Fanfic: Die Mondprinzessin
Chapter: The thoughts of an espada
As on that night, I wander around again, through the barely lit corridors, without any destination, enjoying the peace and quiet, the peaceful atmosphere, and the only thing that rings in my ears are my thoughts. The others are already asleep. Which doesn't surprise me at this time, and it doesn't particularly interest me either. The thought of going to sleep did not occur to me. I decided to go to my room. When I got there, I lay down in my bed, closed my eyes, and thought about it. About how I can finish Aizen-Sama's command successfully, as it would not be very easy. He asked me to get Princess Kasumi. Because he thought you were important and he could use your skills. But not only for Aizen-sama, no, she was of inconspicuous importance to me too. I've known you for a long, very long time. I was still human then. We had a happy time, we had been a couple for years. It was the best time in my life that I could not forget to this day. Our happiness didn't last very long because your father was strictly against accepting me. At first it seemed like he liked me, but that was a show gimmick of his that I couldn't see through. Kasumi's parents were the rulers of the Soul Society, so she was the princess. They weren't shinigamis, they were humans, Moon humans to be precise, so they had incredible powers. I lived with Kasumi in the Soul Society for a long time and always helped her as best I could. Although she was not a Shinigami, she was still the captain of the 1st Unit. Their lieutenant was Hanataro. She always felt very sorry for him because the others never took him seriously and was always harassed. That is why he brought you from the 4th unit to the 1st unit. He was very happy because he always liked and admired you. But what everyone did, she was very popular and everyone had respect for her. Others were afraid of her. Which I interpreted as completely pointless. But that was not the only thing that distinguished you, no, you were also beautiful. That long blonde hair and those bright blue eyes. I will never forget the way you always looked at me with those eyes. Over time, however, our luck waned, and it was not our own fault. In the course of time it happened more and more often that I was attacked. If Kasumi hadn't always been with me in those moments, I would have died sooner. But as fate would have it I died, let's put it this way I had to die. And the person who has my conscience is none other than Kasumi father. The whole assassination attempt on me came from him, but since no one had succeeded, he decided to destroy me with his own hands. He took a targeted approach, sent Kasumi into the real world, and then had a free run.I tried everything to defend myself, but had no chance. He is so powerful. Finally I died. I thought it was my fate, but no, not fate, but Kasumi's father wanted me dead. My last clear thoughts were aimed only for Kasumi. I didn't want to die because I knew that she could never live with it, it would tear her heart apart. Furthermore, I was at least glad that you didn't have to see it. But, to my regret, it came at that moment. Nova, her turtle-like cuddly toy, had seen everything and immediately rushed to get you. He is your eternal companion. Even as a child, he was always by her side. He was chosen to protect you and keep you safe. In any case, until she had received her powers. He was transformed into a cuddly toy so that he would not attract attention, but so that he could always immediately take on his true form in tricky situations. In the soul society he was mostly always in his true form. But when Kasumi had received her powers, the two of them could not part with each other, because they have spent their whole life together until now, they were like best friends. You could definitely say it that way. I was grateful to him that he got Kasumi, so I could at least see you one last time. Still, I will never forget her look, it was a shocked and at the same time sad look, I could hardly bear to see her like that. So that I was already close to tears myself. She held me tightly in her arms and could no longer hold back her tears. She asked me who did this to me because she wanted to lead this person to the dead with her own hands. You could tell that she is out for revenge. I decided not to tell her who it was, but lied to her that I didn't know this person and that it was an intruder. She then looked a little critical. But I thought it was best. After all, I didn't want the king's blood to be shed. Exhausted and noticing how life slowly left me, I confessed my love to her again, and told her that I will always be with her. My eyelids felt heavier and heavier and I had to struggle to keep them open. Kasumi gave me one last kiss and then my eyes closed completely. I heard one last scream that could probably be heard all over Soul Society. And so then I died with a smile in her arms. A soft and too friendly voice woke me up. I open my eyes and see Gin's broadly grinning face. "You are finally awake, Aizen-sama asks for you." Then Gin left. I sit on my bed for a while and think about the last night. I was so caught up in my thoughts that night that I fell asleep and dreamed about the long-gone past with Kasumi.I thought that this time would never return, even if I live again, thanks to Aizen-sama. If he hadn't resuscitated me, I could never see you again, Kasumi, but I don't know if it makes a difference. I mean, how am I supposed to fall in love with her again if I don't .. "Shouldn't you slowly go to Aizen? After all, he asked for you a while ago." I was torn out of my thoughts, and when I didn't can stand, then that is it. "I am not accountable to you, Noitra". "Oh, I thought I would pay you a visit, after all, you can hardly be seen anymore, and then you are so unfriendly to me." Without saying a word, I just left my room and took the fastest route Aizen-sama. After all, I don't want to keep him waiting, and since I don't care to talk to Noitra either, because I find it pointless and uninteresting. "Ah, there you are at last. I've been waiting for you." "What is it about, Aizen-sama?" "Your assignment, it is time to carry it out" "Yes, Aizen-sama." So I strolled through them Aisles, set out in the real world to get the princess. Princess Kasumi, who will then become part of us. Suddenly Ggio appeared in front of me. Ggio Vega. To my regret, he tried to start a conversation with me. I stopped and listened disinterestedly what he wanted, and finally he said spitefully, "So, so you're responsible for fetching the princess? Hm, that's a real shame, I would have preferred to fetch you. I would have been better off for that." Location. Who knows if you can do it at all. Won't you come up with old memories? "Without wasting a word on him, I just ran on to start my assignment. I opened the portal to the real world. As I walked through, my thoughts slipped back to before, to when I was torn out of my thoughts. I thought that this time would never return, even if I live again, thanks to Aizen-sama. If he hadn't resuscitated me, I could never see you, Kasumi, again, but I don't know if it makes a difference. I mean, how am I supposed to fall in love with you again if I don't have a heart ... if I don't have a heart anymore?
