Atemi is now 18 years old and has struggled with Seth with whom she is now together thanks to her father,

Mahado reads the letter through once and comforts Atemi. Atemi stops crying.

The next day:

Someone's knocking at the door. Mahado opens the door and lets Atemu in. Both go to Atemi.
