"good idea" and followed suit with Dany. Soon after, the room was bathed in soft, flickering light.
Now that it was lighter, Ria saw that there was a small alcove in the wall behind Dany's bed. Dany reached into it and pulled out an elongated staff. This one looked almost like Ria's. A star on the top, only this one was black and white; a ribbon below the star. The ribbon was black like the whole staff.
"Exactly the opposite of mine ..." Ria whispered softly and pulled out hers. Even in length the staff differed from Rias; Danys was a little longer.
"The opposite?" Dany asked surprised and Ria nodded.
"For example, you couldn't use mine ..." Ria said expertly.

The sun was high in the sky when the two stepped out of the temple. Dany screwed up her eyes; she had to get used to the brightness.
Ria held out one of her hands to Dany.
"What now?", The black-haired woman asked confused.
"We have to go back home ...", for a short moment there was sadness on Rias face again."Don't worry ..." Dany whispered urgently to the smaller one. Ria nodded and closed her eyes. They fell through a vortex of colors and sounds until they were back in front of the Munir family home.
Dany and Ria sighed heavily at the same time. Neither of them really wanted to enter the house. But Dany took courage and went to the front door. Since she had no key with her, she rang the doorbell.
The door was thrown open immediately. John stood in the doorway and glared at the girl. He pulled her over the threshold of the house and slammed the door in Ria's nose. Dany turned and shouted, "Ria!"
But her father held her and thundered: "You will never meet this girl again!"
"She's my sister!" Roared Dany back; she pulled out of her father's grasp and glared at him.
"She will never be our daughter!", It was Lianne who stepped angrily into the hallway.
Dany snorted and said with scorn in her voice: "Just because she's blonde, or what?"
Lianne mumbled something Dany couldn't understand.
But now it didn't matter to him, it couldn't get any worse. "Oh our second daughter doesn't meet our expectations, so let's just give her to the home and move away so she'll never find us again!" Dany shouted, but the scorn remained. "It doesn't give a shit how you feel about it. You don't care that she certainly didn't have the best childhood ... And then she comes and you deny her .... You are real ... "Dany broke off and turned to the door.
"If you do ...", her father began, but Dany just looked at him coldly. "Then what?"
Lianne and John looked at each other. Apparently Dany's outburst of anger had puzzled them both. For the first time in 13 years they really thought about what they'd done to Ariana with it.
Lianne suddenly burst into tears. "We were so selfish!"
"Sure!", Dany muttered and opened the door. Ria was rooted to the house.
"Did you overhear all of this?" Dany asked softly and Ria nodded silently.
"Thank you!", Ria breathed and Dany smiled gently at her.
"If you don't mind ... I'll take her to her new room!" Said Dany; her parents said nothing more. They just went back to the kitchen and had a muffled conversation.
"How am I ever going to make it up to you?" Ria asked when they were standing in the guest room.
Dany winked at her: "By helping me with Yami!"
Ria laughed: "I'm really sorry; I didn't really want to make it worse ..."
Dany just smiled indulgently at her and uttered "It's okay" while she took a duvet cover out of the closet.
