Once upon a dark night in a princess's room. The princess was called Kanae. She had black, silky hair and empty, black eyes. One could describe them with the words callous and fearless.
Why? You will soon find out.

As in any dark night, Kanae sat on her bed. She hasn't been able to sleep for a long time. Instead, she had her music box on her lap, listening to the melody. Lilium. That was the name of this melody. Kanae liked it because it sounded like fear, and yet it was beautiful. Nobody would mind if she padded through the castle with the music box. Nobody lived in the castle except Kanae. Kanae picked up her music box and went out into the hall. There she padded into the throne room with her bare feet.
She placed the music box on the queen's throne and sat herself on the king's throne. As always, she would start improving her skills now, but tonight everything was different. She wanted to take revenge on the one who gave her these abilities. She clenched her hands and hung her head. Then she closed her eyes. A storm began to rage in the throne room. The tune was still playing. And the storm raged stronger to every other tone. Kanae looked up. Her eyes widened when she saw how much damage she had done. The storm was slowly raging in Kanae's direction.
“What's going on now? "asked the monotonous Kanae.
She could no longer stop the storm and clung to the throne.

Shi looked startled at the storm. After a few seconds it was barely noticeable. Kanae sighed.
It would be best if I disappear ......
Kanae got up, took her music box and padded through the black hallways to her room. There she took a small bag and packed her music box and some clothes. Then she made her way to the gate.When she got to the gate, she looked up at the sky. It was gray, that meant it would rain soon. But Kanae didn't care. She wanted to get away, away from this castle. It brought up so many memories in Kanae. It finally started to rain. Water pelted Canae's head. Her hair became even darker than it already was.
“You shouldn't be outside! You would catch a cold! ", a girl called from afar and ran towards Kanae.
Kanae only glanced to the side for a moment. She would have done them now with her abilities, but it did not work.

Kanae wanted to go on, but the girl held her arm.
,, You can come to me! I live right in the village next door "
The girl smiled at her.
"Oh yeah, and I'm Alexa," added the girl, still smiling.

Alexa ignored this and pulled Kanae with her. Suddenly a black rosebud appeared in a meadow.

Kanae put the rose in her pocket.

Kanae turned again.

"Follow me," said Alexa and ran up a flight of stairs.

Kanae trotted slowly up the stairs. Alexa was waiting for her there.
“Drum roll please…. "said Aexa and wanted to make it exciting.
He yanked the door open and Kanae's jaw dropped.
"Yes, I know ... It's all your taste ..." But the room is so old too! ", said Alexa and scratched the back of her head.
,,You're absolutely right! ", Kanae said and raced into the room.
Then she dropped onto the four-poster bed with her bag.

A few years later, Kanae and Alexa were sitting at the breakfast table.
"I'm still sorry ..." Kanae apologized for the millionth time.
“Oh Lucy, you don't have to do that anymore.It's OK! ", said Alexa and smiled at Kanae.
,, I have to tell you something…. ", said the black-haired one and stared at her coffee mug.
"My name is not Lucy ... I'm Kanae, Princess Kanae," she continued.
Alexa was speechless.
,, Princess Kanae…. "Alexa repeated Kanae.
She stared at her cup too. Then she got up.
"It's okay ... Lucy .. I mean Kanae ... you were the first girlfriend I had!"
Alexa smiled at Kanae.
"And you will stay that way too!"
Alexa walked up to her and hugged her. A tear came to her.
“We will be friends forever, Kanae. No matter what happens!"
Alexa let go of her slowly. And Kanae smiled for the first time in her life. `
“Your black rose! "Alexa shouted, startled.
Kanae remained very calm and disintegrated in water. After a few seconds the water formed back into shape. It was Kanae, of course. With the rose in hand.

A crash interrupted Kanae.
,, You, Princess Kanae, will come with me! "croaked a voice.
"I don't think so!"
Kanae jumped back and dropped the rose.
,,Come along! Then we'll see if I come with you or not! ", provoked Kanae.
"All right," the witch came back, annoyed.
"But believe me, you'll come with me ..."
They both disappeared and Alexa stayed behind. She was still staring intently at the rose. Slowly she bent down to the rose and took it in her hand. Then she ran up to Kanae's room with the rose. There she sat down on Kanae's bed and discovered a music box on Kanae's bedside table.
"So this sad music always comes from there ..."
Alexa put the rose next to the music box and opened the music box. Immediately the sound of this melody came. Alexa was listening to the melody when suddenly the rose began to glow red, the music box began to glitter. Alexa's hands also began to glisten red.
She looked at the rose.
"It's still not blooming ..." Alexa mumbled disappointed.But the tune was still playing. Alexa closed her eyes. She saw how Kanae lay bleeding on the floor and the witch laughed nastily. Alexa opened her eyes, took the rose and the music box and ran with lightning speed to the place where Kanae disappeared with the witch. She screwed up her eyes.
A sparkling dust swirled around Alexa and she also disappeared.
Now she stood between the witch and the princess.
,, Nanu? Who is there? "asked the witch in her croaky voice.
“You don't care! ", Alexa hissed angrily. Then she ran to Kanae and kneeled down next to her. She put her hands on Kanae's bleeding wounds and a green glow came from Alexa's hands. This glow healed Kanae. Kanae winced.
What happened?
Kanae opened one eye and looked at Alexa.
"Thank you ..." Kanae said weakly.
,,Nothing to thank for…. And now get up! We have to get out of here asap! ", said Alexa.
"First .. Do I have to end this! "said Kanae in a firm voice.
She got up and staggered to the witch.
,, That .. will be your last breath! ", Kanae shouted furiously. A huge cyclone came, mixed with fire. The cyclone came straight at the witch.
"And before you disappear ...", Kanae broke off in the middle of a sentence and whispered something to Alexa.
She just nodded and pressed something into Kanae's hand. Kanae opened the music box and put the black one down
Rose on the floor. Then she made a small gesture and the rose bloomed.
She looked determinedly at the witch.
"And what will that be if I may ask? "croaked the witch questioningly.
"Your end ...", Kanae replied calmly.
Suddenly a sparkling glow came from the blossom. The twinkle rushed to the witch. The
Witch wasn't fast enough and was hit by the sparkle. There was a scream and the witch
Disappeared. Only a small, blue butterfly with glittering wings was there.
"Thank you Kanae ..." said the butterfly in a lovely voice.Then he disappeared.
"Kanae!"
Kanae turned and looked at Alexa.
,, You were great! And now let's go home please! "Alexa pleaded.
Kanae went to Alexa and took her hand. Both were covered by a glittering mist
enveloped. When they got to the village they were warmly welcomed and Kanae was no more
Dreaded. So they lived happily ever after.
