Chapter: Chapter 1 - When the Future Comes at Your Throat, Slap the Past in the Face
Hello, my possible readers: D
I hope you like it and oh yes, there won't be any pairs here * cough *
Grumbling, the tall but lanky man folded his arms over his chest and shook his head before continuing: "I know you're a good Kunoichi, but that's still not a mission for you. We are at war and it is would be unthinkable if you fell into the hands of the enemy. Besides, we still have the Kaguya clan in our hands. "
Fuuka grumbled, insulted, pushed her lower lip out and crossed her arms as well. Annoyed, she looked the other way. "And then they slaughter each other. The clan will exterminate themselves if it goes on like this. I think I should-"
"Rein your tongue," the man hissed, eyeing her sharply. He knew, of course, that Fuuka was a good fighter because she not only behaved that way, but also dressed in the traditional style of a shinobi. The black mask covered her mouth and nose and the black full-body suit, which was a bit wider on the legs, made her look like the shadow of a person. "Just because you are my daughter doesn't mean that you can do anything you want. I am the leader of our village and not you! Besides ..." he proudly stretched his chicken breast, "the Kaguya clan is one of the most feared clans in the whole country. "
"And one of the stupidest at that," Fuu smirked, but immediately crouched down with wide eyes to avoid her father's slapstick. He's never been a man who could only fight verbally. "It's okay. I'll stay in the village." Soothingly she put her hands in front of her chest and straightened up to her full height, which could almost take on the 1.75 m of her father. She said a dry goodbye before opening the door, stepping out and then slamming the door as loudly as possible. Although she did not want to go to war, she wanted to prevent the village's second secret weapon from slaughtering itself in a frenzy of blood. The clan also had respect for her ... "Although, more like Saiken," she thought and strolled leisurely through the small streets. There were neither many residents nor ninjas and the village was just as small, even if a few strangers had moved in in recent years.
The shutters closed and cracked as she just kept going. With your arms crossed behind your back and your gaze directed more towards the sky than towards the path. Slowly she had come to terms with the situation that she only had her bijuu and her family to talk to, and the latter only in good moments.
With a loud sigh, she straightened her braid and stuck the two hairpins in again so that everything was in place. She loved her black hair. The chest-length strands, which she always tucked behind her ears, dangled back and forth while she went to the training ground just outside the village.
She looked around searching. Otherwise there was always someone here, but he would also leave the field as soon as she showed up.But today it was unusually quiet. A shiver ran down Fuuka's back and shivering, she ran her hands over her arms.
"Somebody's here," Saiken grumbled in her head, who often spoke up. After all, she was the only person he could really talk to.
"I know," she just mumbled and took a few steps back, keeping an eye on everything around her. Since she slaughtered the enemy Shinobis six years ago, she was always on guard and tried to avoid any serious fight, because the hatred for her only got bigger and bigger the more she did for the village. No matter how much she trained, no matter how well she controlled Saiken, that suspicion was always there and grew like an ulcer.
Fuuka's hands carefully slid to the two pockets, each attached to one side of the hips. Slowly her fingers slid in and clasped the wooden handle of their triangular blades.
With one swift movement she pulled it out and fended off two kunais that were flying towards her. Metal clanked metal before the throwing knives landed at their feet.
[i]"Well done. It would be best if you once again make use of my chakra," Saiken said, but Fuuka didn't react to his chatter at all. She hated using his power. She then felt like a tapeworm that could not feed itself and thus kept itself alive at the expense of others and she could do without something like that.
"Stop hiding," she growled loudly, clenching her teeth. Ready to fight, she had raised her blades and watched the top of the trees rustle and move before a young man with malevolent red eyes stood in the clearing.
"You are surely the Jinchuuriki from Rokubi, right?" he asked, looking her up and down. Her abdominal muscles, which you could already see so clearly, twitched under tension.
"His name is Saiken. And yes, I'm Fuuka Moriwaki and the Jinchuuriki of the six-tailed snail demon. Who exactly wants to know?" she said coldly, but added the rest rather skeptically before she looked at him too. His black, shoulder-length hair framed his face like a frame a portrait and his well-built body looked more like an illusion than reality.
