“You're from there too, aren't you?” Rui looked at her excitedly. “From there?” The girl didn't understand a word. “Yes, what does that mean from there?” Now the others had also interfered in the conversation. Seifer made his way to his quarters and Rui took Warui to the director's office. "He's not there. He's currently with his wife, but you can fill that out and Squall will do the rest." She handed Warui a sheet of paper. After Warui had filled it out, she gave it back to Rui, who put it in the desk drawer."In the meantime you can stay with me in the quarters until you have your own." Together they went to the quarters and Rui showed her her room. "I'll be on the road for a while. You can have a look around if you want or just relax." Rui walked out of the room and into the exercise hall. She met a few monsters from which she either fled or defeated them. Further back, at the end of the hall, she went through a gate and came to a secluded balcony. She enjoyed the fresh air and took a deep breath. Nobody was there, just she. Somehow she wasn't feeling well. She didn't understand anything anymore. When she had talked to Rinoa about her and Seifer and he came around he said things that sounded like he meant it. Somehow she had already hoped.
Her lips moved slowly. Words could be heard softly. The words became a soft chant.
How long has it been? How long had she not sung? She would love to do it again. You missed it.That exciting feeling when the heart was beating so wildly. To be on stage and terrified of making a mistake. To wish that the moment never passed again.
“Aren't you resting?” She turned around in a flash and saw Seifer. Didn't he go to his room?
"I'm not tired. What about you?" She looked at him, he came up to her and leaned next to her on the parapet. "I can't rest when I know that the others are having fun." That was typical Seifer. He looked at every mission like a game. Then what about a relationship? Would he even see it as fun?
He looked at her. “What is it?” She had been staring at him the whole time and now looked away, embarrassed. "There you are. I've been looking for you everywhere" Warui had joined them and now looked over at the two of them. "What are you doing here? Should I leave you alone again?" Rui pushed away from the area and went to the door. "No, I was just about to leave." She stepped into the exercise hall and made her way to her quarters.Warui looked at Seifer and smiled. “You're Seifer aren't you?” He just nodded silently. “Are you with Rui?” He looked puzzled. Why does she ask such a thing? Did it really look like that?
He shook his head. "Hmm, oh so" She walked up to him and stopped in front of him. “There are computers in the classrooms. Do the certain students belong to them?” He nodded. "I borrowed one, yes. It belongs to a Matt or something." He said nothing and looked at the door. Was Rui angry with him? Had he done anything to her at all?
“There's something like a black board.” Warui continued. "Someone from the committee wrote in that there was going to be another party soon." He looked at her. He could remember the last ball too well. Selphie got drunk and Rinoa didn't stay dry either. It was actually quite funny. Squall and Quistis had been really easy going. Xell hadn't been annoying either and he had gotten on really well with Rui. He didn't know where Irvine had been.He'd probably made out with some girls again. The only thing he didn't like about the festival was that it was the victory celebration over Artemisia. Rui had done the same thing back then. But he never understood why.
“Are you going with me?” Warui pulled him out of his thoughts and looked at him lovingly. She would love to go with him. “I don't even know if I'm going.” He got up and was about to go out the door, but Warui held his arm back. "If you do go there, will you go with me? Let me know when you go, will you?" He shook her off and walked through the exercise hall. Warui was left with a grin.

Rui was currently sitting in her quarters, trying to sleep. Seifer must have really meant it with what he had said to Rinoa. What he and Warui were doing right now. After all, they were all alone. With Rui, the imagination went crazy. She shook her head. No, not someone like Seifer.Surely he would take his time. Most certainly.

Seifer went into the great hall. He didn't know what and where he was going. He just didn't want to stay with Warui any longer. Somehow he was suspicious of her.
He decided to visit Rui and went to the quarters. When he stood in front of hers he hesitated. What if she wasn't there. And if it does? Would she hurl something at him? Nonsense! Why should she He hadn't done anything to her.
He knocked on her door and he heard Rui. “Who's there?” “Rui, open it, it's me” The doorknob was pushed down and the door opened. “What do you want?” “I want to talk to you” Seifer passed Rui before she could do anything. "Hey, did I say that you can go in?" She got slightly angry and slammed the door. "No, but you didn't tell me to stay outside either." He sat down on her bed and grinned. "What do you want?" she repeated. "As I said, I want to talk to you."She walked up to him and sat down next to him." What is it? "" About what happened "He looked at her and their eyes met. Did he mean what he said to Rinoa? Did he want to clarify now?"
"Tell me, are you mad at me?" He looked at her seriously. Their friendship was very important to him. She was the only one who had stood by him after Artemisias death. He wouldn't let anything destroy their friendship.
“No why?” He grinned. “Because you hissed at me like a wild kitten.” Rui blushed slightly and looked away. When they were alone he was so different and much more open.
"Pah, that was just because you ..." She clapped her hand over her mouth. She almost said the wrong thing. “Annoyed?” Seifer completed her sentence. She shook her head vigorously even though she really wanted to say that. "It's okay. I can understand it. Sometimes I really exaggerate." He smiled. "No, it isn't."She waved her hands in front of her to defend herself against his words." Then what is it? "She looked at him and tried to meet his gaze. But it didn't work and she looked at the floor." When I talked to Rinoa, you meant that we were like siblings. Did you ... did you mean that seriously. "Somehow she didn't want to hear a yes now. She didn't want to be like a sister to him. All just not a sister." No, "He shook his head slightly and smiled." You are much more important to me than a sister. It was destiny for sure. She was incredibly happy and fell on the bed. A grin spread and didn't want to go away.So no sister. What then? He called them kitties !! What did that actually mean? "Kitten," she said to herself again. She smiled. "His kitten !!!"
