Fanfic: 8 Final Bit Beast

funnier than you!"
"A water flea's humor is better than yours!" Lucy said calmly.
"Oh! Ms. I-am-unattainable-in-everything has spoken!" sneered Lila.
"don't be so cheeky, you gobbler!" Lucy hissed dangerously.
"And what are you?"
"Not as hungry as you are!"
"I'll clear up then!" said Lee and started to stack the plates.
Then she went into the kitchen. Lucy and Lila continued arguing. Then Lee came back out of the kitchen and gave Lila and Lucy two meaningful looks that they should be quiet."Um ... I'll help you!" Bryan said to break the silence and continued to collect plates.
Lucy and Lila still exchanged murderous looks that no one else seemed to notice. The girls played their roles well, but when they clashed, their darker side reappeared. Which was probably because they were so used to it. Finally calm returned and Lila and Lucy had gotten back together too.
"So again! What are we doing today?" Lucy started again.
"How about going to a lake!" suggested Zoe.
"Good idea!" Ian agreed.
"Well then!!"
Everyone was looking for their things and Kenny, meanwhile, was looking for a remote lake with Hilary and Claire from a map.
"That one!" said Hilary and pointed to a lake in a valley basin.
All around were mountains and you could only reach this lake by walking through a mountain.
"He's not far from here and he looks good!" Claire agreed and Kenny was also persuaded."Hey guys!" Hilary rounded up the others.
"We found a great lake!" informed her pride.
"Where, then?" Lee asked interested.
"Here!" Claire said and pointed to the circled spot on the map.
"Wait a minute! Gerfierd Lake! I know it!" noted Lee.
"Where from?" Bryan asked now interested.
"Um ... we've been here before!" Lucy explained now.
That was true, but it wasn't the whole truth. You hadn't been there alone. But with her parents and Boris. They used to be good friends. Lucy was just 3 years old and the rest only 2. Her parents had been thrown to their deaths there. From Biovolt. Lucy imperceptibly shook her head. She would like to never think of it again.
"Ok! When are we going?" asked Ray.
"Walk?" Tyson asked, shaken.
"Yes go! Mind?" asked Kai coolly.
"Um ...!" did Tyson, but then fell silent.
So everyone packed their things and got ready to go.After about an hour's walk, they found the entrance to the cave and were now unsure whether to go in.
"So! Who is going first?" Kenny asked cautiously.
"Actually always the one who asks, but I'll take it off your hands!" said Lucy and went first.
"Has anyone got a flashlight?" Lee asked from behind and accidentally bumped into Bryan who was walking in front of her.
"I have a!" Kenny called from somewhere, because he couldn't be located through the echo.
Suddenly the dark corridor was lit up and Lucy could just be careful not to fall into a huge gaping hole in the floor. That almost went wrong. Lucy took another breath and then led the way in the light of the flashlight.
"Hey I can already see the end!" called Spencer.
And indeed, a few minutes later, everyone was standing on the shore of a huge deep blue lake.
"Wow!" Lila marveled and let the cooler bag drop that she had put around her shoulder.
"I almost forgot how nice it was here!" explained Lee."It was a long time ago!" said Lucy.
After everyone had marveled at the lake, they began to unpack the things. They all had the idea to spend the night there and had therefore brought tents with them that Kai, Bryan, Tala and Ray were now trying to expand.
Lee and Lucy took care of the food and the rest splashed in the water. Lucy was just chopping potatoes and carrots when annoyed curses reached her ear. She looked up and even a blind person would have noticed that the boys had difficulty setting up the tents because they were somehow upside down.
"Something is wrong there!" Lucy noted.
"Right! Looks more like a pyramid on your head!" grinned Lee.
"Can you do better?" asked Tala.
"We can give it a try!" Lucy said to Lee.
"But only if you take care of the food!" said Lee and the two of them started to dismantle one tent again.
"So! E in B and C in D!" Lucy read aloud and Lee stuck the said poles together. They went on like this until all the tents were set up and there were no poles left.
"You see? That's how you do it!" rebuked Lee.
"That was just a coincidence!" Bryan growled.
"Oh, don't be offended right away! We just stick to the given!" Lee explained and patted Bryan and Ray on the shoulders encouragingly.
"If our water fowl and roosters would come too, then we could eat too!" Lucy said and at the word food, Lila and Tyson came running straight away.
"No, no! Not like that people!" Lee rebuked. "And the last thing you do is get something to eat!"
"WHAT? Are you crazy?" asked Tyson and Lila in shock.
"No!" Lee said shortly and stirred the noodle soup again before letting it flow into small bowls.
"Mh! Really delicious!" praised Zoe and comfortably spooned steaming soup.
"Now we get it too!" said Lila and Tyson.
"No not yet! Lucy wants something else!" Lee said, she grabbed Lucy's bowl and filled it up again."I wanted?" Lucy asked, perplexed by Lee's action.
"Can't you see that Lucy? Lee clearly wants to fatten you!" laughed Claire.
"But she still has a lot to do!" Kai teased.
"Haha!" Lucy said ironically, but the others laughed half-slack.
"Hey, I have an idea!" Ian said, "Why don't we play spin the bottle with Choice, Truth or Dare! And Dizzy is our lie detector!"
The Black Lairs gave each other meaningful glances.
"Um ... I'd rather go swimming!" Lucy said and disappeared into her tent to get her things.
"We'll come with you!" Lee called after her and dragged Lila, Zoe and Claire to the lake (with swimwear).
"What do they have?" asked Bryan.
"I don't know! Maybe you're scared of Dizzy!" speculated Tyson.
"Very funny! Especially because Claire also has a Bit Beast in her lap top!" said Dizzy.
"Really?"
"Really!" said Dizzy.
Kenny opened his lap top.
"And what is it called?"
"Fire Bloune! Nice guy!" explained Dizzy."Is there anyone with a crush?" Tyson asked with a grin.
"You forget that I'm a bit beast trapped in a lap top!"
They all burst out laughing again.
"If Kenny hooked me into Claire's lap top, I could ask him what's going on!" Dizzy said more seriously now.
Fortunately, Claire had forgotten her lap top in all the excitement, so Kenny Dizzy clicked into the lap top.

