A long long time ago, there was a princess who fell in love.
But the person she loved was just a vagabond and the difference in status did not allow them to see each other ...
They decided to meet secretly during the nights, knowing that they would be punished if the king found out ...
although they didn't tell anyone about it, it happened that the king noticed his daughter's betrayal ...
he arrested the young man and sentenced him to death, so he would never again interfere in the life of the princess
As the day of the execution approached, the princess knelt in front of her father's throne for 3 days and nights and pleaded for the life of her lover ...
In the end, the king gave in and overturned the execution ...
But he was not satisfied and so he ordered the soldiers to punish the young man before he was released
They burned out one of his eyes as a warning that he should never come near the princess again
So in the end the two met one last time ...
They both realized that they would not be able to be together in this world, so they chose one last option ...
Not ready to live their lives apart, they decided to change their fate with a glass of poisoned wine ...
Hoping for a better place, they died in each other's arms ...
And a new story in a new age took on color .....
