Chapter 1- Great Reunion

Lisa unpacked her things, yawning. She and her brother shared an apartment.
“Finally we can show everyone!” She grinned and hummed a song as she put her things away.
"I'm so excited !!" she said aloud to her brother Alex, who had thrown himself on the bed in her room.
“That'll be great!” Alex sighed and closed his eyes.
Both of them had dreamed of participating in the Beyblade World Cup from an early age.
And now the time had finally come.
When they both finished unpacking, they went down to the dining room and got something to eat.
The hall was filled with tables, all of which were divided into teams.Amazed, they both got something to eat and then sat down at an empty table.
"Wow! Quite a lot!" Alex looked around.
"Well ... that was to be expected, wasn't it?" Lisa poked around at her pasta with minced meat sauce. She was excited. A lot.
They had both trained a lot in recent years and prepared for a World Cup like this.
But suddenly she wasn't so sure anymore whether her dream was really realistic.
"We can do it! We'll be world champions!" Alex brought Lisa back to reality.
"Yes ..." She looked around again and avoided Alex´ eyes.
“Do you have any doubts?” Alex took his sister's hand and forced her to look into his eyes. That look said it all.
"But Lisa! What are you afraid of? We have trained so much! And you have even learned from the best! Only by pen pal, but it was good! We can make the little sister!"
Yes ... she really had learned from the best.As soon as Alex mentioned it, Lisa had to grin.
She would like to see Kai again. It was so long ago.
They had met as little children and liked each other right away.
But they had to part again quickly.
Kai had to go back to Russia and Lisa stayed at the boarding school in Germany.
“Do you think Kai is here?” Lisa looked at Alex expectantly.
"How should I know that? I don't know, human! But we can have a look right away."
Lisa was now looking in the hall for a guy who looked like Kai.
"I'll be right back!", She said suddenly excited and got up quickly.
She went through the hall to the entrance and caught the one she was looking for just in time.
"Kai!" Lisa grinned up to her ears.
"Sorry ..." Kai raised an eyebrow.
“Do we know each other?” He looked confused.
Lisa was still grinning.
"No wonder you don't recognize me anymore. It's been a long time. I'm Lisa! Don't you remember your sandpit friendship?"Kai's face brightened instantly.
"Lisa? You are my little Lisa ?!"
Lisa nodded happily and hugged Kai.
“It's been forever!” She had tears in her eyes.
“Right!” He just grinned mildly and admitted the embrace without a word.
"Did my lessons help?"
"Certainly! Otherwise I wouldn't be here! I've improved a lot!"
"Then I look forward to seeing you in the arena!"
“And I'll hit you!” Lisa grinned, sure of victory.
“Naughty as always!” Kai shook his head.
"Well ... I have to go again then. My brother is waiting for me!"
Lisa was about to turn to go when Kai held her back again.
"Wait a minute, Lisa! Are you going to do something tonight? I would like to introduce the whole group to you!"
"Gladly! I'm looking forward to getting to know the other Bladers! At 6 p.m. at the front entrance?"
Kai just nodded. Then he turned and disappeared.
Lisa ran back to the table where Alex was still sitting.He looked at her perplexed.
"Who was that? Who did you greet so warmly?" Alex asked horrified.
"Oh Alex! That was Kai! I only spoke to him briefly! And made an appointment for tonight!" Lisa grinned cheekily.
"AS PLEASE ?!" Alex almost knocked this statement off the chair.
“And you're invited too!” Lisa grinned even wider. She had expected this reaction.
Alex relaxed and let out an audible breath.
"Let's go back to our apartment. I still want to change!"

Alex fell tired on the couch.
“I'm full!” He patted his stomach.
Lisa laughed and disappeared into her room. She looked in her closet. She hadn't taken many things with her. At least nothing that seemed beautiful enough to her. But she didn't expect to be invited on a date either. At least half a time.
,What should I wear?'
Lisa looked desperately into the darkest corners of the closet.
She started when the doorbell rang suddenly.And pretty wild.
"Open up, Alex!" Shouted Lisa, but Alex didn't move a bit.
"I can't move anymore!"
Sighing, Lisa managed to answer the door.
'Why am I here with this guy again?'
She opened the door and her eyes almost fell out when she saw the person standing in front of her.
It was Lea.
"What are you doing here?" Asked Lisa, amazed.
"I missed your face sunny !!" answered Lea.
"May I come inside?"
Lisa nodded. "Clear!"
"Great! Help me please! The parts are pretty heavy!"
Lea entered and brought out 4 large suitcases.
“Why suitcase?” Lisa stared at her.
"Do you mean I walk around here in the same things all the time ?! Where can I sleep?"
"You can't get my room !!" Alex screamed from the couch in panic.
He could still remember Lea pretty well. Even if it was a long time ago. But if Lisa and Lea were together, the big brothers should better forgive."Then I'll just take the couch! So get away from my sleeping place!"
Lea threw a large bag at Alex, who gasped on impact.
Meanwhile, Lisa arrived with the 4 suitcases in tow.
"But honestly, biscuit! What are you doing here?"
"I just wanted to visit you! Really! I missed you!"
Lea grinned and her look said it all. Lisa immediately started grinning too.
,Oh no! Now they are already hatching a plan! They haven't seen each other for 2 minutes! 'thought Alex, startled.
"It's good that you are trading today! I'm invited to dinner today. Would you like to come too?"
"Sure! Who's coming?"
"You won't believe it biscuit! I saw Kai again. You still remember! The Russian I told you about! And he brings his friends with him!"
"Cool! New friends!"
Lea jumped up and down excitedly.
"Are you actually blading biscuits?"
"Yeah! But I don't take part in any competitions!"
"Understand…"
"And what do we do now until the meeting?"Lisa sat down on the couch and pushed Alex down, who was only listening in silence to the conversation between the two girls.
"Tell me about biscuit! What have you been doing all this time? I want to know everything!"
"Good ... if you want!"
