth was all dry and she felt tired.
With a glass of water in hand, she sat down at the table next to the robot. Now that she was sitting she realized how tired she really was, but she had hardly slept in the last few nights either. Again and again her eyes closed and after a while she didn't even try to keep them open. She crossed her arms on the table and rested her head on it. Now that she had nothing to do, the thoughts about Vegeta in her brain slipped further and she relived the conversation from before when she flew to him.Not even once when she mentioned the new baby did he make a sound and just leave. What else should she do so that he finally forgive her again? Will he ever forgive her again? He had to. Without realizing it, she put a hand on her stomach.
She needed him, Trunks needed him and the baby would need him too. Didn't he know that or didn't he just care?
The more her thoughts turned to Vegeta again, the more sleepy she became until she sank completely into sleep. Her head slipped to one side and knocked the glass next to her. All the water spread over the table and dripped down the edges, right onto the exposed, broken cables of the robot. These immediately struck sparks and set fire to the rags, which had been smeared with oil from the "innards" of the robot. But Bulma no longer noticed any of this.

At the same time in the castle of the beef devil:
Chichi was sitting on her bed in her old room, her legs drawn up and her arms around them. Tears glittered in her arms. Again and again her gaze fell on the side of the bed to the right of her. It used to be just her bed, but after she and Goku got married, it became their first bed together until they had their own house. Goku always slept on his right side, even later in her own house. Somehow he had gotten used to it. But now, now the side of the bed next to her was empty, as empty as her heart. She buried her face between her knees and sobbed.
She didn't notice that her father was standing outside the door and watching her through the small crack in the open door. 'Oh Chichi. 'He went on. It hurt to see her like that. If only he could help her somehow, but he didn't know how. He still believed that his daughter and son-in-law's problems were none of his business and that he shouldn't interfere, but that was harder every time he saw his daughter. He had to do something to make Chichi happier again and to let the devil get him if he couldn't.

To be continued ....

Well, did you like the part. I hope so. The last section with Chichi shouldn't have been put in here yet, but only in the next part, but the part with Bulma was a bit too short and I didn't know how to make it any longer, that's why Chichi is already in here . Do I have to design the next part a little differently.

So, see you next time,

your chichi: 17
