The sun was slowly covered by approaching deep black clouds, soon it was completely gone. The silence in the small town of Nerima was broken by a loud thunder. A girl, about 16 years old, jumped up from her bed and quickly looked around her room. When she was sure she was alone, she sank into her thoughts ...
The dream that she had just had seemed very unrealistic and not too important to her at first, but on closer inspection she doubted her first realization ...

Many small children (around elementary school age) ran back and forth on a meadow, played catch and rolled through the green. She watched these children for a while and a smile flew through her face.After half an eternity, it seemed to her, she got up and was turning away from the children when one of the little ones screamed in pain, she thought. She turned around again when she looked at the children, she was a little confused at first. She looked around carefully, but none of the little children grimaced or anything like that. She wanted to go again and now saw a familiar face. Now there was only a silver flash to watch and ...

She didn't like this dream. It had appeared several times, but only when the black clouds obscured the sun.

"Akane?! ... Are you awake?", Soun's voice boomed through the door. Akane replied grumbling: "Yes ... now ..." She wondered why her father wanted to wake her up, otherwise it was always Kasumi who threw her out of bed. "Why?" She asked. "Well ..., um ... there was such a strange noise coming from your room." "What kind of noise, huh ?!"" I don't know what that could have been ... somehow quite loud and rustling ... and then you screamed. "" I just had a bad dream and left the window open. "She heard Soun quietly going down the stairs and a calm panting from his direction. She looked at the clock, it was 1:11 pm.
She took a deep breath when she had finished getting dressed and tightened the belt on her combat suit and whispered to herself: “Off to morning exercise!” A few thoughts later, she had arrived at the dojo and met Ranma there.
To her surprise, Ranma was friendly to her and greeted her with a friendly: “Good morning, Akane.” Akane, who was completely taken aback that he hadn't said a macho woman or something, managed only a few chunks of words that looked like that sounded like normal words had been chopped up and mixed up. Thereupon a slight smile played around Ranma's mouth and Akane blushed slightly. "Why does he have his friendly day today?" Thought Akane aloud and immediately closed her mouth again, because she could guess why ... "That's right, it's his birthday tomorrow and wants to sneak in ..." Now she grinned ."Finally, I thought you couldn't laugh today." Ranma announced. Akane, who was convinced of her theory, took advantage of his friendliness and asked him if they would like to train together. Ranma seemed pleasantly surprised and agreed. Akane said: "Wait a minute ..." As he was told, Ranma was waiting in the dojo for Akane, who had gone out, and did not hear how she snuck up from behind and surprised him with a bucket of cold water. Akane, who now expected Ranma to freak out, almost got a shock when he just said: "Maybe it would be fairer if I fight as a girl, you're right ..." Now Akane turned completely off. "Tell me Ranma, why are you so kind to me today, Huh ?!" she yelled at him. Ranma now looked slightly offended: "Can't I even be friendly to you?" "Yes, yes ... sorry, I'm not used to something like that from you, you know?" "Well then, let's start, otherwise stand we'll be around tomorrow."Without further words they started to fight. Akane lasted quite a long time this time, this was maybe due to the happiness that flowed through her stomach. She didn't know whether it was because of Ranma's new character trait or if she was just better off against Ranma-chan than against Ranma-kun.
A full 2 ​​hours later they sat outside in the meadow that was soaked from the thunderstorm and let the sun shine on them in autumnal temperatures. Barely noticeable, Ranma took Akane's hand in his. Akane, who still thought Ranma wanted to make himself popular, found that this went a little too far when he kissed her on the cheek. But she said nothing. In the evening Akane passed the day in thought and suddenly doubted her assumption about Ranma. That just wasn't trying to suckle into Ranma's style. With these thoughts she fell asleep.
When she got up the next morning, she wanted to put Ranma's birthday present in front of his door (a new battle suit with a black dragon on the chest),then she was already intercepted by him. She handed him his present and looked to one side, embarrassed. Ranma, who was actually on the way to the toilet, didn't unwrap her present and just took it with her. He called to her: “Wait there!” Akane, who Ranma thought was ungrateful, was waiting impatiently for him and was already tripping with his right foot on the floor. When he came back he was already wearing the new suit. He thanked her and asked, "So ... how's it going?" Akane was happy, so happy that she even forgot the nightmare she had had over the last few nights ...
To Akane's great surprise, Ranma was still friendly to her for the next few days. 3 days after his Ranma's, she wanted to ask him if they would also recognize the engagement for themselves. She found it very difficult because she was embarrassed. She was just about to bring herself to ask, when Ranma had already asked. Akane, confused that this question was coming from Ranma, agreed and sank down on his shoulder overjoyed, and that in the middle of the park, where other students were standing and starting to whisper and mumble.But that didn't bother the two as they just kept walking and everyone who made fun of them just ignored them.
Akane and Ranma now trained together every day and Ranma no longer went to school on the fence but always nice and good next to his girlfriend Akane. Since Ranma was now training with Akane, Akane slowly got stronger and even managed to get Ranma-Chan on the boards. Ranma's bombastic mood suddenly fell into the cellar when he received a mysterious letter that said:
