oki and nu to the new part:

a little incident before the flight

When the two were back it was already dark in the house and so they crept quietly to their beds.
When they were about to lie down, a voice startled them out of the darkness, Kai recognized them, it was Ray: "Ohmann ... are you finally back too? Where have you been hanging around for so long? We were already worried."
"Where should we have been? We just walked a bit."
"Oh ..." Ray was too tired to continue the conversation, and much tired back on his pillow. That was the last interview for the day, and everyone slept reasonably well for the current situation.

The sun was shining on his face when he blinked his eyes and sat up sleepily, stunned he noticed that the beds of the others were already empty, but how long had it been?
He rubbed the sleep from his eyes, yawned heartily, and went to the window. The dew made the grass glitter, and the little mist that still crept over the ground ... seemed to foreshadow something ...
Kai went back to his mattress, took his things and went into the bathroom to take a shower. Then he went to breakfast.
His friends greeted him: "Wow, Kai, I think you've set a new record, even Tyson doesn't sleep that long!" Ray and Kenny smiled at Max's remark.
"Okay, now that we are all up and sitting at the table; what are we doing today?" Tai tried to sound happy, which she apparently succeeded in doing.
After a pause for thought, Ray suggested: "I think it's best if we get some tickets for the flight as soon as possible!" With this sentence he had chased away the lightheartedness in the morning, and there was no longer any real joy to be seen on any face: "Sorry ..." he apologized."Hey don't worry, I wanted to say that too." Tyson tried to comfort him.
"Shall we go right after breakfast?" Asked Kenny.
"I think so, otherwise we have nothing to do and I really don't feel like training today ..." it sounded like Ray had just decided for the others.
After dinner, they cleared the table and agreed on the route and camouflage sports to Tokyo. By bus into town and by taxi to the airport.

They decided to pack their bags right away and take them with them, as each additional day they waited would only make things worse. The grandfather was skeptical about the sudden vacation in Russia and it took a while to convince him not to come.

When they waited for the bus, no one said a word. Nobody wanted the mood to sink any further.
That morning the bus was pretty empty when they thought of the last time ...
Again they hired two taxis and drove to the airport. When they entered the hall they were overwhelmed by the memories of seeing the two siblings again. First they went to the last minute office to ask if someone had canceled their flight to Russia. But this time they were out of luck and had to pay full price. In thanks for the help his friends gave him, Kai paid for them. Over the years he had saved quite a small fortune.

After the long wait at the counter, they were again plagued by hunger and so they treated themselves to a second breakfast in the airport coffee shop. Through the huge windows you could look directly at the aircraft landing and taking off. Since they still had time until their flight, Taki looked around the small shops that were everywhere, Tyson and Max accompanied them. They stopped at a shelf with cute little mice, Tai decided to free one of the boring space and bought it.
Ray and Kai stayed at the table and watched the goings on while Kenny had moved them to a quiet corner and typed something on his leptop.Flights were called and announced again and again and they were always excited to hear whether it was finally theirs.
After almost two full hours, the time had finally come. The tension grew.

Ray, Kai and Kenny waited almost five minutes for the others, but they still didn't show up. Time was running out. The last call for their flight was heard and still nothing ...
"What do we do now?" asked Ray.
"We'll have to look for her, hopefully everything will be okay." sighed Kai and wanted to go in the direction of the counter when a voice called through the hall: "Stop! Wait for us!"
He turned and saw his sister running towards her.
"What was going on? Where were you?" he asked suspiciously as they made their way through control and onto the plane.

When everyone was seated:

Max sat next to Tyson, Ray next to Kai and Kenny next to Taki.
"Hey look!" Taki nudged Kai from behind: "I bought you on the key ring!" she smiled and Kai looked suspiciously at the little mouse who looked at him suspiciously with her little button eyes."It's pink!" he complained. When the rest of them noticed the little conversation they all started laughing and for a moment they forgot the reason they were sitting here on the plane.

So! Chapter end ... _AND DON'T FORGET: NEXT TIME YOU MUST READ: "The Shadow of Death" !!! _ under no circumstances forget (I hope I won't forget that ... ^^)
oki ciao your Blacki * hug *
