__________
It was a cold winter day. The snow covered everything it could only cover and the whole area was wrapped in a glistening white.
Nancy sat in her parents' garden, which was directly attached to the house, and watched a little bird picking up grains that were lying there.
The last grains that she held in her cold-frozen fingers, she dropped carelessly on the floor.
It was still early in the afternoon and the cold was starting to bother her.
She got up from the small wooden bench and walked towards the house when she suddenly felt something cold and wet on her back.
She turned around with a jerk. Someone had thrown a quick ball at her.
Before she could really understand what had happened, the next one came flying and hit her in the face.Furiously, she rubbed the snow from her eyes and jet-black hair.
When she looked to her left, she saw a figure behind the large snow-covered oak.
"Kiru!"
The girl behind the oak laughed. Her brown-blonde hair lay a little curled on her shoulders and her cheeks, flushed with cold, played around her large brown eyes. She bent down and formed another snowball, unfortunately not as fast as Nancy and this time she was hit.
"Wow, wait, you will get that back!" said the blonde girl with a roar of laughter.
And then the wild snowball fight began.
The girls rolled over in the snow and threw themselves with ever larger snowballs. They laughed heartily when one of their missiles hit their rival.
After a while, exhausted, they dropped into the snow.
Kiru stretched briefly and folded his arms behind his head.
"Isn't that lovely Nancy?" she asked, still out of breath.“Well, how to take it.” Nancy looked at her.
"What do you mean by that?"
"I don't like winter, I'd rather be where it's nice and warm now."
"Oh yes, you are right, lie on a beach, drink cocktails and let the sun sizzle you ... that would be something."
"It's a shame that it's completely impossible," Nancy sighed sadly and closed her eyes.
Kiru thought about it.
It wasn't that impossible.
"Wrong, nothing is impossible! I have an idea!"
“What are you going to do?” Nancy propped herself up with her arms and looked at Kiru with a questioning look.
"I know someone who knows you and that someone who knows you can maybe take us to a small, cozy island with lots of sunshine and lots of fun!"
"Please speak German to me ..."
"Hach ... I heard that our former pharaoh, Yami, did a favor with Mr. Seto Kaiba." Kiru made swirling movements with his arms and rolled his eyes.
"And you are of the opinion that Kaiba will do us, or rather, Yami, a favor and fly us there ... wherever we want ..." Nancy looked at Kiru with skepticism. She couldn't believe that Seto Kaiba would do this.
"Mmm ..... yes!" answered the brown-haired girl curtly.
Kiru got up and helped Nancy up.
"I don't really know Kiru! I'm a little skeptical!"
"You always are. Besides ... what have you got to lose?"
"Well ..."
“Come on now!” She grabbed Nancy by the arm and dragged her out of the garden.
Kiru knew exactly where they would find the Pharaoh. Where else should it be than in Yugi's grandfather's game shop. Okay, now that he had his own body, it could be anywhere, but she doubted it.
After about 10 minutes they reached the little toy store on the snow-covered street corner.
Nancy was still protesting.
"I still think that's a stupid idea!"
"Now don't piss your pants. The best thing to do is hold back and just let me do it."
With these words the two entered the shop and only one look was enough to find the person they were looking for."Hello Yami!" said Kiru and put on a smile.
The boy with the brightly colored hair protruding wildly from his head, who was sitting behind the counter, stopped tinkering with his toys for a moment and raised his head.
He gave the two girls a look of joy. Yes, he seemed really happy to have the visit.
"Hello, what are you doing here?" he asked smiling.
"Visit you, what else?" Kiru crossed her arms.
“You don't even know how happy I am about it.” Yami laughed.
“Uh why?” The blonde girl raised an eyebrow and looked at the boy questioningly.
"Well, who wants to buy toys in weather like this? You are the first to enter the store since today." Yami sadly pointed to the toy he was tinkering with.
Kiru looked around.
"Where's Yugi?"
"I took over the shop today so Yugi could spend time with his grandfather," he shrugged.
"Don't do anything else ... besides, I was bored."Boredom...
He was bored!
That came at a good time for Kiru!
She went to the counter, leaned over it and looked at Yami with big, shining eyes.
"What if I told you that your boredom could go away in five minutes at the latest?"
Yami tilted her head, looked at her curiously and smiled.
"What are you here for?"
