"No! Take your dirty paws away! Let go of me!" Desperate Kimie tried to defend herself, but it didn't help. She seemed to be helpless at the mercy of these men and that terrified her. She had never felt so lonely and unable to do anything in her entire life.
Suddenly Kimie noticed that the robber was pulling off her jacket. Again she tried to push him away, but again without success. It all seemed to make no sense, no matter how hard she tried to fight back, and the desperation inside her grew.
"Help !!" Kimie yelled with all her might, hoping that someone would hear and help her. But who could have helped her now?
The robber grinned dirty and looked triumphantly down at the girl. "Just scream!Nobody can hear you here! "
For a brief moment, Kimie stopped breathing abruptly, as if realizing for herself that this guy was right. She felt the tears welling up inside her, tears of fear and despair. Now she just wished that she wouldn't notice any of this, that she would just pass out. So she screwed up her eyes and started praying. A well-known voice suddenly made her sit up and take notice. "Are you really that sure about that?"
Immediately a murmur went through the ranks of the robbers and all turned to the entrance of the cave. The leader also left Kimie for the moment to get an idea of ​​the situation for himself. "You ?!" he asked incredulously and with a slight shock in his voice. "How did you find us here ?!"
Kimie risked a look and turned her head towards the entrance to the cave as well. But since she couldn't see anything more precise, she sat up carefully ... and was visibly surprised.> Isn't that Sesshoumaru !? <Well, she hadn't imagined she'd heard his voice. Sesshoumaru let his gaze wander through the cave and didn't look impressed when the robbers picked up their weapons.
"You wretched creatures are really a disgrace!" Said the youkai in an ice cold voice and then let his whip speak for himself. Within a few moments and without the robbers being able to defend themselves in any way, Sesshoumaru carried one after the other to the afterlife. In the end he took on the leader and all whining for mercy brought nothing. Shortly afterwards, he too was broken up.
Kimie had watched it all in silence and when it was over she leaned against the wall, relieved. That had just gone well again. But she didn't want to imagine what would have happened if Sesshoumaru hadn't shown up in time.
At some point the youkai came up to her and leaned down to her.Kimie lowered her gaze somewhat shyly and at first didn't really dare to look at him.
There was a long silence. Neither Sesshoumaru nor Kimie said anything. But at some point Kimie couldn't help but cry. She was terribly relieved that Sesshoumaru had shown up in time, and she also showed him that by holding on to him now.
"You are here ... thank heaven! ... I'm so glad you found me ... Sesshoumaru ..."
She didn't know how he found her or why he even knew she was here, but she didn't care. Any fear or uncertainty about the youkai that she had previously felt from time to time was suddenly swept away. And even if these feelings should return later, Kimie didn't care at all at the moment. Kimie could no longer perceive a reaction from his side because she lost consciousness. It was all too much.

Kimie slowly woke up again, but something struck her as weird.She was leaning on something; it was soft and fluffy.

If someone had told her a few days ago that something like this would happen to her, she would have declared them completely insane.
After a while with no one saying anything, Kimie looked around. Apparently the two were somewhere in this forest where the robbers had taken the girl.
"How ... long did I sleep?", she asked hesitantly and only dared a cursory glance at Sesshoumaru.
"Four hours.", He answered shortly and got up. "Let's go. Enough time has already been lost." He was already making progress with that.
Kimie was immediately on her feet and followed the youkai at a certain distance. She walked after him thoughtfully. He hadn't said another word on this matter.

She was relieved to see that he was okay and gently stroked his head. "Hello Inuki!"
Kimie was so happy that this had turned out well. After all, it could have been very different.
Rin smiled happily and then stroked Inuki's back. "Inuki is pretty smart! He brought us a piece of cloth and Sesshoumaru-sama knew very quickly that something was wrong and you probably need help."Kimie looked up in surprise. > Is that why Sesshoumaru knew that I ...? <She never thought that Inuki would ask Sesshoumaru for help.

And promptly he received a hearty head-butt for this remark. "And you're still a creepy pain in the ass!" Kimie replied, her fist raised in triumph while Jaken rubbed his lump.

Inuki kept Sesshoumaru busy for a while. This dog had only recently attacked him and it was obvious he didn't like the youkai. He had a guess as to Inuki, but wasn't really sure. This dog had been the first who really puzzled him.But now he had come to him and asked for help in his own way. And Sesshoumaru actually responded to this request!
The youkai somehow had such a nagging feeling that he couldn't let go. Somehow he had the impression that he had missed something. But what? Could that even be?
"Well, I'll find out later."
With that Sesshoumaru devoted himself to the matter he actually wanted to settle and continued on his way undeterred.

In the meantime, 1 1/2 hours had passed and Sesshoumaru had not come back yet. Kimie had used the time to relax a little. This day was probably the most exhausting so far. After thinking about it for a while, she finally decided to sincerely thank Sesshoumaru for his help when he came back. Now she sat pensively on a little hill and looked up at the sky. Inuki lay dozing next to her.Rin, Jaken, and Ah-Un had stayed at the campsite, which was some distance away. Kimie hadn't strayed as far from the others as before.
"How many days have actually passed by now?" the girl wondered. "Hmm ... I landed here four days ago, I think. Time passed us pretty quickly, don't you think Inuki?"
The dog looked up and looked attentively at his mistress. Kimie smiled and stroked the dog's head, then stood up. She was about to go back with him when she heard someone calling her name: "Kimie!"
Kimie knew the voice all too well. At first she thought she had misheard, but then turned around. "Kagome?" She whispered, as if she still couldn't believe it. But there really was Kagome and not only she, Inuyasha and the others were there too. They were standing some distance away on another hill and Kagome waved to Kimie."Look! Inuki is there too!"
