Chapter 2

“Let go of me!” I kicked furiously. Only now did I realize what had happened. This guy kidnapped me for no reason! “Hold still or do you want to die ?!” He pulled out a menacing sword and held it to my throat. I immediately fell silent. He crouched down next to her and took the bouquet. I had to smile.It was actually really cute how he took care of the girl. But my first expression came back quickly. Why was he only being nice to her? “Hey you there!” “My name is Jaken.” “Yeah, well. Who is that?” I pointed to Rin. "Rin." "I know that. I mean, is that his daughter?" Jaken looked at me in astonishment. "No. Sesshoumaru-sama does not deal with people. Not he, the prince of the west. InuYasha, his little brother, who yes. But what else can one expect from a half-demon." What was a half-demon again? ! And what was my kidnapper ?! I got up. Although he had scared me a lot, I decided to ask him. "Sesshoumaru ?!" he turned around. “What is it ?!” His voice made me cringe. "what is a half demon?" at that word his eyes lit up menacingly. Rin ran happily through the meadow. “InuYasha is a half demon!” He hissed. I sat in the soft grass. Sesshoumaru satnd in front of me. How could he even be nice to a person as a demon ?! Why did he explain it to her like that ?! She seemed to have something about her, something that made him friendlier and he didn't like it at all. “Thank you.” She stood up smiling. Maybe he wasn't as rude as he'd like to be after all. “Rin!” Rin just came back with berries and fish. “I'll help you cook.” Rin laughed at her. “Thank you.” Together they prepared a fire and the food. Sesshoumaru watched them. This human girl fascinated him. Apart from Rin, she was the only person who wasn't afraid of him. Him, the prince of demons. Rin has changed his attitude towards people. Humans are strange creatures. Easily killed, quickly vulnerable and inferior to their feelings. Normally everyone submits to him, Sesshoumaru.Even Jaken fears him. But Rin and ... what's her name anyway? “Hey you!” Sesshoumaru went to the two of them. "What's your name ?!" "Oh ... Samira. You can also call me Sam, everyone does that." She looked at him happily. Kagura came out of the bushes towards the three of them. “What do you want ?!” Sesshoumaru received her not exactly friendly. “Naraku sent me.” “Tell him I won't let him take advantage of me! His efforts are in vain!” “Well, not so unkind.” Kagura looked at him. "You wanted Tessaiga, didn't you?" "How is Naraku supposed to help me ?! His last attempts have all failed. He doesn't have a good reputation." "She is the remedy!" She pointed to Sam.
