And half of that he spent impersonating someone else.Tobi, that's what he called himself. He couldn't reveal his true identity. It would be too dangerous. Too dangerous for him and too dangerous for his group. He was a pureblood. That was the name given to those who brought vampire blood with them from both sides. He used to be a dhampir. A half-vampire whose father was a vampire and his mother was human. His vampire characteristics at that time were only the usual vampire teeth and the changeable eye colors. There was no trace of blood smoke or even immortality. He felt good the way he was. But no sooner had he reached the age of 22 than he was turned into a real vampire. His inherited vampire blood and the foreign vampire blood mixed and the Dhampir became a pure blood vampire, with individual abilities. These skills were what made pure-blood vampires so special. But they were too special for vampire hunters and so they hunted them down. Tobi was one of the few who survived. But he knows that they would still hunt him today if he recognized himself as a pureblood. And to prevent this from happening, he denied his parentage and behaved more childlike than he actually was. He didn't do it out of fear. But out of reason. There were significantly more vampire hunters than there were vampires. If they killed one hunter, they'd kill all hunters. It has always been like this. That's why most of the vampires were extinct and he and his group,the Akatsukis, became animal blood drinkers. They lived only on bovine blood, because by killing people they inadvertently attracted the hunters' attention. Not that they were too cowardly to fight or couldn't, it just didn't work. But you could call her crazy. At that point they kept the hunters off their necks and on the other side, they voluntarily brought 8 hunters into the house. Tobi scratched his head thoughtfully. He didn't quite understand her decision herself. Sure, these 8 were special. They were meant to walk by their side. But why fate had to make sure that all 8 were hunters was a mystery to him. He just hoped their charm was enough to convince them to live with and with them. Because one thing was clear, without ever having exchanged a word with them and only being allowed to look at them from a distance, they loved their chosen ones. Every single one of them has been watching his beloved for 2 years.And now the time had finally come to get her. "Tobi ?! Where the hell are you? We want to leave!" The time had come.