Laughing, he replied: “The Uchiha clan.” He pointed to his right eye, which was still looking threateningly at her.
At the name of the name, Fuuka's arms got goose bumps and a shiver ran down her spine. She had heard a lot about this clan, especially that it was one of the strongest of all alongside the Senju clan, and yet she had never seen one in person. "And what do you want from me?" she asked and took a few steps back. Fear germinated in her because the suspicion spread in her that they wanted Saiken, and that included them. "Get out of here. This is neither your village nor your kingdom!" she hissed angrily so as not to show weakness.
He laughed again, but this time amused that she was so utterly foolish to assume he would go back without her.The leader of the Uchiha clan would certainly not be particularly fond of it. Slowly he walked towards her, pulling another Kunai out of his Shuriken holster, which was tied around the leg rather badly. "We can of course clear this up in a fight, although it would just be a waste of time," he said with a sigh as he got closer and closer. Fearfully, Fuuka backed away further and further.
[i]"Use my chakra. This man is strong and dangerous," Saiken explained decisively and as if he had flipped a switch at Fuu, the red chakra first poured out of her hands before it enveloped the whole body. The matter licked around like a fire exposed to the wind, making the narrow body of it appear much more powerful.
"So that's the power of a bijuus?" asked the man, but suddenly he laughed out loud. “Girl, even that can't save you.” All of a sudden he sprinted towards her, holding his kunai in front of his face ready to fight.
[i]"Are you sure that he belongs to the Uchiha clan?" Saiken said while Fuuka braced her two triangular blades against the throwing knife. She stared into the two blood red eyes and watched the two drops in them. Now she was sure he was one of them. With all her strength she braced her whole weight against him, clenched her teeth and was about to strike with the second blade when the stranger lifted his leg. He pushed her arms up and irritated, she stumbled forward before the violent kick hit her in the pit of the stomach and she went to her knees, panting. When he drew back again, she rolled over and jumped up. Her face twisted in pain, she only growled: "Good move."
A grin formed on the other person's lips before he made a few finger marks. He took a deep breath and as he exhaled a huge, blazing ball of fire developed in front of him, which raced towards Fuuka. Immediately the sweat of fear broke out and, in panic, she jumped up a tree that stood to her side. The fire hissed against another trunk and immediately the edge of the forest ignited.[i]"Somebody will see the fire!"she thought and hoped to be saved. She neither wanted nor could she kill him. She couldn't even see blood anymore, how could she even manage to hurt him without vomiting and passing out.
Something crackled above her and as if in slow motion she raised her eyes to the sky, from which a bright glow emanated. A ball of fire hissed into the earth a few meters away. The explosion made her scream, but before she could even move her legs, the next fireball raced from the sky, hitting her tree. She went to the ground screeching as the burning branch landed on her legs. Roaring and howling, she tried to free herself as the fabric of her suit burned into her flesh. The red chakra detached itself from her body, rose as small bubbles into the sky, where they immediately burst.
[i]"Concentrate Fuuka. This is not real! "Saiken roared, while everything was already spinning in front of Fuu's eyes. The booming voice still echoed in her head as she rolled down the tree trunk from her legs with a strong push. Only now did she look around. She. She sat in the middle of a circle of fire that was about to devour her. Shivering, she straightened up, making finger marks, while the flames came closer like hissing snakes. "Works," she begged softly and closed her eyes. The temperature around her rose. Fuu felt how slowly the soles of her blood-red boots simply melted away.
When she opened her eyelids nothing had changed. The humidity had not risen, nor was fog in sight.
Tears of desperation ran down her cheeks before the first sparks burned holes in her pants. The smoke thickened and Fuuka went down on his knees, coughing. She put the scarf that her mother had sewn to the neckline of the suit over her face mask. She squeezed her eyes tight so that she could somehow still make out her opponent, but the sweat and smoke stung her eyeballs.
[i]"Pull yourself together girl!" Saiken shouted to finally bring her to her senses again. At least he knew that Fuuka wasn't stupid, but this time she acted like a little dog who assumed that he was protected from puppies.
"I ... I ... can," she muttered as her eyelids began to flutter. Everywhere was this heat that robbed you of your oxygen. Her lungs burned