While Kiru Yami told everything about how she came up with her inventive idea, Nancy looked at the many shelves with all the colorful toys and cards. She stayed out of it as Kiru had told her.
After explaining everything to Yami, he thought for a moment.
"Well ... it would be worth a try. It definitely sounds good! Who would come with me?"
"Just you, Nancy and me" Kiru jumped up and down. She was excited and glad that Yami liked her idea.
"Okay, I'll be there!" he finally said.
"Well then! Do you see Nancy!"
Nancy just nodded and smiled. She wasn't ready to cheer until Seto joined the action.
After the shop was closed, the three made their way to the KC.
Kiru was already dreaming of her sunburn and the wonderful crystal blue sea.
Yami listened to her with interest.
// Wouldn't be so bad to go away with the girls. // he thought to himself.
When it arrived, it was just child's play.
Yami knew exactly where to find Seto Kaiba, the boss of this company, in the insanely large building.
The elevator took them to the top floor where Kaiba's office was.
Yami was about to knock on the door when he heard a loud, angry voice from inside. He paused and listened.
"Your coffee machines are the last mess!"
"You don't have to use it!" countered another voice calmly and calmly. This, Yami was certain, had to belong to Seto. He couldn't assign the other one.
"I want my money back you juice bag!"
"Your money?Isn't it more the money from innocent citizens you stole from? "
"Anyway, it was mine!"
"Get out of here! Or I'll have you locked up!"
The girls, who, like Yami, were now listening at the door, looked at each other with questioning looks. It went on.
"Do you have to cry now?"
"Please, I still have a lot to do and can't take care of your children's stuff!"
There was a short silence and then the door flew open.
The girls jumped back and Yami had to struggle not to fall because he was leaning against the door. He put an angry Bakura in his arms, who immediately pushed him back again.
"Never touch me again you socket fucker!"
"Bakura? Well ... Why do I ask, I should have known!" Yami looked at him bored. That was just missing.
“But you haven't, because your brain is the size of a raisin!” Bakura indicated his words with his fingers.
Yami was just able to resist. He would have loved to fire the dirty thief by now.But he saved that for later. After all, he wasn't here for him.
// UH, what is he doing here? He messes everything up for me! // Kiru was visibly pleased with Bakura. She would have loved to turn around and leave, but skip the vacation because of THAT? No way.
Bakura, who had discovered Nancy, started smiling, walked past Yami and stepped in front of her.
"Well who do we have there ..." he said with a broad grin.
"I'd like to know that too."
It wasn't Nancy's voice, it was Seto's.
He got up from his executive chair and looked at the newcomers. That was just what he was missing.
"Are you going to complain about my coffee machines too?"
"They have every reason to! The parts not only make a terrible coffee, they also look like shit!" barked Bakura
“You could actually do it together.” Seto countered calmly.
Before Bakura could attack Kaiba, Yami took a few steps forward instead."I came because I have something good about you! Do you remember?"
Seto growled. He had actually assumed that Yami had forgotten.
"What do you want?" he pressed out angrily.
"The question is rather what WE want!" Kiru answered and took a few steps towards the head of the KC.
"We want you to fly us somewhere!"
Seto eyed her, then started laughing.
"Nothing more? I should sacrifice my valuable time to drive you around?"
"No, to fly us around! Besides ..."
Yami interrupted her by gently pushing her aside. He didn't want her to say anything wrong. He began to speak calmly.
"Think about it, Seto. You fly us away and you're rid of us ... who knows, maybe forever!" said the former pharaoh with a smile.
Seto thought about it, looked at the others again and then came to his mind.
"Well, I'll accept the offer. I'll order my helicopter right away!"Kiru's eyes widened. She didn't quite agree with that.
"In a moment? But we still have to get our clothes and other stuff ..."
"I'll fly you right away, or don't you understand ?!" she hissed angrily at Kaiba.
"You're flying? I mean ... you?"
Seto glared at her. He was visibly annoyed by the brown-haired girls.
"Okay ... it can't get any worse!" she sighed.
"I'm coming with you!" said Bakura and grinned all over his face. He did not miss this opportunity!
“WHAT?” Yami whirled around to face the white haired boy.
"I take back what I said earlier!" stammered Kiru, slightly disappointed.
Nancy kept looking back and forth between her friends. She didn't know what to say. Having Bakura with her, okay, she could live with that, she had nothing against Yami and Kiru anyway and as far as Seto was
