Aiko and the problem

Aiko was now 16 years old. Together with Sakura and Sasuke she trained to fight against demons. Suddenly they heard screams from the village.
"Something must have happened. Come on." said Sasuke.
"Mei, come here!" called Aiko. My little cat jumped down from the tree she was watching. She was the daughter of Kiara. The little cat turned into a saber-toothed tiger and all three jumped onto its back. As fast as they could they flew to the village. There they saw the reason for the panic. A huge fox demon destroyed all houses as if they were toys.

They jumped off Mei's back and Aiko quickly ran to her mother who was lying on the floor unconscious. Miroku and Sango were also lying next to her, unconscious. Only Inuyasha was still standing on his feet.
"Well, you wait with other cattle. You didn't do that for nothing."
Aiko stood next to her father, who, exhausted, leaned on Tessaiga.
"I'll take over father." she just said and Sasuke came and helped Inuyasha to get him to safety.“Mei come here!” Aiko jumped onto her back and flew with her at the demon's eye level.
"Hey, has anyone ever told you how ugly you are?"
she called to him and skillfully avoided a blow from him. Then Aiko jumped off Mei's back gathered her strength and hit hard. The demon howled in pain and hit her with its tail. Aiko couldn't avoid that anymore and hit the ground hard. Her eyes were blank and expressionless.
"AIKO !!!" shouted Sasuke and ran to her.
"No. Don't run to her now. I know this condition." Inuyasha said and raised his hand to stop him.
"What do you mean by that?" Sakura and Sasuke looked at him questioningly.
"She transforms into a full-fledged demon. That is a big problem for the half-demons. Her demon blood takes control of her. She no longer recognizes you and attacks everything and everyone." said Kagome who had just woken up.
"And ... when does it stop?"
"When someone reminds you of things the demons don't know.Like love, joy or happiness. "

Meanwhile the fox demon had walked up to her and noticed that Aiko's aura was completely extinguished. He turned and walked in the direction of the others. Sakura stepped forward and hurled her bone boomerang at him. But the demon didn't respond.
"Aiko !!!" she screamed again.

Suddenly a powerful aura streamed towards them. The demon howled in pain. There was a huge hole in his stomach. Aiko knelt on the floor. Her hands were smeared with blood. Her eyes glowed red. She was a full demon. She giggled softly. The demon slumped dead.
*What's this? I feel so ... so strong. * she thought and looked at her hand. She didn't notice that Sakura had approached her. Aiko jumped back a leap. "Don't get too close to me. I don't know what I'm capable of." she hissed at Sakura.
But she didn't care about the warning. She hugged Aiko and whispered in her ear:
"I know you won't hurt me.We are best friends. "
Then Aiko's hideous appearance vanished. When she was herself again, she hugged her friend, crying. Slowly her parents came to her and hugged her too. Inuyasha knew what was going on inside her. He had seen it in himself too often.
