Senshi - Zeige mir den Tod
Escape
Silently he pushed the heavy gates aside.
Before he entered, he swallowed hard again, cold sweat ran down his forehead, which was partly covered by his wild pony. He took three deep breaths in and out before finally stepping through one of the gate wings, which closed a little later with a loud 'Rummms'. In the great hall, this Saiyan looked like a dwarf.
He stepped forward very slowly.
Eyes filled with fear, he looked at the figure who was standing at the other end of the hall and looking through the window at the capital of Vegeta-yusei, Zanufura. Reluctantly, the young man took further steps until he was finally three meters away from the figure just mentioned.
The Saiyan cleared his throat audibly. "Your Majesty ... sorry for the sudden disturbance, but ...", he swallowed the lump in his throat again, "... but the prince is not in his room again, and ..."
"So? Is that him?" the king interrupted his subordinate harshly."Couldn't you take care of him again?"
The person addressed looked to the side, embarrassed.
"No, my lord ..."
He should have been silent.
King Vegeta suddenly turned around, grabbed the completely surprised Saiyajin by the neck and squeezed. "Am I just surrounded by the incompetent ?! Bring him back immediately. You have an hour, otherwise ..." The head of the Saiyan people squeezed again before he dropped his servant.
He gasped for air, got up as quickly as possible and raced back to the gates, ducked through and disappeared. "He's defying my orders again! I should have him imprisoned so that he understands ..." Snorting with anger, the king turned around again and looked again at the hustle and bustle at his feet.
A resigned sigh could be heard from the dark hall in front of the hall. "Old deluded fool ..."
Steps fell silent a little later.
Tarles was still flying over the "small town" where he had quarreled with his disgusting big brother a few minutes ago.He had put away the reason for the argument for now and devoted himself to his mission.
Again it was a smaller planet. He was supposed to "clean up" there with two other rank C warriors - which he had absolutely no desire after meeting Raditz.
Annoyed, the Saiyajin let his eyes slide over the document again before he started to land on a balcony. Tarles rattled the door and it actually swung open - good thing he had just left it ajar.
He quietly stepped into the darkened room, which he was allowed to call his own. He switched on the light briefly, took the stolen goods and hid them in his closet for the time being. Again he turned off the light; he would much rather have a closer look at the document, but he had to be at the Zanufura runway in ten minutes.
Closing the door again, Tarles looked up at the sky, which was showing its usual red sheen. Soon he would see his first full moon here. Because on Vegeta-yusei there was only a full moon every ten years, a day on which the moon made a full circle ...The point in time when the young warrior could have seen him ... for the first time he faced Freezer in his spaceship, when the rays of the moon spread over the planet like white fangs.
For the first time, he had done an assignment directly from the Colonel - or perhaps not entirely. A few of the residents survived and attacked Freezers themselves, which they of course paid for with their lives, which were worthless for the tyrant.
Tarles should have believed in it too.
If it hadn't been for Bardock's father. There was a long discussion. A discussion in which Tarles learned what it is like to fear for the life of a loved one.
It is said that Saiyajins show no feelings. But he was still very young ...
Sighing, he rose again into the air, always in the direction of the capital.
Just before the troops left, he arrived at the runway.
Immediately he raced to the next space capsule; In between he was still pissed off because he was a little late.Ignoring this, Tarles closed the hatch, entered the coordinates from the slip of paper into the on-board computer and leaned back. The device beeped for a while before it showed him the time he would need to arrive on the planet to be conquered.
"Two days ... doesn't take that long ..."
Bardock's son was extremely reluctant to remember his longest trip to date: nine months! He almost went crazy with boredom. Since then, Tarles had vowed to take regular breaks, because his "partners" at the time had been so intelligent that they just didn't do this - with the result that they were attached to the supply station, intrigued in the capsule, as their goal had finally achieved.
Well, it was meant for something like that, but on the condition that the inmate was injured or unable to move, and not because he forgot to take a rest.
Tarles still wondered today what kind of idiots he had to go to Wallachia with. Now he pressed the start button, leaned back again and closed his eyes.
