The training units are precisely defined with us. So you can't just go into a workout room and start. Each warrior class also has its own premises so that elite warriors are not disturbed by lower or middle class warriors. On each floor there are twenty to thirty rooms where you have the opportunity to improve your martial arts.
Of course, you can't just walk into the room and exercise. This is possible in the elite classes, but not in the two lower classes. You have to register there, otherwise you are not even allowed to enter the rooms. It happens like this:
You register with the person who is responsible for your unit. He will then allocate you to one of the training rooms in which there is still a space available for you. Then you will be assigned certain times of the day when you can train in the room. At the rest of the day you do not have to be in the rooms.
If you do not sign up for a training room, it is assumed that you are training on other planets, for example on missions, or that you are tired of life and just want to die as soon as possible. The latter happens more often than you might think.
You can also train with someone else from your unit if they agree. However, this is only possible if you get a specific permit, which Freezer must personally sign. Since he hates paperwork, you can forget about this type of training right away.
There are also special rules in the training rooms that you should adhere to if you want to survive:

1. Eating and drinking is strictly forbidden inside. Freezer just doesn't like it when his rooms get dirty. It's different with the bedrooms. He is not responsible for them, only those who inhabit it.
2. You should be careful never to use too strong attacks. The lower and middle class training rooms are not particularly stable. Our in the elite class are always up to date.
3. As already mentioned, you are only allowed to be in the training room during the times of the day allocated to you. If you break it there are penalties.
4. You are not allowed to bring strangers into the training rooms.
5. The training rooms are solely for training. The bedrooms are intended for other activities. So if you have a chick with you and you really want to lay her down, you have to go to your bedroom for it.

If you stick to these five rules, nothing will happen to you. Unless of course someone doesn't like you and lies to Master Freezer. There have been enough cases where Freezer was said to have eaten in a training room. He can't stand something like that. This is dangerous. It is not uncommon for these warriors to be transported to the afterlife.So take good care of yourself. If someone doesn't like you, you shouldn't offer them a target.
