Search or Die! [ MmFf ] [abgebrochen]
Humanless
An icy wind whipped across the land. The wind that was so famous for this icy and unreal area. Up there on the mountain a flag waved lonely and alone.
"Eisauen." The voice was so soft that only the wind could hear the voice. Doc a voice heard him anyway. “Welcome home, Ketsoki.” A smile crept onto his lips. "Hello Shizore. I didn't think to meet you here this early." She chuckled softly. "So early? Ketsoki you are the last. Come into the hut, it's too cold out here." She turned on her heel and disappeared behind the slope.
Ketsoki paused a moment, then followed her with quick steps. A hut appeared in front of him, it was large and offered enough space for their small group. As soon as Ketsoki entered the hut, all conversations fell silent. "Well finally." sighed Arunas, a fellow with long blond hair and a suggestive smile. “Oh, how nice to see you.” A young woman with snow-white skin and golden eyes ran up to him. With one hand she ran seductively through her black hair. "Hello Evolet." Ketsoki's voice cool, he wasn't going to go into her flirt.
"Oh Evolet, don't pout now. You know he's out of reach." Cassius smiled slightly. He was with the oldest in the group, of course only outwardly, otherwise he was probably almost as old as four of them together. His dark eyes, reddish in the light of the fire, bored into Ketsoki's light gray. "And do you have a plan or something?" he asked and sat down on one of the chairs. “The way I know you, already?” A bright voice echoed through the room. Yuna Lockheart stepped into the light of the fire, her face looking cautious as always, not showing the self-confident girl behind it. Ferid, her ferret was wrapped around her neck. Ketsoki smiled.
"Of course I have a plan, even if it has many holes, it is an undertaking to look for something that is unknown to all and that the dark lord tries to hide." The cool voice, calculated as always without feelings. A sigh. "That means we are dependent on our instincts and abilities ?!" "Looks like it, Shun. We will probably need your nose." A girl smiled at him. She was the youngest and nicest of the group.
"Mhm." a grumble came from Shun's mouth. "Mimiko is right. We will need your nose, but also every other ability we have!" Ketsoki looked around. "Go to bed, tomorrow it starts, but that also means vampires the last time you can drink blood and Shun, please don't drink blood, I don't feel like an uncontrollable werewolf!" Ketsoki turned around and looked briefly out of the window. Behind him he heard the silent preparations. The sun was slowly setting as the door opened and three figures crept out.Shun to be able to transform in peace and hunt something to eat, Evolet and Cassius to enjoy one last blood meal. The next few days would take them to icy areas, where there was hardly any possibility to drink blood.
With one last look at the people in the group, who were now lying in their hammocks, he also strode outside, climbed the largest tree and lay down on the thickest branch. With one last look at the breathtaking ice landscape, he slipped into the land of dreams.
The next morning came quickly and, above all, early. The sun was just rising when the group gathered in front of the hut. "So where are you going?" Arunas asked while he ran his hair that was damp from the cold. “Good question.” Ketsoki half turned and looked at Shun. This one raised an eyebrow. "To the next village?" he asked, feeling a little like a tour guide. Ketsoki laughed. "Yes, exactly, there are only a few houses around here, they are hardly influenced by the dark lord." "Oh that is your strategy, Kumo." Evolet smiled slightly. "Just stop me with the brawn!" Yuna called out and just started walking. "Hey Yunchen now wait a minute!" Shun exclaimed and rushed after her. “Great.” Shizore followed them, followed by the rest of the squad.
Almost four hours later they arrived at a village, well more like a 5-house community. "Pretty quiet here." Mimiko muttered as she looked around. "Is kind of dead." noted Cassius. "Not just somehow, the houses are deserted." added Arunas. "Quite stormy deserted, there are still leftovers in the houses. However, these are slowly starting to develop into something." Yuna raised her nose in disgust. "You don't have to go in straight away." Evolet hissed and thought at the same time that which did not fit the nature of the human girl at all. "And what next?" Shun asked, a strange feeling had spread in his stomach since they were here. “To the next village.” Ketsoki's voice was cold, he didn't like the situation either.
It didn't take long for them to arrive at the next village, again only empty houses. Three other villages were also completely empty. "Oh come on, what's this?" Shizore growled, her gaze boring into Ketsokis. He shrugged his shoulders. "Hey come over here!" Cassius called in between. Everyone followed him and finally stopped on a slope. "And what should be here?" asked Yuna. "Shut up. Here begins a track, it is very weak, probably older than 10 days." hissed Cassius. “Let's follow her.” As soon as Ketsoki gave the signal, everyone was crawling down the rocky slope, more badly than right.
Suddenly there was a crash. "Damn." Yuna cursed. She only hung with one arm on a thin branch. Below her it went twenty meters down. Shun was the first to respond. With a couple of skillful movements he was next to her.He held out his hand to her. When Yuna didn't take it he frowned. "Come on, hold on to my hand, the branch is about to break!" he growled. Yuna looked at him in dismay. "I don't trust a dog!" she hissed back, but slid a little lower. Shun winced at the insult. "Do you really want to stick down there?" he asked, but Yuna couldn't answer him anymore, the branch broke off and she fell into the depths. Desperate, she closed her eyes. A jolt went through her body. Yuna finished with her life.
But nothing more happened. "Come on Yuna, now help me!" growled Cassius, who had caught the blue-haired woman. Startled, Yuna opened her eyes, with all her strength she clawed the rock in front of her. She looked down and held her breath, it was only six feet to the ground. "That was close." choked it out and hurriedly made the last few steps towards the floor. "Can you say out loud." replied Cassius. A few minutes later the rest of the party was downstairs. "And what next?" Ketsoki asked, looking Cassius in the eye. "The trail leads north from here, but I would be for a rest. A storm is coming up there." As soon as he had finished, the wind whipped over her. The troops hurriedly sought shelter and found a small cave. “Everyone in there.” Ketsoki crawled in last, then the storm broke out.
