Kicked out! (unfortunately don't know anything better ... ^^ °)
Chapter 14
"Naruto I ... I have to tell you something ...!" "Let me show you something first!" The blond boy ran excitedly into the kitchen. He came back with several plates in his hand: "I cooked! It's a 3 course menu!" "Uh ... d-that's great ..." I tried a smile. "Well, then have a seat. I'll just get the food.", Naruto said and disappeared. I looked around nervously in all directions before I sat down at the table. Naruto had already set the table. It looked really great. Why did I just have to have such a great boyfriend ?! Couldn't he just be an ass? Then I would certainly not feel so bad. He came back with full plates and sat across from me. “Enjoy it.” He laughed happily. I nodded. Naruto started to eat while I just poked at it with my fork. "Aren't you hungry?" He asked me. "Y-yes. It's just ... uh ..." "Is Kakashi feeling worse?" "Uh, yes." I put some of the food in my mouth. It tasted good too. How stupid! "You ... you wanted to tell me something else ...!", Naruto suddenly started. "I wanted to? Oh yes, that's right. I wanted to. That ... that is no longer so important." I waved him off. "Well, well then." At first I had intended to tell him everything, but ... when I saw him so happy, it just didn't work. Of course I had to do everything wrong again. Why am I so stupid ?! “Have you done anything else?” “What do you mean ?!” I startled. "Well, did you do anything with Sasuke besides visiting Kakashi.", Naruto explained. "Uh, yes. I was at his house for a short time," I replied. Naruto's eyes widened for a brief moment. Then he said calmly: "Nice." "Yes, it could be. You say -" My cell phone rang. "Answer it." Naruto smiled. I nodded and picked up: "Hello." "Hey ... I wanted to talk to you." It was Sasuke's voice. "Oh, that doesn't matter. It can happen. Bye." I hung up. Then I addressed myself again to Naruto: “Wrong.” “Oh.” We continued to eat. Well, maybe it was just cowardly not to talk about it anymore and to leave everything as it is, but what else should I do? I wanted to undo everything. Of course that wasn't possible.
After dinner I asked: “What do we do now?” “I already have an idea.” Naruto grinned, pulled me close and kissed me. He stumbled to the sofa with me in his arms. I let go of him, frightened. "Uh ... I-I uh ..." The blonde looked ashamed at the floor. "Sorry, I shouldn't have been so fast. If you still need time, then -" "It's not," I interrupted. "What then?" He wanted to know. "Naruto ... I think I have to tell you something." Close your eyes and through. I took a deep breath.
Less than half an hour later I was standing in front of Neji's house with my suitcases packed and rang the bell. “Caro?” He didn't notice my suitcases yet. "Hi ..." "Uh, do you want to come in?" He asked. He must have noticed my crying eyes after all. “Thank you.” I stepped into the house."We'd better go upstairs," suggested Neji. I nodded and accompanied him to his room. He closed the door quietly. "What are you doing here, if I may ask." "I ... can I sleep here for a few days? Only until I've found my own place to stay." I asked quietly. "I think so. What happened anyway?", Neji wanted to know. "Naruto broke up with me," I explained. “Why is that ?!” I swallowed. "Sasuke and I had something together ... and I wanted to explain it to Naruto ... now he hates me. Understandable. I'm just too stupid too." Neji gritted his teeth. "Hm. That'll be fine. You should give Naruto some time now." "Well, you're good. He kicked me out. A bit of time won't waste that either." My voice was trembling. "I've known Naruto for a long time, so I can tell you with certainty that he will definitely calm down again. If he really likes you, and he does, then he will forgive you for that too." Neji gave back. "Hm." "Trust me. But he will still need time. A lot of time. A lot of time." "You tell me he will calm down. But in 5 years I won't have any more of that." I moaned. "Not that much time. Just ... you have to understand him. He never had an easy life.", Neji began. "What do you mean?" I wondered. "His parents died when he was a baby. Nobody at school used to want to have anything to do with him. And he always had to make a double effort to keep up with school." "But how can that be ?! He's always in a good mood. And he still has friends, "I interjected. "It wasn't always like that! And his good mood ... without it he would have been dead a long time ago and he knows that.", Neji explained. Now he had made me feel even worse. "Do you think I can talk to him at school tomorrow?" "Hm, hard to say. Honestly, if he had done the same to you, would you want to talk to him?", Neji replied to my question. "No. Well ... I don't even want to talk to Sasuke." I whispered. "Exactly. Although I actually think you should clarify everything with him right now." I turned to Neji: "Why did you always have to be right ?!" "That's my best and stupid quality at the same time.", He grinned. "Yeah, I can tell. So should I talk to him?" I clarified. "Not if you don't want to. But you should tell him what exactly that was for you, I think. I mean you almost ... whatever." Neji blushed. "We didn't ... you know," I said pissed off. "I know, I know. Still. You don't have to talk to him right now. Only for the next few days. After all, you're on a team too. If you don't get along, then -" "Yes, yes ... You don't happen to have an on / off switch? "" I can't say anything more either. ", Neji replied, offended. "No, don't be angry. It wasn't meant like that, but the last thing I need are sermons about things I already know." Depressed, I looked at the floor. "You, Neji ...?" "Yes." He looked at me from the side."Do you sometimes wish you could rewind the time?" I asked him. "No." he replied bluntly. "Really never?" I asked. He thought for a moment, then said: "No." "Do you never make mistakes?" "Yes, but I stand by my mistakes.", He explained. "What are you telling me now?" I asked. Neji looked at me. "You can't undo what happened, but you can try to make it up to you. Create clarity, you understand?" I nodded. "Hm." I got up all of a sudden. "Where do you want to go?" "Clarify something.", I answered Neji and left the room.
