Water Seven
Califa
Chapter 3: Drabbles - Califa
It is common knowledge at Water Seven that Califa would really do anything for its boss. Until a few moments before, Califa would have put her hand on the fire, as long as her order of the CP9 required it. After all, she was well aware of the consequences of a refusal and she had vowed to never want to savor them.
She was faced with a choice; to chase a small rodent across Water Seven or to surrender to Rob Lucci without further ado. Sometimes the decision was much easier than you thought while Califa grabbed a broom and chased Tyranosaurus. Secretary or not.
Point 01: Consistency
-oOoOoOoOoOo-
There really wasn't much that Califa had to fault with her current job. Even if it were, she would be careful not to mention it in the presence of the other agents. She told herself that this was also part of the secretary and agent life.
Only the fact that Iceburg asked her to have her hair tied up in a braid, so as not to give the men around her foolish thoughts, irritated her control. Had she not had a good upbringing at the time, a snippy comment on his more than idiosyncratic hairstyle would certainly have followed.

Normally, under no circumstances would Califa wear anything that Jabura had once heard, as his clothes seemed to be simply strewn with fleas and the taste of the agent left a lot to be desired in the agent's eyes.
"You're still catching a cold," Jabura said and handed her his top after they had finally arrived in the port of St. Popla. She had to admit, though, that he was kind of a gentleman.
"Besides, we don't want to scare the residents off when a bitch like you runs around naked," he added. However, you can always be wrong twice.
Point 14: mistake
-oOoOoOoOoOo-
The life of a secretary was marked by scheduling, organization, strictness and order. Exactly what Califa has learned to love and appreciate not only in her real life, which is why she looked forward to her new work in Water Seven with joy. However, the agent hadn't expected to find a place that was neither organized nor tidy. Not to mention the impossibilities Iceburg asked of her every time. His writing, like that of most of the other male residents, kept puzzling her.
On days like this, Califa wished she had learned about cryptography in her education.

Though Califa was reluctant to admit it - especially not around Rob Lucci - she loved living in Water Seven. Not only did she have an almost normal everyday life, she also learned how to deal with children. Or at least with men who acted like children and that made her feel like a mom herself. From time to time she found pleasure in it more.
"So and now do a quick ah," she said sternly and straightened her glasses. Califa's gaze did not allow any contradictions, which is why Iceburg let the thermometer be pushed into his mouth without resistance.