On the bank ...

"Phew, lucky!" Zoe sighed and stepped one foot into the water, but she quickly pulled it back again.
"You can say that out loud!" Lila agreed and slid into the water with a skilful body.
"Too close if you ask me!" said Lucy and let her feet in the water.
"Well! After all, we talked our way out of it!" said Claire.
"Where's your lap top?" asked Lee.
"With the boys!" grinned the addressed.
"And…!" began Zoe.
"Password, hacker protection and if you do come in I told Fire to shut up!" Claire enumerated and grinned even wider.Lucy did not take part in the conversation, if not to say not at all, while she slipped into the water. She swam several laps and then floated on her back in the middle of the lake. > Yes yes! Someone can tell me what they want, but the sky is really beautiful today! she thought while looking at the red-colored sky.
Slowly some clouds passed by, but then they disappeared like fog. The moon also appeared after a while, accompanied by a few stars and lights from planes flying by. Lucy looked dreamily at the sky which slowly but surely turned black. Only around the moon and the little twinkling stars it was still dark blue. Her mind wandered. Far far away. To cold, snowy Moscow, where maybe several children were tormented at that moment, maybe also their little sister. Lucy had never been able to take care of her. Because after the death of her parents, Lucy had come to the abbey and April to the home.Lucy didn't know anything from April until her mother's diary fell into her hands. Boris had actually not wanted Lucy to read it, but it was her turn. It was more of a stupid coincidence. > A stupid coincidence that changed my life! <thought Lucy sadly and thought back. Back to the time in the abbey and the day when your life suddenly turned inside out:

Flashback (write that from Lucy's point of view)

It was a day like any other. I'm alone here in my 'room', that's what Boris calls it.
"Be glad I don't let you sleep on the floor!" he always rebukes in a domineering tone.
I should be really glad he didn't send me to a room with these other bladers. They all only want one thing. But I'm a blader, you don't need children there. But I don't want any, because, my God, I'm only 13. Well, there are people who have children at this age, but I don't want one.Oh I realize I'm repeating myself
"Well Griffer (pronunciation important: English)? At least I've got you!" I whispered and it lit up briefly.
I closed my eyes and listened to the steady dripping of the water droplets that pearled from the wall and flowed together in a `lake` below. I really wanted to see the sea once. I grew up in Moscow and stayed there. My parents had once promised me to go to the sea with me for my 4th birthday to collect mussels. But that wasn't possible. By then they were already dead. At that time I was annoyed with my parents and hated them because they didn't go to the sea with me. I didn't realize that they couldn't do that anymore. I pulled my pad out from under my pillows and wrote a few lines of a song on it. In English. I never knew why I could speak English, it was like I was born with it. Later on I wanted to be a singer and not a huge blader or world champion. With the money I would earn, I wanted to help the poor children in the third world and the children all over the world. My parents wanted to practice that with me too, wanted to get me a band that I could practice with, but only when I was old enough. But