"Now just ring the doorbell! Oh, you're such a scaredy!" I scolded myself. To just get it over with, I rang Sasuke's door. I heard footsteps, then he opened the door a crack. “Caro?” I couldn't see it exactly, but I think he looked surprised. "May I come in?" I asked. "Uh ... w-you know ... sure." He opened the door so I could enter and turned around. "What is it?" He wanted to know. "Can't you turn to me, maybe?" I asked sourly. Slowly the black-haired turned to me. “What did you do ?!” Horrified, I noticed a black eye. He actually had a black eye! Sasuke sat down on his sofa. "Your friend was here ..." He looked down at the floor, disgruntled. "Please?" "I won't explain that further." Sasuke pouted. If it weren't so shitty, I'd laugh at him now. “You shouldn't underestimate Naruto.” The Uchiha looked angry. "It's okay. Let me take a look." I knelt in front of Sasuke and rummaged in my bag. From this I got a small first-aid kit. "Why are you carrying that around with you?" Sasuke wanted to know. "You know, when I've learned one thing from being a ninja, it's that I should always have a mini emergency kit with me!" I explained. "Close your eyes." Sasuke nodded and did what I told him. Then I put an ointment on his black eye and pressed the tube into his hand. “If you use them every night, you will look normal again in a few days.” I wanted to get up, so I propped myself up on Sasuke's arm, whereupon he let out a loud scream. Immediately I let go of my arm. "What was that ?!" "A ... cry of joy ...!" I looked at him reproachfully. Then I grabbed his arm and squeezed. Sasuke grimaced in pain. I let go of his arm and pulled up the sleeve of his sweater. His arm was swollen, red, and bruised all over. "Maybe I got a little injury after all ..." said Sasuke. "Sasuke!" I shouted angrily. I sighed and sat back on the floor. I quickly got a bandage out of my emergency kit and started to 'fix' his arm. "I actually came to talk to you and not to play a nurse." "Then talk." "Huh ...?" I looked up at him. "Um ... well. You know ..." Before I continued, I first bandaged his arm, which came in handy as I didn't know how to begin my explanation anyway."So done! It looks pretty good." "Thanks." I sat down next to Sasuke and looked at the floor. "What I wanted to tell you ... earlier ... I was just dead sad. And you were just there. No idea what came over me, but ... it didn't matter. I'm sorry." There was silence a. “You should go.” “Sasuke ...” “I'm serious!” Reluctantly, I nodded, took my bag and left the house. I had just closed the door when Sasuke threw a chair or something against it. I winced, startled. "Sasuke ..." I whispered.
“And how did it go?” “Shit!” Disgruntled, I shuffled past Neji and sat on the couch. “Define 'crappy'.” He dropped down next to me. "Well ... after I left the house, Sasuke started throwing his furniture through the living room. I'm not sure, but I think that's not a good sign," I explained puffily.
"What did you tell him?" "Well, that I'm sorry, but I don't feel anything for him." "Nice ..." "Before that I at least treated him, I didn't have to do that either." I crossed my arms over my chest. "Treated?" Neji raised his eyebrows questioningly. "Yes, you know ... before I came, Naruto must have paid him a visit. You will see it at school tomorrow." "You are sure that Naruto was there before?" "Of course!" I looked Neji angry. "It was just a question. I just can't imagine that Naruto is stronger than Sasuke ...", Neji mused. "Apparently he is!" I defended him. "Yes yes." Neji looked at the clock. “It's late, we should prepare your bed.” “Yes, thank you.” “Thank you?” “You could have let me sleep on the
