Hinata und die Macht der Finsternis
Here we go!
An hour later, Hinata was having breakfast downstairs in the kitchen. She stirred listlessly in her hot cocoa, which she could not bring down.
"You got up early today," said her mother when she walked into the kitchen.
"I wanted to prepare provisions for the mission. Besides, I couldn't sleep any more."
"Bad dream?" Asked her mother sympathetically.
Hinata started. She almost spilled the cocoa.
"Yes," she admitted. With a shudder, she thought of the fear she had endured, but strangely enough, she couldn't remember the details of her dream. "Before going to bed I heard about the escaped criminal on the news," she added, as if to explain.
"Don't let silly dreams drive you crazy. You have too much imagination, that's all!"
“I hope you're right, Mum.” Hinata shuddered as if she could throw the memory off like a heavy burden."Today is a special day for you," continued her mother. "Everything will be fine."
"You're an incorrigible optimist, Mum. Just look at this!" Hinata pointed to the window. The rain fell slowly but steadily from the sky. "Today, of all days, it is pouring rain. After running through this storm, I will look like a doused poodle when I get to the meeting point. Besides, my clothes will be very dirty!"
"Don't worry about that," replied Ms. Hyuuga. “The best thing to do is drive you to the meeting point.” She put her coffee cup on the table. "I also want to prevent a runaway madman like this Takeru from harming my daughter."
"Do you really think he's hanging around Konoha?" Hinata asked worriedly.
"Unlikely. Don't worry too much. That doesn't suit you at all!"
“Oh mum!” Hinata sighed. But she knew her mother was right. After all, there was nothing to really be afraid of. Or?Naruto was still staring grumpily out of the window that was decorated with raindrops.
Behind him he could hear Sasuke clanking the pots! "What he's doing again!", The blond-haired, good-looking shinobi asked himself. He had been sitting at this window for a while now, staring out, but he couldn't really see anything because the pane was decorated with raindrops and his breath was fogging up.
"Naruto now help me, we have to go right now!" His best friend growled from the kitchen.
"Yes, yes, I'm coming Sasuke! You can't live without me, can you?", He asked with a mischievous grin on his face.
"Yes, Naruto! Don't you want to marry me right away?"
The blonde shinobi stomped into the kitchen and helped the other to pack the things for the mission. Which was not that easy as the two could never agree.
After half an hour they were finally ready.Naruto stood lost in the room and watched Sasuke as he closed the backpack with a groan.
"Phew. Man, I knew we didn't need that much!" He stated with a satisfied grin.
Naruto mumbled something and sat in a comfortable pose on the couch.
In a few minutes he would see Hinata again! Had she thought of him too?
But he couldn't finish his thoughts because at that moment there was a knock on the door.
"Sa ..." you go, he wanted to say but Sasuke had already got up and headed for the door.
"As always too early!" He could hear him growl, then the door was closed again and some Shinobi came into the living room.
