Chapter 26: Everyday Relationship Problems
"You didn't understand that correctly, that's not what I meant! Hey, that could have killed me!" Cried Teiga, horrified, avoiding an attack by the unknown girl. Meanwhile, Sky and the others were attacked by the rest of the vampires. Although none of them had held a gun in a long time, they were still very good. You could tell by the fact that they could easily keep the four at bay. "Don't kill a single one of them! Maybe they'll join us after all," Sky admonished his friends and looked around. More and more vampires poured out of the cave, after a few minutes armed ones too.
"I have you!" Said the vampire girl whose clothes Teiga had made fun of. She had driven the half-demon to the edge of a small cliff and struck. To avoid the attack, Teiga jumped backwards and fell over the cliff.
"TEIGA!", Sky yelled in horror and tried to get to her in time to help her.However, several vampires blocked his way and he couldn't make it in time.
Damn it, thought Teiga as he fell. I'll hit the ground in a minute and I'll be shattered into a thousand pieces. I wanted to kill Lenya before I give up the spoon!
Suddenly something stopped her fall.

"Are you all right?" Asked a young man who had caught her. He was a vampire too. Teiga recognized this immediately when he smiled and she could see his fangs. Somehow she suddenly blushed as she stared at her handsome savior. And he didn't miss it.

I wanted to kill her, don't always break everything!", The girl complained that Teiga had pushed down the cliff, but was instantly calm when Chris (that was the guy's name, the dough had caught) came towards them. "You always have to finish off everyone who comes here, Sheila!They don't want to wipe us out ", explained Chris and Teiga liked the guy more and more. He also looked good!
"But, but ...", Sheila started, but suddenly stopped when she saw Chris` angry expression on his face. "No buts! Finally stop it. Here", he added and pressed Teiga, who he was still in his arms, into the hands of Sky.

Chris stared at her briefly, uncomprehending.
Why should I let him go, he said to himself in his mind. My people haven't had any real food for several days and it doesn't look bad at all. People are already finding a new leader.

When he saw Alex, he suddenly got angry again (he still hasn't forgiven the guy for wanting to marry Teiga). Chris used the break to ask Alex: “Tell me, how do you and Teiga even know each other?” He was about to answer, but Sky interrupted him tonelessly: “That guy wanted to marry Teiga, but that didn't work ... and now he's in a bad mood about it! "
Teiga looked indecisively from one to the other. Then she suggested: "Hey, I have an idea! We now have my group, the leader of the humans and the leader of the vampires gathered here. We could actually deal with the best way to wipe out the demons right now!"I don't have forever either ... L "
Everyone agreed and a few minutes later all four were ready for the meeting: Chris as the representative of the vampires, Alex for the people, Sky for the group of four and Teiga as the mediator. In case anyone attacked the other.
