Fanfic: ℘ A time of the new love
with the other furniture. Now she opens the closet doors and took out an old wooden bowl. With this she went to the sink, which consisted of an excellent stone slab. She put the wooden bowl in the sink and operated the water pump. After a few blows with the pump arm, the water flowed into the bowl. She took the full bowl out of the basin and went with it into the kitchen to warm up the water a little. So that Kratos doesn't suffer a heart attack when she cleans the wound with the ice-cold water. She went to the wood-burning stove and first set the bowl on the work surface. To get a pot out of a cupboard under the worktop. Then she poured half of the water into the pot, put it on the stove, opened a small metal door under the stove, pushed in a few small pieces of wood and lit them.
Meanwhile with Sammy and Mike. "You papa, are you still mad at me?", The little boy asked anxiously, fearing that his father was still mad at him. Mike was very surprised by this question, he hadn't been angry with him at all, just worried about what could have happened. So the bigger one shook his head. "No, I was never angry with you ... I was just worried about you. You could have died and I could never have forgiven myself for that ..." he explained to his son in a calm voice. The little boy nodded in agreement with his father. "But now we sleep," said Mike quietly and was about to get up when his arm is held and he sits down next to his son again. "What do you want?" He asked surprised and looked at his son. "Will you read me another bedtime story?", Sammy asked cute and held out his favorite fairy tale "Snow White". That only conjures a gentle smile on his father's lips. "Okay, but then we sleep", he said and began to read aloud. After a few minutes of waiting, the water was piping hot. She took the pot holder from the hook attached to the wall and poured the hot water into the bowl with the cold one. It was now lukewarm and could now be used to clean the wound. Annabell took the wooden bowl again and went upstairs to the guest room, where Kratos was still waiting. "I'm sorry you had to wait so long. I just warmed the water up a bit so you wouldn't be frightened," she apologized to the swordsman. "It's okay, you don't need to apologize. I'm used to it," Kratos replied and looked at her.
She sits down next to him again and looks at the wound. First she cleans the injury thoroughly, whereupon Kratos emitted a small sound of pain, as it was probably a little deeper than assumed. "Does it hurt a lot?" She asked worried, having taken care to cause him as little pain as possible. Kratos shook his head and gave her a reassuring look. Then she applied a healing ointment and bandaged the cut. "So, done ...!", She said contentedly, got up and took the bandages and the wooden bowl back with her. Kratos got up too and moved his arm as if to check if he could move it normally again. Which was confirmed by a satisfied look on his face. "Thank you, Annabell, for taking care of the wound," he said thankfully, went to the door and opened it so that Annabell didn't have to put the things down again to open the door. "Thank you for holding the door for me," she said and left. At the same moment Mike came out of the nursery and looked at his wife. "Come on, I'll take something from you," he said, went up to her and took the first-aid kit from her. He brought it back into the bedroom and put it back under the bed. Meanwhile, Annabell had thrown away the used water and was just putting the wooden bowl back in the bathroom cabinet. Suddenly her husband was standing behind her. "Do we want to go to bed slowly now ...?" He asked with a loving smile and she just nodded and stretched. They left the bathroom together and got ready for bed. Then they went to bed too.
In the meantime Kratos had also made himself ready for bed and was now lying on the bed. He just didn't want to sleep because he feared that his actions would haunt him into his dreams. So he read a book that was on the shelf in the guest room. After a few pages his eyes closed.