Always in the shade, he slipped past the guards, past the monstrous walls of the palace. Once again he couldn't take it. Although he belonged here, he was drawn to his "allies". They were just waiting for him and he was already behind schedule. All because of ...
"There it is !! Get it!"
How could that be?
He had stayed in the shadows, always orientated himself to his secret escape route. The scouters couldn't have located him, he wasn't using AI, so how did they manage to see him? The prince's heart stood still; not because he was afraid, no because he was so surprised that his father's guards had spotted him, Vegeta.
"Cursed!" he hissed softly, running around searching.
He was not allowed to defend himself.
It would only cause him more problems if he took out even one of the guards, so the proud one could only flee. How he hated to give in!
Then just plan B.
Vegeta looked up at the sky, looked behind him briefly - the guards were already catching up. He didn't care anymore because these Saiyajins had lost anyway.
The prince let his AI ignite, those who had come close enough to grab him at that moment, were mercilessly thrown away by the pressure wave.
His body was running at full speed.
He flew away from his parents' house as quickly as possible; for once he had a good head start he could continue on foot and no one would be able to find the prince in the crowd. Especially since no normal Saiyajin would dare to betray the prince.
A few almost died in the process, and that was warning enough. But if his father ordered that every Saiyajin on Vegeta-yusei had to make a statement about his whereabouts, he would have lost.
But he still had time for his plans, which he should use every day ... finally he had reached the center of the capital. He landed in a secluded alley, immediately peeked out from behind the wall again to make sure that no one had really followed him.
Vegeta was about to lean back, relaxed, when he let his eyes look up at the sky again: the warriors who were after him had actually managed to chase him to Zanufura despite the high speed.
"How annoying flies!" growled the heir to the throne, clenching his fists angrily.
"Apparently you want to play cat and mouse ... well, I'm in, father!" Vegeta said afterwards and grinned slightly. He knew corners of this town that not even his father, let alone the guards, knew about.
And if necessary he would defend himself or flee to another planet, as he had done so often when he could not believe how his father let their people go down the drain.
It has been a long time since he took the helm himself, but his father's argument was "You still have way too much to learn, Vegeta, for me to put you at the head of our tribe!"Who did he want to deal with? His son, perhaps? God, he turned 27 last month! The old man just didn't want to abdicate, that's what it looked like!
The prince slipped out of hiding and pushed his way through the crowd.
Many gave way to him automatically when they recognized him, others had to get to know the ground first. Again and again he looked around, again and again he was eyed in amazement: what was her prince doing among the infantry?
"Stand there! Out of the way, damn it!"
Vegeta was looking for something specific, for a very narrow alley. He was walking in the right direction, and according to his calculations he should soon be at his destination ... he didn't have much time left; Although he had a good lead, his scouter reported more and more energies that were moving towards him. If he doesn't soon ...
"Wait a minute!" Vegeta ducked low and took a few steps back - the normal citizens looked after him, disturbed.
There she was.
In his hustle and bustle, he had rushed past his rescue! The Saiyajin looked around again, a cold, telling look and the bystanders knew that they had to go on.
The prince slipped into the alley in question.
He dragged himself a few meters past the wall, then stopped at one point. For someone who did not know about this place, there was nothing special, but if you used your head and looked closely, you saw a rectangular hole at the bottom on the opposite wall.
It was just high and wide enough for an adult to slip through with difficulty. Vegeta felt the area with his foot, and then carefully slid his feet through it first.
After a few seconds and a few scratches on his face, he finally made it to his secret storage. There he usually met with Saiyajins who had the same convictions as him.
The ground scraped beneath his boots and Vegeta immediately noticed how several pairs of eyes focused on him. Although it was pitch black."Master Vegeta!" he was greeted ...
"Step into the light so I can see you!" ordered the prince brusquely and took a few steps back so that the shadows embraced him. The light that fell into the room from the small hole now illuminated the matt, bare stone floor. Footsteps echoed out of the darkness. Slowly one recognized the schemes of Saiyan armor.
Vegeta looked into the twilight
