"Yes, I could kiss her soon!" Lucy said sarcastically.
"Then do it!" said Tala with a grin.
Everyone began to laugh, only on the tip of Lucy's nose a slight dark red sheen spread. She turned her head to the side and stubbornly looked out the window again.
"Hey wasn't meant like that!" said Tala.
"Great!" Lucy muttered and looked at the increasingly hilly landscape that whizzed past faster and faster.Now the others sat down again and Lee intended to be close to Lucy. So she sat down with Bryan and Ray on the 4 seats behind those of Lucy, Tala and Kai.
"Hey come on, it was really just a joke!" Tala tried to apologize.
"Yes! I already said it was ok!" Lucy sighed.
"Doesn't sound particularly sincere, though!" said Kai coolly.
"It's not either!" Lucy muttered and stood up.
"Hey where are you going?"
"I don't remember telling you all of my steps!" Lucy explained and walked off towards the loo.
Tala watched her go.
"It's a strange girl!" he sighed.
"Right!" said Lee and ruffled his hair.
"Stop it!" Tala tried to fight back.
"Then I'll do it with Bryan and Ray!" said Lee and did the same.
After a few minutes or so, Lucy came back and tilted her head before she sat down.
"What happened to the two of them?" she asked and sat down.Tala and Kai pointed to Lee and Lucy understood. Actually she liked it when the two talked to her but when she was silent it was good too. Lucy took her cell phone out of her pocket and selected the games. Suddenly the train stopped and, as they were in a tunnel, the lights went out. Lucy looked up from her cell phone and heard the others soon die of fear. After a few minutes of shaking, Tala spoke to her:
"Aren't you afraid?"
"No!" Lucy said coldly.
Suddenly the light came on again and the train started moving again.
Lucy sat down and looked into the darkness that slowly fell over the land.
"Hey what is it?" asked Lee from behind her.
"Nothing!"
"Oh come on!" said Lee.
"No!"
"It's nothing!"
The train stopped after a while. Lucy got out and found a secluded alley. Then she hit the redial button on her cell phone again. This time Boris answered.
"Yes?"
"This is Lucy! We are almost in the mountains now. And I wanted to get in touch before I can no longer.""Something else?"
"Yes Tala and his people are here!"
"Could you thwart our plan?"
"I'm afraid if we're not careful yes!"
"Then you have to be careful!" explained Boris and hung up.
"Thanks for nothing!" said Lucy.
Then she went back to the train, which left a few minutes later.
"Hey where have you been?" Tyson asked her directly.
"Outside!"
"And what did you do there?"
"Nothing!" Lucy said sharply and sat down in her seat.
Tala and Kai didn't even try to start a conversation with her. The two could play the aloof, even though it didn't look like a game with Lucy. Outside the landscape rushed by and now mountains could already be seen in the distance. Everyone except Lucy, Tala and Kai were joking around and having a lot of fun. Afterwards it turned out that the 3 teams, by chance, (whoever thinks) were staying in the same `hotel`. Well the hut was not a luxury hotel but so far away that fans were not allowed to appear under any circumstances.
