Yami was sitting on Danny's bed and had hoped that she would come back soon. But she didn't. He looked sadly at the alarm clock on her bedside table and noticed that it was already eight.He got up quietly and stepped back onto the balcony, from which one had a wonderful view of the city and the deserts.
Danny drank her coffee very slowly because she didn't really want to go home yet. After a quarter of an hour the last puddle in the cup is gone and Danny got up. Heracles was just leaving the room and Grandfather got up to go too. Now Danny was alone in the room with Yami again. "Yami?", She asked softly and the person addressed was startled. "Danny!" He said and smiled slightly. Yugi disappeared and wanted to think again about what she had heard.
Danny smiled back, slightly pained, and sighed. "I would have expected everything ... but not that Yugi is your cousin ...", Yami said softly and the black-haired one just shook her head. "I had no idea about it either." "I'm not blaming you," he grinned and took her in his arms.
Danny leaned against him and closed his eyes. For a while the two stood there, each indulging in their own thoughts. Danielle said quietly after a few minutes: "I have to go away again afterwards."
